Julio and Efren arrived when they said they would. They showed me pictures of the problem I had, and when they were finished they showed me the finished work. They also explained each everything they were doing for me. I am more than pleased with everything that was done. When they were finished they cleaned up and left every thing the way they found it. I will recommend your company and Julio and Efren to my friends and anyone that need your service.

I called this morning to have my hot water heater checked out as I awoke to a lukewarm shower. A plumber was sent out same day and fixed my issue quickly and professionally; provided me with estimates on multiple options with no pressure on which to choose. I received a call that he was on his way and explained that I would be leaving work to meet him and he waited about 10 minutes for me to arrive as he go there first. I would highly recommend.

Consumer be aware of this unfair business practice. We asked estimate for replacement a toilet part ( part already provided by us) on the phone, it only take a few screw to take old one out and put new parts in--the manufacture estimate less than one hour and we have done it for other toilet ourselves easily in the past. MikeDiamond estimated $76 so we thought it is reasonable and asked them to come to the office to replace. However. When the technician arrived and repair, it turned out to be the $76 was only " get to the door price". For a 30 min simple work, they charge $479.20 labor ( =$960/hour labor) Plus $20 gas ( they are local less than 10 mile) plus $20 workers compensation ( instead of paying by the company, they charge consumer) with total bill of $547.67 for a 30 min replacement of simple toilet parts! When we complaint they only reduced to $451. Which still come out to be $900 per hour labor. When I mentioned their EXCESSIVE and WAY OVER The industrial standard labor rate, they refused to provide refunds. If they have disclosed the labor rate, we would absolutely NOT retain their service. I think their commercial of $99 " unplug the drain " has tremendous hidden fee---be aware that is likely a " get to the door " fee with hundreds and thousands of hidden fee that will shock you.

I called for an appointment today... and unlike my last experience with Mike diamond... this person was the Plummer from He! L. He was not courteous, and in fact could not figure out how to remove the shower valve handle. As opposed to simply doing the work. He wanted to go on and in talking about how big of a job it was... at the end. He said if you know how to fix it... why don't you do it yourself... in that this was the exact same repair mike diamond did from 5 years ago. I understood exactly what the previous Plummer had done... very disappointed... I called and voiced a verbal complaint,,. They said someone would call... no call received yet...

We noticed on a Friday afternoon that our commode was leaking. Called right away and Mike Diamond sent a plumber in just a little over an hour. The old commode needed to be replaced and he had one on his truck! Within no time he had changed them out - everything was all tidied up like he'd never been there - and all the old mess hauled away. Couldn't be more pleased with the prompt, respectful, efficient, professional, helpful awesome service. We had called our previous plumber - but he was "too busy" to come until Monday! Mike Diamond was a life saver! Our plumber is Mike Diamond from now on!

Despite having positive experiences with this business in the past, I am no longer willing to do business with Mike Diamond Plumbing. The price quoted to replace a 40 gallon water heater at my Mother's house was a bit high, $3,227.00 + permit $273.00. We paid 10% down payment of $323.00 cash and $273.00 for permit on credit card. After a 2 day delay installing the water heater (2 extra days without hot water!) the tech then tried to collect $227.00 in addition to the agreed upon balance of $3,000.00. I definitely feel that we were taken advantage of on the price and delay in installation and I am outraged that they tried to collect extra monies.
