Do not order from them. We ordered a dress with custom sizing and they made it 4.5 inches too big in the waist, which is absurd, especially for a fitted dress. It also took more than twice as long as quoted to get here. Their customer service is horrid and I have been fighting with them to return the unwearable dress for a refund and am now having to dispute with my CC because all they will offer is a partial refund.

Misleading

I give 0 stars! Ordered my daughter a dress and when checking out it states est ship date. That date passed and haven't heard a word. I email them and then they tell me it won't be till middle of the next month they can ship it. Well that's too late because our event will have come and gone with no dress. Poor communication and misleading. I will let everyone I know not to order from this site!

The return policy is a total lie. They will not let you return an order. The dresses that I received were improperly sewn and when I requested a return they asked for pictures! I sent them against my better judgement and even though you could see the dresses were messed up they will not accept a return. Run from this site such a scam!

Milly bridal is a huge scam. The pictures they use do not match what you actually get. Their quality is poor and cheap. The dress I purchased broke on the first try on (not wear) they refused to issue a return. Waste of money.

My purchase arrived after the date promised, specifically 3 days after my event, rendering it useless. Had to go to another store to buy a dress. I requested a return/refund within 48 hours but company refused. Said that each dress is custom (which it was not, it was a size 2). Customer service is useless. I would give this company a zero rating if able. Look elsewhere, ladies: this company is not worth the money or aggravation.

Dress did not look at all as pictured. It had numerous flaws on it. The dress was unwearable and looked like a child had made it. I sent pictures and was refused a full refund. Do NOT buy from this company.

They do not honor their return policy. My daughter ordered 2 dresses that did not fit and made her itchy. I reached out to return and they ignored me the first time. I have emailed them several times and they will not process a return. BUYER BE WARNED. DO not trust them.

Actually NO STARS!

I ordered a dress for my daughter's sweet 16. The quality is not even fixable! NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS! I'm getting the better business bureau and a lawyer for this! I wish I saw this site before I ordered! See photos...The bra has no cups, it has a pad. The pad has not been sown into place and falls out the bottom of the breast area. The top of the dress has been sown incorrectly leaving a bulge. The corset doesn't have any wiring and so does not stay up. When you zipper the back it will slide down because it is not made with a clip to support the bottom of the dress. The tie up strings came torn at the bottom so stringing it up is hard. Then the corset it made too loose and so I have to tie it so tight that the string effect is completely lost. I emailed several times showing the pictures etc and they send me a picture to which they say is the dress I ordered but its the lighter shade of green. Hmm?! I have attached photos of my email with the millybridal rep for proof of that!

SCAM

Do not use this company. I bought a dress off their site believing it to be in the UK. First it was in China. Then when tried to contact the company for issues was told to use the chat feature and communication was almost absent. Also, they use "whats app" for communication which screams SCAM. They sent me the wrong dress (ordered a wedding dress and received a purple prom dress). ORdered in Feb and paid for expidited shipping and received in April. Thank goodness I have a back up. Paid with credit card and disputed the charge due to not receiving dress and no communication so was fraudulent and received money back. Pay Pal was no help.

Photo and Description Inaccuracies

I searched for a black, lace dress for a formal. The description was off the shoulder lace mini dress with feather sleeve. The dress that arrived was sequined from the waist up. After emails because it was over 10 days late, then no response when trying to start the return process, I replied to the email chain for the dress being 10 days later than promised. After explaining that the dress was described as lace on their website, with no mention of sequins, they still refuse to refund. They kept stating they sent the correct dress. I would not have ordered it if I could see (or read) that it had sequins. The photo was a "selfie" type photo, of a girl in a mirror in the dress and you couldn't tell it was sequins.

No returns allowed

No matter what they say, they do NOT let you return or exchange any dress you purchase.

After we received our dress, I contacted them within 48 hours to exchange it for a different dress - they told me they couldn't because it was "custom made for us" (which it was NOT, we simply ordered a size 2, NO variations).

SO FRUSTRATED! Customer service is NO help. I guess we are "stuck with it" for $142!

I will never buy from Milly Bridal again and do not recommend unless you know you want to keep what you are ordering!

DO NOT PURCHASE A DRESS FROM MILLYBRIDAL.COM!

Horrible customer service! My daughter bought a dress for homecoming dance and chose a size 2 based on their online measurement chart. The dress arrived and was WAY too large in the bust. Took several attempts to reach customer service. We emailed a photo of the dress and requested a return and refund. MillyBridal came back and said the dress my daughter ordered was "made to order" and cannot be returned.
"Because all of our dresses are made to order, please understand that items that do not fit properly but in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged, It is also listed on our return policy:"- MillyBridal

We did not give specific measurements for the dress we purchased, we simply chose a pre-designated size on their website. This company is extremely misleading and no one should purchase from them! BUYER BEWARE

PERFECT Wedding Dress!

I ordered my wedding dress through Milly Bridal. I was a little nervous ordering because I knew it was coming from China (during a pandemic when things were shut down), but it shipped in about 2 weeks (they are made to order) and arrived within a month of ordering. The dress itself was gorgeous and super high quality. I couldn't have been happier! I would suggest ordering a little big & having it tailored as that is what I did. I also had my seamstress add a small loop to bustle to the bottom button which worked out perfectly! Thank you so much Milly Bridal! You made my wedding!

My daughter ordered a dress for prom, and it is beautiful and fits well. She is very happy! I think the overall quality is very nice. The dress does come from China, so alterations would have to be done locally if it didn't fit.

I have used the portal to submit a ticket AND the WhatsApp account the contacted to confirm measurements. Dress ordered 3/9,15 day lead time to ship, paid for express shipping. Should have been here 3/27 and it still is processing and not even shipped. Wedding on 4/4 and I had to go buy another dress. And still don't have my money back. Don't buy from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM MILLY BRIDAL

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter from Milly Bridal. The dress I ordered was a standard size from their website, not a custom order. I paid $25 for 3-4 day shipping. After not receiving shipping confirmation after a week, I contacted them and was told that they custom make all their dresses. Wouldn't it be nice to know that upfront and not be mislead with the fast shipping listed? I believe they do that because their return policy on custom made dresses is "no returns". 5 weeks later, I have received my daughters dress. She missed both of the dances she was supposed to go to because she didn't have a dress. The dress isn't even high quality. Their measuring tape must be in a different measurement system that what their sizing information says. I bought a size with measurements that would fit a size D chest. If she wear a size B, we could maybe squeeze her chest into it if she was willing to not breathe while she wore it. Do NOT buy from this company.

I would love to give ZERO stars. Ordered "as pictured" because my daughter wanted midnight blue and that's how it looked in the picture. Dress is in fact black. Contacted Milly Bridal, which is nearly impossible to do since their chat and WhatsApp functions do not work. There is no phone number. Emailed them for a resolution. We had emailed them prior because the order status indicated "shipping" for a very long time and was never updated with a tracking number. There has never been a return communication from their customer service department. The dress is not as expected. It is a standard size. NOT custom. I had to purchase another dress to replace this one and I would like a refund. Opened a dispute with PayPal, since the company would not respond directly. I was willing to return the dress and pay return shipping. Milly said no. They would not refund the money. According to them, they made what we bought. PayPal decided in their favor since I had not returned the dress. Their return policy is a farce. Their customer service is a joke. Buyer beware. This is a Chinese company with very low standards.

Their return policy is a bunch of crap! Ordered a bridal gown was not a custom order! It was to big and the cheaply made. Return policy says to notify them within 7 days of receiving. Emailed and called but wouldn't accept a return. Dress was only tried on one time and is still in same condition as received. Now have a dress that my daughter can not wear! Will never again order anything from this company!
