Four issues with a suppose to be brand new apache $628+$150 shipping. Reached out to Cs and was told to send a small video of 1 of the problems & report the others through an email for technical support. And she promised they will reach out. Never did 6 days later I'm still waiting and still sending out an email and message no response.
Please do not purchase from this company look elsewhere preferably close to home so that u can take it back. Plus they have this bull$#*! policy you take send it back if u put gas in it bc of the carrier. How in the $#*! do we pose to know if it work properly if u can't put gas in it to run. I'm dealing with too many problems for something so expensive if it was something cheap I would just let it go no big deal. But how it the $#*! something that been in a box dusty is hell but it does smell new. The battery wouldn't charge fully we replaced it, go issue with it staying running, transmission not changing out, then motor start hollering if u stay on the gas, now starter went completely out. After 2 days of test driving or not riding. I also bought a dirt bike it was on back order no problem just ups delivered it not right side up n oil leaked through the box but it was fine. I have 2 children that was supposed to have the own ride but it didn't happen that way. Its just sad how u try to give a mother $#*!er business & they just want to $#*! over you. When you first place the order they don't have a problem contacting u by phone or email until they reach u after that they like $#*! u $#*! I got yo money. Excuse my language I just pissed off n I really believe if I was in the area their damn warehouse or building qoikdnt be standing today.
