I would not trust this company. My daughter ordered a dress and then changed her mind. Ten minutes after placing the order we cancelled. My card was immediately charged along with a "foreign processing fee". It was a task to get a hold of anyone to try to cancel and they never did refund my foreign processing fee.
Do not order from them. We ordered a dress with custom sizing and they made it 4.5 inches too big in the waist, which is absurd, especially for a fitted dress. It also took more than twice as long as quoted to get here. Their customer service is horrid and I have been fighting with them to return the unwearable dress for a refund and am now having to dispute with my CC because all they will offer is a partial refund.

The return policy is a total lie. They will not let you return an order. The dresses that I received were improperly sewn and when I requested a return they asked for pictures! I sent them against my better judgement and even though you could see the dresses were messed up they will not accept a return. Run from this site such a scam!

Contacted Milly Bridal, which is nearly impossible to do since their chat and WhatsApp functions do not work. There is no phone number. Emailed them for a resolution. We had emailed them prior because the order status indicated "shipping" for a very long time and was never updated with a tracking number. There has never been a return communication from their customer service department. The dress is not as expected. It is a standard size. NOT custom. I had to purchase another dress to replace this one and I would like a refund. Opened a dispute with PayPal, since the company would not respond directly. I was willing to return the dress and pay return shipping. Milly said no. They would not refund the money. According to them, they made what we bought. PayPal decided in their favor since I had not returned the dress. Their return policy is a farce. Their customer service is a joke. Buyer beware. This is a Chinese company with very low standards.

I ordered a dress for my daughter's sweet 16. The quality is not even fixable! NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS! I'm getting the better business bureau and a lawyer for this! I wish I saw this site before I ordered! See photos...The bra has no cups, it has a pad. The pad has not been sown into place and falls out the bottom of the breast area. The top of the dress has been sown incorrectly leaving a bulge. The corset doesn't have any wiring and so does not stay up. When you zipper the back it will slide down because it is not made with a clip to support the bottom of the dress. The tie up strings came torn at the bottom so stringing it up is hard. Then the corset it made too loose and so I have to tie it so tight that the string effect is completely lost. I emailed several times showing the pictures etc and they send me a picture to which they say is the dress I ordered but its the lighter shade of green. Hmm?! I have attached photos of my email with the millybridal rep for proof of that!
Do not use this company. I bought a dress off their site believing it to be in the UK. First it was in China. Then when tried to contact the company for issues was told to use the chat feature and communication was almost absent. Also, they use "whats app" for communication which screams SCAM. They sent me the wrong dress (ordered a wedding dress and received a purple prom dress). ORdered in Feb and paid for expidited shipping and received in April. Thank goodness I have a back up. Paid with credit card and disputed the charge due to not receiving dress and no communication so was fraudulent and received money back. Pay Pal was no help.

Horrible customer service! My daughter bought a dress for homecoming dance and chose a size 2 based on their online measurement chart. The dress arrived and was WAY too large in the bust. Took several attempts to reach customer service. We emailed a photo of the dress and requested a return and refund. MillyBridal came back and said the dress my daughter ordered was "made to order" and cannot be returned.

Dress did not look at all as pictured. It had numerous flaws on it. The dress was unwearable and looked like a child had made it. I sent pictures and was refused a full refund. Do NOT buy from this company.
I searched for a black, lace dress for a formal. The description was off the shoulder lace mini dress with feather sleeve. The dress that arrived was sequined from the waist up. After emails because it was over 10 days late, then no response when trying to start the return process, I replied to the email chain for the dress being 10 days later than promised. After explaining that the dress was described as lace on their website, with no mention of sequins, they still refuse to refund. They kept stating they sent the correct dress. I would not have ordered it if I could see (or read) that it had sequins. The photo was a "selfie" type photo, of a girl in a mirror in the dress and you couldn't tell it was sequins.
No matter what they say, they do NOT let you return or exchange any dress you purchase.

I ordered a homecoming dress for my daughter. There is so many issues with this company I don't know where to begin. Was told in a message after I ordered that the dress would arrive in the timeframe for the most part. The dance was 10/7 and was told would arrive 10/4 to 10/8. I messaged daily to ensure it would arrive. They claim on their website they will respond within 1 day. Yeah don't count on it. That is until your order ships. Then they tell you it's in transit. I paid express shipping to arrive within 2 days. Well it arrived a week late. Tried to return and am being given the runaround. You have to contact customer service and they have to send you a form to return the item. They find every excuse in the book to not help you. I have 3 emails saying each dress is custom made and as such there has to be a reason for the return. Funny since I just put in a size 10, nothing custom made about it. You pretty much get scammed into thinking you will be getting a dress on time and can return it if there is an issue but that is not the case. So I have wasted $150 on a dress that she won't use. After reading the reviews I see a pattern here so please learn from our mistakes. Oddly enough when I was ordering I didn't really see any negative reviews so I thought this company was legit. Now I see several. Please I can't stress enough buy anywhere else but here.
