The bike was poorly put together. Parts didn't fit together correctly so the rear brake didn't work at all. The throttle was cracked and needed to be replaced. After spending over $200 to repair this BRAND NEW bike to get it in safe working order, my son was able to ride for about 20 minutes before the rear tire blew out. After submitting a complaint, the company agreed to send me a new tire but I have to buy all the other parts to replace it. I haven't received these parts yet, but experience would suggest they won't fit correctly and I'll likely have thrown even more good money after bad. Do not waste your money on this product. Spend the extra money and get a quality product.
Worst experience I've ever had buying something online. Appears a lot of people have same Comment about service starting when you speak to Tina or Tammy just plain don't give a rats $#*! about you. Just punching the clock
If I could give a 0 in rating I would. Ordered one of the Pocket Rockets for my son for Christmas and never got it! I've been trying for 7 months to get money back and just get the run around. Don't do business with this company!
They have a policy if the bikes don't work you can ship it back; however if you ride it that means you have to put gas in the bike. You can't ship the bike back unless you do some crazy hazard packing and shipping fees.
Getting back to why they get a 1 start. The bike was ridden 3 times and the bearings fell apart. The kill switch also broke off after press a few times. Cheaply made and cheap parts. That's what I get for buying cheap. I would expect this bike to at least last a week.
Spend a little bit more and buy at one of your local bike shop where you can actually test the bike.
Didn't really want to give no stars. This was a bad experience didn't come as promised, didn't get the upgrade as promise been asking for someone to call me back no response. I paid for a Raptor Pocket Bike PB x1400 for 329.00 and received a blade bike for 299.00 was told on an email from Jason Bridges saying sorry for the delay they would send me an upgrade but received a down grade a bike that was cheaper than what I paid. Got ripped off at this point since no one is returning my calls my emails. May need a lawyer at this point my son is not happy and neither am I. Its was a birthday present gone bad. Way to small for him the instructions that were sent was for a dirt bike. Not happy need to return this item and get my money back at this point even though my son wants a bike from this company just cant trust it. Not cool at all. Jason Bridges really needs to call me back
After I purchased the mini off-road motorcycle I started looking at the reviews. I was very worried but it arrived quickly, only took 4 days. Assembly was child's play. I barely add to look at the directions. There was a minor problem with fuel delivery for which I just blew into the fuel line and cleared a it started first Pull and runs and rides just fine. The clutch seems a little wimpy but I am over the recommended weight limit. I'm sure it will go just fine for my grandkids.
I want to start off by saying the bike is ku we really like it started right up drives good but customer service is a nightmare did not receive our full safety gear missin 2 of the four items do not purchase safety gear can get cheaper and better from walmart gonna purchase a quad with no saftey gear the product is good not the customer service
Purchased a pocket bike on 6/15/23 with various other upgrades. The upgrades arrived on 6/21 and the bike itself arrived 6/23. It was packaged nicely and secure. As I we t tk attach the upgraded carburetor kit I noticed the throttle cable did not have a long enough portion of cable not covered with a rubber sheath to fit inside of the carburetor. I emailed the company explaining my situation and customer service worked through it with me the entire way. Don't bother calling it will forward you to a bot, but the email response time is amazing. On average it took them about 15-20 minutes to respond to my emails and I sent about 6 so far plus another 8 or so emails from previous issues that wouldn't have happened if I didn't order so many upgrades for the bike, so we have been going back and fourth attempting to fix the problem. Customer service was very helpful and kind and said they would do tact their technicians whom would get back to me with a throttle cable they had in stock that would work for me. I'm not sure why all of the reviews are negative about the customer service unless they hired new customer service but it is amazing and they have helped me work through the problem the entire way. The products themselves are what you get for the price. The bikes are reliable and will last you. People who say their bikes don't work are the ones to not do maintenance on them or change the air filter/clean it, or change the oil, etc. I am very satisfied with my purchases and the various upgrades I have ordered made the back and forth with customer service worth it. Would buy again maybe if they get some different bikes/upgrades in stock, but am overall very satisfied with my purchase and how good the customer service handled my problems. I will be getting sent a free throttle cable plus free shipping for the companies mistake. (I purchased the blade 49r in the blue and white color scheme which I love, but I am swapping the engine to a 47cc 2 stroke for more power)

Absolute piece of junk. Purchased for Xmas present for my son and received well before Xmas... Only thing that went right... put the bike together as instructed with the help of a certified mechanic and we had to wait for the weather to clear since we are on the east coast, to drive it. Spring came, left the bike in the house the entire time so weather was not a cause. Filled it with the proper oil\gas ratio as instructed. He drove it for about 100 feet and it died. Bad coil according to their customer service had to spend another $10 for three new coils. Get the coils put them on drove it for about another 50 feet started to smoke and died. Warranty is no good anymore they told me and I had to buy a brand new engine they said. I told them I will not and its been sitting collecting dust. Horrible customer service, horrible product piece of junk and I'm out $500. They don't even attempt to make you a happy customer. AVOID AT ALL cost!
So I purchased a pocket bike on 2/27/23 for a birthday present that will be needed by 3/18. Their website says that delivery normally takes about 5 days. Well... here we are 17 days later and no product. It appears UPS lost the package, and I get it, these things happen. However their response to me was "well we have to allow them to trace the package and see if they can find it" which I said ok to a few more days, but they now expect me to wait a whole week and the birthday is in a few days. So they replied with another email saying "well here's UPS phone number for you to call" To me that is poor customer service, first of all, why should I be inconvenience like this, they already charged me for a product that I do not have. At the very least YOU call UPS and keep track, or better yet send me another one expedited but they said they do not do that. I told them NO, I am not waiting anymore, and that I want a refund. Bad experience and I do not recommend them...By the way UPS sucks also.
II have been trying to reach this company for over a week. No one answers or calls/emails back. I bought a bike for my granddaughters birthday and it was delivered with a crack in the chain casing. Again, no one will answer back. The one star is for customer service.
If I could give them 0 stars I would Don't waste your money is basically throwing it away when buying from this company. Their customer service is extremely rude they don't care. I purchased 2 Phantom RSX Pocket Bike almost $1000 one time used and both bikes are leaking really bad and the bike won't stay on. I was going to purchase Stinger RT Go Karts, X18-R Nitro Bike, and X19-CR Dominator Bike but never again will they get business from me. I'm not one to ever write reviews bad reviews. I'm always pretty satisfied with the things I purchased but the way I was treated by their customer service representative was not right that is not the way to treat your customers. I'm very disappointed I feel like I through my money in the garbage.
Don't buy from this company. In a matter of months, you will need replacement parts, and they will not help you without your order number. They make no mention of having to keep it for life in order to get help and of course emails get deleted. They won't answer any questions or give you any help whatsoever despite buying their products. I will never buy from them again.
My son (50lbs) had it out for a half an hour, the clutch smoked, they did send me a new one, thank God I am able to work on it, or it would have cost me more money, Took it out again, it kept bogging out, and the clutch started to smoke again! So we shot it, it was the most fun your kid will have with one of these.
I paid for a ktx mini dirt bike. They took a week to get it in the mail and when it finally came it was a much cheaper model. The bikes are nothing like what they show you on there web site. I have been calling and emailing them for over two weeks now to have this straightened out but they will not answer me. I will never buy form these clowns again. Time to talk to the BBB.
These people are ridiculous. The phine never stops ringing and no emails or on site reply from them to my many attemps to ask about my order. They took the money from my account after my second email i had to file a claim with my bank. Worst experience ive had buying online by far!
I was about to place my order for my 4 yr olds birthday. And thankfully i didnt. I had this terrible feeling about my purchase and the website. Had it not been for you all your reviews, I might would have went ahead and made the same mistake as you did. I am so grateful for your confirmation to my suspicious thoughts! You saved my money and my son from awful disappointment. Surely this company knows how much of their products go to kids! How terrible is that! To know absolutely how poor a product is and still take parents money and delight from their child!

I ordered a tire 2 weeks prior to covid lockdown. I understood the shut down and was ok with not receiving my order. But as of June now I have sent 5 emails and received 0 responses. My final email when I mentioned an attorney all of a sudden I received a response and my money back that I never asked for. I just wanted my tire for my son. Don't do business with this company. Only wants their money.
Answer: You must get an Return Order authorization from the incompetent customer service woman. You must pay 100% return shipping cost PLUS a high restocking fee. I would instead file a claim with your bank or hopefully credit card company. You will not get any help from this company. If you do it will be painfully slow and cost you more than the bike is worth.
