The laptop screen i bought was pretty well packed but the shipping was a bit long, price was good though.
I got my purchase for a good deal but the shipping needs to be improved, it took too long.

I ordered a Western Digital WD20EARS on January 14th for an excellent price. After zero communication from the seller I had to contact their online credit agency 2checkout.com on the 17th as I still hadn't even received a receipt via email!
Amazingly i received an email that same day stating that my hard drive would be dropped shipped within two days. It wasn't shipped until the following week.
So when I ordered and paid for expedited shipping on the 14 with a 2-3 day proccesing time I ended up receiving my product on the 30th!
To add insult to injury the hard drive was not a Canadian WD20EARS, it was a Malaysian WD20EARX, this is NOT an upgrade. The off shore drive only comes with a year warranty!
All in all I will not purchase from this company again and warn other not to as well.
In comparison I ordered the same drive for $15.00 more from NCIX, it had free shipping included, was ordered on a Sunday an arrived the following Tuesday. Don't try and save a couple of bucks, just stick with reputable online retailers.
They took forever to get the item i ordered shipped and the hard drive just arrived, not bad.
Le prix des produits sont très bons, mais l'expédition mérite d'être revue: les délais sont plus longs qu'annoncés. Finalement tout est arrivé en très bon état.
