I do feel the "Mike Diamond" company over charges. The rates are all pre set so not by the hour. Very expensive but the plummer was on time and did a great job.
Fabulous service... all within an hour of my initial call. Quick fix, Bathtub drain backed up this morning after my husband and I attempted to clean out the slow kitchen sink two days prior... The 'guys' had a more powerful snake unit that was able to punch through... as they say... a hairball clog... Seemed to do the trick, 30 mins later and we were back in action... True as they say $99 service call and we opted for a 90 day guarantee for an additional $25. Thank you
We noticed on a Friday afternoon that our commode was leaking. Called right away and Mike Diamond sent a plumber in just a little over an hour. The old commode needed to be replaced and he had one on his truck! Within no time he had changed them out - everything was all tidied up like he'd never been there - and all the old mess hauled away. Couldn't be more pleased with the prompt, respectful, efficient, professional, helpful awesome service. We had called our previous plumber - but he was "too busy" to come until Monday! Mike Diamond was a life saver! Our plumber is Mike Diamond from now on!
Anthony J. Did a great job. Unfortunately my drain could not be unclogged because the pipes are old and need replacing. NO CHARGE! Anthony tried his best and his efforts were appreciated. He informed me of what my options were what is needed to fix the problem. I will call them again if I need further services!
Cesar Camacho inspected our floor heater and came up from under the house with pictures. He explained all of the problems with the heater and the remedies. We thought the price was a little steep and, normally, we would get at least two more estimates. However, Cesar was so thorough in his evaluation of the floor heater that we decided to have the work done by Mike Diamond. But, only if Cesar was going to do the work himself. He did the work and took more pictures of the finished product. We are very satisfied with the outcome.
I called this company and they are not picking up after 50 rings and it is Saturday during day time. This company has no customer service.
Our plumber was able to arrive the same day we phoned in, due to a cancellation, although we originally were given the next day for the service call. He quickly and easily unclogged both a shower and sink drain, each in different bathrooms, for a total charge of $178 (which included a $10 discount card). My only concern was his not putting cover slips on his shoes, which resulted in some dirt left behind on our floors.
We had a clog in the main line. They told me that they would not be able to send someone out until Monday, and that the price would be $200. Nothing like what they advertise. We were not able to go the whole weekend without water. When the ad was mentioned they said to call back about 8 PM.
We had a Moen bathroom faucet we wanted to be installed.
Two plumbers from Mike Diamond showed up and looked under our bathroom sink then went out to their truck for 15 minutes to write the estimate. The estimate was for $1,175.33 to install the faucet. We paid the $76.41 Service fee and sent them on their way.
The next day, we had a licensed plumber come to install the faucet and he charged us $100.00.
We will let our community, Men's Club, Women's Club, Garden Club, etc. know of these outrageous charges especially for seniors.
Well he cleared the clogged drain but made up his own price (triple the $99 up to $287 cost) because he had to take apart and reconnect the pipe under the kitchen sink which turned a half hour job into a one hour job. Wish I could make $287 an hour, sign me up!
Tech #6243 Anthony was very professional, knowledgeable with respect to our plumbing issues, explained clearly what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it, honest and very friendly it did not feel like a stranger was in our home. I live and care for my elderly parents and I am very cautious of who comes in our home and i was completely comfortable and felt safe. Anthony wore his protective mask the whole time which i really appreciated. Thank You for excellent service. Should the need ever arise to need a plumber I would like to have Anthony respond to our call.
Cesar and his assistant arrived on time. I described the problem and they solved it with much less work than I expected. It's great when a problem is fixed at half the cost I expected. Cesar taught me a lot about plumbing and didn't charge me for the information. Nice.
The Mike Diamond tech, Anthony, did an outstanding job in solving my drain problem. He explained the process and completed the job in an efficient manner. I had an interest in hydro jetting the line but felt the price was to much.

Scam doesn't even begin to describe Mike Diamond. I was quoted $6000 to fix a clogged clean out and replace the cap. Second plumber fixed the clog, fixed the pipe opening and cap for $450! Unbelievable!
Leo was very professional and very thorough. Explained what he was doing and why it needed repair. He came back 2 days later because there was a freon leak and spent 2 hours repairing it. We really appreciated his work ethic.
I called the service center and booked an appointment. Was asked if i wanted a morning or afternoon time. I took the day off work to wait for a technician to show up. After waiting until 1pm, i decided to call the service center to see what was up. I was put through to a manager? Louis and was told he wast going to be able to make it until 3 days later. No call, no better, solution.
This is all after being sold a service agreement. Avoid.
The gentlemen who came out were prompt and on time, giving a courtesy call for their arrival time. They were professional, knowledgeable and so very pleasant to work with. The were efficient and cleaned up afterwards. I was exceptionally pleased and this is my third positive experience with this company. Each time the work was professional and I felt the prices were reasonable for the work done.
Anthony was on time and was quick and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave advice on future more permanent fix for my toilet. He wore a mask the entire time without complaint. This was great same day service.

The tech was a little late, it was a busy day, but the service was great. Justin explained everything, and he and his partner did a great, quick job. I knew I needed additional work and Justin explained that as well. Will request Justin for additional plumbing work.
