I rang today the 8/14th, too see where my order was, that I ordered on the 8/6th.The first sign was the guy kepped hanging up the phone, then I resorted too E-mail, Where I was told.that, ( I) cancelled that order, which I did not, I then asked if I cancelled that order, where is the e-mail or proof I did. I said If i cancelled the order why was I not refunded or let known either by a telephone call or E-mail, and a fefund by the way does not Take 8 Days. This went on for a bit, and then The Guy working there Kieran, said you are been abusive, I wrote back, and asked how am i been abusive,Was it because I am asking where my order was or where my my money was, next thing you know this guy started too process my refund. This Guy has done the same before not just too me but another mechanic I know, and wont take blame for anything, but blames the customer then BANNS THEM, (Which by the way he has now banned a profesional mechanic),The reason for the ban is so I would hazard his boss wont find out, what a disgrace, I had a customer waiting for the part inc oil since the 6th aug and now its the 14th. Moral of the story is if you ask where your stuff is KIERAN thinks that is an insult and bans you.Great job Micks Garage Great Business plan. YOU WILL GO FAR,WITH A GUY LIKE THAT WORKING THERE. I am going Irish Auto Parts where they dont mess up the orders and tell you if the parts are not in stock and dont sent te rong parts then blame the customer for there mistake. APPARENTLY ABUSE IN MICKS GARAGE IS WHERE YOU ASK WHERE YOU ORDER IS OR WHERE YOUR MONEY IS, AND ASK WHERE THE CANCELATION E-MAIL IS. I would not have got my money back I dont think If I dint ask where my order was and then complain. I HAVE all evidence on e-mails, and bank statments
