I have ordered the rear breaking disks for my Mercedes - it was 2 Brembo disks for 53.99. Excellent price, only 1.5 days lightning delivery with all e-mails confirming each step of this process. Goods arrived faulty (bike rack was broken) there response is it will still work ok and would not replace the goods despite the guarantee on their website. I have been waiting 8 weeks and they don't respond to emails. This trader is not what they state on their website.
They stall and stall and try to make everything so difficult... that you will give up.
I was sent the wrong part and when I rang customer service was told it was my fault, as I trusted there website to give me the correct part after i put in the reg number. Worst return service ever, when things go wrong they don't want to know. I have used micks garage for years but have never had to deal with customer service once you do you will never use again
Ever notice how rude people who work in large well known companies can react to good customers seeking good service and honest answers? Micks is always advertising on how they take great pride on treating their customers with the utmost respect and provide its very best in service! That may be true in some cases, but not all! You'll always find a few bad apples in every barrel as I have... Where I come from, the customer is always right. In Ireland, its just the opposite. The rude employee tries to make it look like its all your fault and not theirs for the screw-up! Plain and simple, its called Bad Business Practices! Be careful on what you order on Micks Garage! Check and double check their website while ordering product(s)
If they have a special going on- then record, file, take a pic of the discount voucher on the screen for your records! When you check-out make sure you have received your discount imediatley! If not, cancel your order! Good luck shopping...

So far not good I ordered roof rails 5 days ago and the delivery tracking updates have not changed in over 4 days still says in depot. Have tried both calling and emailing the company and nothing no response... I fear I have this is either a fraudulent company or just run by individuals who simply don't care once they have been paid and goods have left their premises... Dissapointed is an understatement should have known to stick to a well known company with a reputable reputation and more importantly contactable
I only bought one item off them last year I order it and payed for it and Last week i went to buy brakes & discs for my car and low and behold they ban my IP address for no reason.

I ordered a roof rack kit for my Golf in May, 2021. Impressed by videos showing installation and features. Even more impressed when kit arrived in Canada in about ten days and proved to be exactly as advertised. Well designed and precisely and solidly manufactured for a perfect fit - as good or better than anything else on the market and an excellent value.
I've dealt with Micksgarage on a number of occasions and have never had an issue, but I had to contact their customer service for my most recent order and their rep Mikey was a credit to them. I ordered roof bars but I realised when they arrived that they were for a car with raised roof rails and mine does not have these (the mistake here was entirely mine). Mikey was very helpful, sent me a returns authorisation and helped me choose the right set of bars on the same call. My new bars arrived the following day and my refund on the wrong set was processed a few days after I posted them back. This was the first time I'd ever had a problem with Micks but I honestly can't fault the way it was handled.
Absolutely terrible customer experience with this company, waited 11 working days to receive my package after requesting a refund on 3 occasions to 3 members of staff and been ignored, requested resends and been ignored and given false information about why the package was delayed. The company blamed an post for the delay instead of accepting their legal responsibility as the vendor to deliver the product which has lead me to a a comparing to trading standards over the systematic refusal of my consumer rights. Never giving them my business again.
Be careful using their car model lookup to pick your parts, it can suggest products that don't actually fit your car. When I contacted support about this and I suggested their website tell people this I was met with indifference.
Order not complete. Without sending photos of an emptyb box they will not replace the missing parts. Customer service of no help. No goodwill gesture. This is one of the problems of buying online unless you are sure of its reputation. Helping paying customers would avoid getting bad reviews.
Their websites specified only 1 product for the Car Make/Model Provided.
There was no way to check for alternative products you must buy the recommeded product.
The Product did not fit was not the correct for the Make/Model Provided.
They now say this is my fault.
I should have checked some document that was not provided before the sale. How convenient for them, to have no integrity in their business operations and to blankly absolve them from any wrong doing in their mistakes.
Absolute joke of a company and pure cowardice. Hide behind emails so they can say no, no and no. Clearly unable to pick up the phone or speak. Wrong item displayed on site, paid extra for postage and wasn't sent for weeks. When returned item at a £20 cost they refused to accept item and was returned. Do not use this company l, pay the extra for some real service.
Ordered wind deflectors, the delivery company was unable to find my address (only company to have this issue) and subsequently sent item back to store.
I was charged £4.60 for an item they failed to deliver and no offer to re deliver.
This is a breach of contract under common law.
Useless company with terrible customer service
Dreadful company that after nearly 2 months since returning a purchase have not refunded. The purchase was advertised on their website as works in all vehicles. It did not work in 2 very different vehicles it was tried in. They agreed to a refund and the purchase was returned at our expense by returnmyshopping.ie as they requested. After nearly 2 months of excuses that they will check with their warehouse and get back to us (which they never did) they are now saying they did not receive it and refusing a refund. Thankfully it was not an expensive item purchased from them. Lesson learnt and we will never use this company again.
Don't buy from this company. They do not stand behind their products. Bought a pair of Aguri Prestige for my golf Alltrack and despite being advertised as compatible, they are too wide. Look elsewhere.
Bought a set of rear brake pads for my Toyota corolla. Gave them the Reg No. So that correct pads could be selected by them. Got pads but couldn't get them fitted until 3 months later. The pads were found to be incorrect for car. They wouldn't replace/refund as it was outside their 30 day returns policy. E mailed them but got nowhere. Would not get this level of non co operation from my local Motor Factors which is where I'll be shopping from now on.
Used this company in the past, with no issues, longest wait would be normal 5working days, this time I had to contact through email after a week, only to reply some of there stock was out, I mean a week to tell me this, and now a week later still nothing delivered from remaining items which are useless without the missing items from origanal order. Wont be using any more.
I ordered wishbone and droplink on the first order they were the right ones for car ordered a pair of ft springs they listed one for the car so if they only list one thats the one that will fit.NO thats to easy i was told after complaining i should have measured them but any info on the part there is no measurments they tell not to rely on putting ur reg in cos its not reliable how else r u going to know if it fits
