The woman that answers the phone is the rudest woman alive. Acts like she is too busy for anything you want to know. I'm glad I cancelled my order from there. I want to give my money to nice helpfully people. Hey lady if your reading this... GET LAID ALREADY!
This company is a joke and ripoff!
They said the bikes can fit an adult and my 8 yr old could barely fit on it. I purchased 2 bikes and I asked for shipping labels to return it and it will cost me 200$ per bike to return. Not to mention they charge over 150$ per bike to restock and 58$ for shipping? How do i get charged for return shipping and am responsible to ship at my own cost. They are charging me more to return the clown bikes then i actually paid. I stopped payment until they give me shipping labels, in which i paid to return and they threaten me with having stolen property in my possession. All i have to say is stay away from this company. IT'S A SCAM! I will be reporting them to better Business Bureau with my emails and contact with them and their terrible responses. BUYERS BEWARE!
I made in purchase of 616.00 bucks but 3 days later I noticed still no tracking had come to my email so I called them 7 times before getting a hold of anyone then when they answer the phone they where rude, very unprofessional then to tell me my order was on a back order that I had no acknowledgement of which she stated they sent me in email that I still haven't received and I check my emails daily. At this point I want a full refund back. DO NOT NEVER do business with them
Revieved the blade mini pocket rocket four days ago. Have had nothing but complications an customer service says it's on me. I and my son are very upset. He rides to the end of our road after working on it for a few hours and it quits on him so ya my 6 year old isnt to happy to have to push a brand new bike back home he just recieved in the mail if I could give no stars I would. I am a sibglw mother an saved to buy my son this and I'm highly aggravated!
I will tell ecery one to save yr $! Bought one for my 7yr old for Xmas this yr. Worked 1 wk then suddenly stopped working, cs basically sd $#*! u its yr job to fix it now or they wanted us to become a mechanic and put hours of work into sending thrm the engine. We brought it to our mechanic who sd the engine is just shot u would need a new one which is every bit of what i paid for the bike. So now I'm out 300 and a disappointed little boy. Buying a new one at tax time. This company r piece of $#*!s and should b put out of business
Sadly these very poor reviews are exactly in line with my experience and reason for spending time sharing with other parents looking to purchase a fun riding toy for their children. In a weird way I feel better that many others had same horrible experience. Customer service woman, and I'm certain she is the entire department all herself, is rude and incompetent. Unfortunately she is your only hope to actually help in any way. Here's how your customer service experience will go: You call for any reason, wait 30 min on hold only to reach this horrible woman who requires the original order number to help you. You give up without that as she's never willing to assist further. You search for some email likely deleted but if fortunate you find it. Another 30 min call on hold to finally talk to same incompetent woman again. She will be confused on what parts might be needed for your actual mini bike that she has full specs on. She sends the wrong parts then blames you?! She explains you have to pay return shipping and excessive restocking fee. Horrible experience. Will never buy from them again. You get what you pay for and clearly that includes worst incompetent customer service of your life.
They claim they are open during covid19 outbreak. Its a lie. Ive called them and emailed them as they state to do in their recorded message and i still havent recieved a response. Dont claim your open when your not
Do not I repeat do not order from This company if u google the address to the store it's not even a real store they are the middle man for a Chinese company that's why it's always the same lady who picks up the phone think about it? Secondly the send bikes and parts already broken and torn cracked and ripped most bikes already come with stripped nuts do not buy from them if I can see the lady just one time who always answers the phone boy oh boy I'm not gonna even say what I would do to her and I don't hit women but that whole company already hurt too many children's and parents feelings with they $#*!ery and we are all fed up do not buy from this company
I bought three mini KTX dirt bikes and one of them the transfer case was not sealed there was a gap so I took pictures while it was still in the box and their customer service agent said that, that was not considered damaged and would not take the bike back she told me I should've bought it at a dealership unfortunately you didn't. So they're going to send me a free transfer case that I'll have to install on a brand new bike that should've came out of the box With a split transfer case it should've been sealed like the advertisement said. I could return it if I wanted to pay a restocking fee so I have to pay for them to send me a damaged bike and then I have to pay to send it back that's just bad business I would not recommend this to anybody
I ordered my son the KTX Mini Dirt bike & the bearings blew apart with just ONE trip through the yard. It has NO power to hardly pull him up a hill Supposed to be able to do jumps etc. Hahahaha that's a HILARIOUS LIE this was the worse waste of 600 I've EVER spent! I contacted them about the bike & they just say send us video but then NOTHING happens!
This business has a problem delivering your merchandise on time there's always a problem with ups and deliveries and when you contact these people they have no clue as to why the product has not been shipped the advertisement says one or two business days however that has never been the case I place the order on the 9th then I got a UPS tracking number saying that it would be delivered on the 15th I am still waiting and they said it's been a problem with the delivery I will never do business with these people again I am a returning customer

This is such BS. Isn't this a false advertisement with warranty breaches and wire fraud?
So I got the bike and the chain snapped on my kids' Birthday the first time he even road it. I contacted Mini pocket they confirmed I was under warranty and would be sending me a new chain. Its now nearly a year later. After several attempts to get them on the phone, I was lucky and someone picked up. They blamed it on Covid and would try to send me one as soon as passable and would extend the warranty when the chain get to me. Issues is that I don't think a chain is even on the way after reading some of these reviews.

I ordered a bike from this company and it came damaged. The paint was scratched. I emailed company but get no response. Don't waste your money.

This is not a real website, they take you out of all of your money and they also have poor customer service over the phone, DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE
Answer: You must get an Return Order authorization from the incompetent customer service woman. You must pay 100% return shipping cost PLUS a high restocking fee. I would instead file a claim with your bank or hopefully credit card company. You will not get any help from this company. If you do it will be painfully slow and cost you more than the bike is worth.
Answer: Dont trust them. Would drive there first before going that route.
