Just received my mini pocket rocket rs r today. What a disappointment. This bike is so cheaply put together. I wouldnt even trust it enough to let my grandson ride it. I had to go over every inch of the motorcycle and straighten out as much as I could from wheel to wheel. The whole frame is welded together crooked and the plastic fairings dont fit properly. The only thing good about it is that it does run but lets just wait and see how long that last. I expected alot more for my money and wouldnt recommend purchasing one of these bikes unless you see it in person first. All the hype they tell you about the bike is B.S. The parts are second hand parts or poorly manufactured. Upgrading is inevitable. Beware.
Purchased a pocket bike on 6/15/23 with various other upgrades. The upgrades arrived on 6/21 and the bike itself arrived 6/23. It was packaged nicely and secure. As I we t tk attach the upgraded carburetor kit I noticed the throttle cable did not have a long enough portion of cable not covered with a rubber sheath to fit inside of the carburetor. I emailed the company explaining my situation and customer service worked through it with me the entire way. Don't bother calling it will forward you to a bot, but the email response time is amazing. On average it took them about 15-20 minutes to respond to my emails and I sent about 6 so far plus another 8 or so emails from previous issues that wouldn't have happened if I didn't order so many upgrades for the bike, so we have been going back and fourth attempting to fix the problem. Customer service was very helpful and kind and said they would do tact their technicians whom would get back to me with a throttle cable they had in stock that would work for me. I'm not sure why all of the reviews are negative about the customer service unless they hired new customer service but it is amazing and they have helped me work through the problem the entire way. The products themselves are what you get for the price. The bikes are reliable and will last you. People who say their bikes don't work are the ones to not do maintenance on them or change the air filter/clean it, or change the oil, etc. I am very satisfied with my purchases and the various upgrades I have ordered made the back and forth with customer service worth it. Would buy again maybe if they get some different bikes/upgrades in stock, but am overall very satisfied with my purchase and how good the customer service handled my problems. I will be getting sent a free throttle cable plus free shipping for the companies mistake. (I purchased the blade 49r in the blue and white color scheme which I love, but I am swapping the engine to a 47cc 2 stroke for more power)
First off their warranty is useless no refunds exchanges or returns if you've added gas. If you want to return it and haven't added gas you are charged for shipping back to them their shipping fee sending it to you and a restock fee. My kill switch was broken when delivered. The bike is cool but it feels like the brakes are on but they're not. The phone number they fave is also useless every day several times each day I've attempted to get ahold of someone there and I've gotten their auto bot with no option to leave a message or hold. Consider yourself warned
So I purchased a pocket bike on 2/27/23 for a birthday present that will be needed by 3/18. Their website says that delivery normally takes about 5 days. Well... here we are 17 days later and no product. It appears UPS lost the package, and I get it, these things happen. However their response to me was "well we have to allow them to trace the package and see if they can find it" which I said ok to a few more days, but they now expect me to wait a whole week and the birthday is in a few days. So they replied with another email saying "well here's UPS phone number for you to call" To me that is poor customer service, first of all, why should I be inconvenience like this, they already charged me for a product that I do not have. At the very least YOU call UPS and keep track, or better yet send me another one expedited but they said they do not do that. I told them NO, I am not waiting anymore, and that I want a refund. Bad experience and I do not recommend them...By the way UPS sucks also.
This company advertised a weight limit that was suitable for me and my children to ride I got the scorpion HD atv And it said it could hold 325 pounds when I open the box and read the user manual and then said it could only hold 165 pounds these guys are scam artists and false advertised their products do not buy from them
I have read so many bad reviews about this company, but I had an amazing experience with them. I ordered 2 dirtbikes, and my card was charged. I realized a day or so later that I did not want to purchase the bikes because my kids are not quite ready. I emailed them explaining. They wrote back immediately and refunded me in full. Very happy with their service and will be ordering from them one day in the future for sure!
This is such BS. Isn't this a false advertisement with warranty breaches and wire fraud?
So I got the bike and the chain snapped on my kids' Birthday the first time he even road it. I contacted Mini pocket they confirmed I was under warranty and would be sending me a new chain. Its now nearly a year later. After several attempts to get them on the phone, I was lucky and someone picked up. They blamed it on Covid and would try to send me one as soon as passable and would extend the warranty when the chain get to me. Issues is that I don't think a chain is even on the way after reading some of these reviews.

Does anyone else thinks these 3 facts could be true

3) The crime of wire fraud occurs when someone voluntarily and intentionally uses an interstate communications device (such as a telephone) as a part of any scheme to defraud another of property, or anything else of value
So far customer service is horrible part of the issue is they didn't send the helmet or pads and they DO NOT CARE- they keep saying maybe the label fell of the box! Are you kidding. I will dispute this bike and keep doing bad reviews. They can't just send another helmet and pads so my son can ride the bike at Christmas! Nope. Also, low hopes that this bike even works after reading other reviews
First the shipping box was in perfect condition. The bike metal part that shields the chair was cracked due to the foot paddle. They said they will not refund the product cuz it was broken and lied and said it's inspected before shipping out. So they send a replacement part that needs a mechanic to put on and I don't have that kind of money. The Windsheild and plastic under carriage doesn't fit for this bike. I even checked and had them email directions that they took a screenshot that you can't read. They will not take a broken bike back and I will not refund my money. I'm calling the credit card company for refund and sue if I have to for the principal of it all. Stupid upload pictures took some of my private photos and won't delete! Don't buy from mini pocket rockets!
Worst experience and a waste of $480! The bike broke within 2 weeks. The chain kept popping off and now the bike won't seem to start most of the time. If it does get running again it chugs and turns off shortly.
Scam! Worst customer service ever! The add says they typically ship within a day or two, however it's been 2 weeks and I haven't received anything! Can't get these people to even answer my phone calls to inquire about my order. I want my money back
If I could give them 0 stars I would Don't waste your money is basically throwing it away when buying from this company. Their customer service is extremely rude they don't care. I purchased 2 Phantom RSX Pocket Bike almost $1000 one time used and both bikes are leaking really bad and the bike won't stay on. I was going to purchase Stinger RT Go Karts, X18-R Nitro Bike, and X19-CR Dominator Bike but never again will they get business from me. I'm not one to ever write reviews bad reviews. I'm always pretty satisfied with the things I purchased but the way I was treated by their customer service representative was not right that is not the way to treat your customers. I'm very disappointed I feel like I through my money in the garbage.
It's been 2 months since I ordered my son a bike. Their " customer service " said not their fault if the bike got lost from their warehouse on the way to UPS! Ups said they never received the bike. She then said they ship everything together on a pallet, so I said did the whole pallet get loss. She hung up on me. I'm calling a lawyer to see how to get a refund bc they refused to give me one. Do not order from this company
This company sent me threatening letter all because I contacted my bank because my 10 yr old son purchased a bike without my knowledge, so I contacted my bank. When I discovered it, I told them not to ship, they did anyways, then Refused to send me a prepaid shipping label. Then, they sent me a threatening letter saying they'd make my life miserable for contacting my bank. They stated they would contact the FBI and cops, blah blah. Horrible customer service. Oh and they wouldn't pick up their phones to even talk to them.
One has a gas leak and it made my house smell horrible on the day of my sons birthday. When I sent a video they are swearing it doing what it's suppose to but it's not, there is gas in the bottom of the pan and on my floor my house smells just like gas, def won't be recommending. I have been going back and forth for a week now! 60 day warranty is a bunch of CROCK
I tried to cancel my order. The company refused. Shipped the bikes anyways. Then charged me a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges. The company certainly could have CANCELED the order. What a way of making revenues! Haha!
I ordered a bike for my husband for Christmas. The one I ordered was out so they said they had a similar bike, same price. I said okay that would be alright. Well they took payment out of my account TWICE. They are saying I ordered 2 bikes- NOT. I've tried to get ahold of them over and over. They don't get back to me. I've emailed the "help desk" and nothing from them. I told them if there were 2 bikes where is the tracking number on this other bike that you claim I ordered? There isn't one because it doesn't exist. They are crooks- DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CC#, they will STEAL funds from your account and you'll not hear back from them. This has been since Christmas and I still have not gotten my $340.00 back. Stay away, far, far away. Theresa

Zero stars for this company. This is a Christmas present for my son. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional for a company to treat clients in this matter. I have contacted customer service regarding the motorcycle because the chain keeps coming off they keeping sending me the same information about the tension. If they can't resolve this matter soon I will be having my attorney to contact this company regarding this matter!
