How can I send mine back and get my money back if I don't like the bike

You must get an Return Order authorization from the incompetent customer service woman. You must pay 100% return shipping cost PLUS a high restocking fee. I would instead file a claim with your bank or hopefully credit card company. You will not get any help from this company. If you do it will be painfully slow and cost you more than the bike is worth.
