I am surprised that you are asking about my experience when I never received the merchandise I paid for. I ordered a laptop screen in May and I never received it. I tried to contact the company several times only to get an answering system and no response from the emails I sent. I would never do business with the company again and I would not recommend this compnay to anyone.
Scamming, unreliable site. Don't even think about buying anything from it. I order a screen from this site on May 1 and it hasn't arrive and it's been a month and more. You can never really contact them through their number or email. It's a scamming site, don't buy from it.
Worst experience I have ever had. Paid poste dprice then got BD about some issue with their CC company. Refunded after a week,. Reordered. They raised the price $40. Woul dnot honer the orginal price I paid. Promised twice it would ship in 2 days. After a week, was told it was out of stock. Would not buy from this company ever.
I ordered a monitor for my laptop, it took 3 weeks and they sent me a notice that the system was holding the money for more than 2 weeks and I would get my money back. After 2 more weeks, I got my money back, but I don't reecommend anyone to buy anything from this site, as it might not get sent.
Never again will I buy anything from here again.
Only problem I had was that the shipping was too slow but they did answer all my questions in emails and the LCD did fit my laptop and worked fine, so i think it was an average or good in general.
The mightytechtronics.com staff gave me a personal call back to be sure I was getting the proper LCD for my MacBook Pro. It shipped from door-to-door in a week. Installed, it looks great. I am really happy with the service, the part and their price was hands-down unbeatable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends.

They are very slow at shipping, even though prices are good, shipping took them more than 2 weeks but in the end i got my delivered item for a good price.
I placed my order with no issues but after 5 days I had not received a shipment notification so I called the 2 phone numbers listed on their website. Both numbers were not in service. I then called 2checkout.com, the company I payed through, and was given a third contact number. I called this number to find it was the guys cell personal cell phone. After arguing with the guy for a while, he admitted he had customers that had been waiting for their products for months! I then immediately told him to cancel the order and issue a refund. I then had to follow up with 2checkout to get my refund because the guy didn't do a proper refund request.
I have had some poor experiences with online retailers but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I would advise other shoppers to pay the extra couple dollars and go with a different retailer. But in my case, I was able to purchase the product from another retailer and, after shipping, ended up spending less than the original purchase.
Pros: Item as described, E-mail Communication was very good.
Cons: Delivery time was very poor. Shipping calculation on site was inaccurate.
My Experience:
I ordered a screen to repair a customer laptop. I did shipping calculation on the website before ordering and it was going to be around $140 total. After actually adding it to the cart and ordering, it came out to $160... hmmm... OK. After ordering I waited 8 business without any word. I contacted seller to ask for update on order status. I received a reply saying they usually ship within 3- 4 days. Keep in mind this was already after 8 days. I then waited a few more days and began the process of filing a dispute with them, thinking the item would not be shipped. They seemed to get their act together after filling the claim, and shipped several days after it was filed. I ordered Jan 14th and received Feb 6th. This would not have been so bad if it was for myself. I had told the customer what to expect based on what they claimed on shipping times. Thus this made me look bad in front of a customer. It will make me think twice about ordering from them again in the future. The silver lining was that the item was packed well and as described.
Bought a laptop screen June 15th, 2012; got the order confirmation but no tracking number. Got numerous excuses for about 3 weeks that they're behind on shipments. Then got another excuse that their payment processing center, 2Co was withholding about 17 grand and not being honest about paying them for merchandise so I was to contact my bank and file a charge back against 2CO. Then they had the nerve to tell me to do the charge back and then use PayPal through their site and re-purchase the screen. When I contacted 2CO they looked up my case and actually paid mightytechtronics on the date I purchased the merchandise. I ended up filing a charge back against mightytechtronics and have yet to see if the bank will refund my money and squeeze it out of mightytechtronics. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER! 2CO said they terminated their account due to multiple complaints of non-receipt of merchandise.
Shipping took a little longer than expected but I was kept in touch as to when I could expect my order.
I would purchase from then again in a heartbeat!

I ordered an LCD Replacement screen... never received it over a month. I finally contacted them... OOPS 2CO has been holding your payments, we haven't even shipped it out yet. Here is a complete refund that you should receive in the next few days. A few days later, surprise surprise! NO REFUND! I contacted 2CO, their reply?... 2CO no longer deals with mightytechtronics so please talk to them about your refund. Mightytechtronics reply? Please talk to 2CO about your refund as they have your money.
I felt like a punching bag being hit back and forth with 2CO on one end and mightytechtronics on the other!

Lucky for me, I paid through paypal. I have filed a dispute, escalated it and am now waiting a reply. Until I get ALL OF MY MONEY BACK, I will not be at rest! This is BS! Save yourself some time. Order from a reputable company.
