There are many stores that sell Michael Kors brand merchandise but the best bet in my opinion is to get your purchase straight from the source. They have a much better selection, more unique items, and great sales. I've never had to return anything nor have I ever had to contact customer service. Everything I've gotten has been of superior quality.

The purse came with a bent clasp from poor packaging. Later after removing the tags to take to work. I noticed the metal hardware was scuffed. Customer service acted as though they were going to assist but later changed their mind. It's sad that you buy from a company that doesn't take pride in their shipping operators or customer service.

I purchased 10 Michael Kors bags for my family for birthdays and holidays this year. I did it all online. Their online tool is awful. It will restrict you looking for no reason. It won't always capture any promo codes you add and instead kick you off the site.

If you find the price to go down within days of placing the order and reach out to customer service, don't expect to hear back from them. I also wrote in about how strange their website accepted and again I heard nothing back at all. I wrote more than 4 emails and never heard back.

For a luxury product you will get the worst care. Even the corner gas station does better then their customer service. This company truly could care less about any problems you are having just to buy the product. I hate to guess what they would do if the product was defective or damaged. They probably would do exactly the same and just ignore any written communication from you.

If you buy from this company just beware that once they have your money you are dead to them.

I purchased shoes. They sent wrong size in right size box. I asked if I could take them to the store which is closer than my nearest post office to return. I was told I would only get a store credit as they no longer have those in the store no cash refund. How does that work for me? I now have to purchase something I don't require from Michael Kors and still go buy shoes? The whole point was to get them in the sale and for convenience. The opposite but even worse, customer service told me it sounded "like a personal problem, and not their responsibility to ensure I get correct item"- I was speechless. Then why would I use them ever again? Shame, I have a lot of items I happily bought form their store but I wont be again. Do NOT use their online shopping and its handled out of Atlanta Georgia and they were so rude! I am based in Canada.

I WOULD have given this website a 5 star review if every item wasn't out of stock. They have tons of bags on sale however when you go to purchase them they are ALWAYS sold out... so what's the point? I check the site on a regular basis thinking one day I will get lucky and be able to buy a bag on sale but it never happens. My advice for whoever is running this site, PLEASE take each purse out of the "sale" section once its become sold. SIMPLE ENOUGH.

I usually always order from the webiste, but this particular time was just unexpectedly unacceptable. I order on 3/6/17 I waited a week for a shipping confirmation email and never got one, so I emailed customer service. I was told that it was so processing. So I waited a few more days, fast forward to 3/22/17 I call customer service this time only to find out that the order is still sitting in the warehouse... WTH!, So then I'm told to call back in 24 to 48 hrs. So here it is 3/27 and I call back and the excuse I get is that there was a computer glitch. No somebody didn't process the order, but they certainly processed the payment. Sometimes sorry just isn't enough. Supposedly it arrives this Thurs 3/30. Not to sure what's going on with the distribution center but they need to get their act together, so far after this disater it'll be a long time before I order anything from MK online. If I can't find it at one of his stores, then I just won't have it. 15 days to wait for an item ordered is ridiculous. I've gotten things from China faster... smh@ MK online, smh

I purchased a wallet online and didnt like it so I exchanged it for a handbag at a local Michael Kors store. Im totally displeased with not receiving full credit for my online purchase due to not getting credit for the tax I paid on the wallet online. It seems like the store representative didnt want to go through the effort of refunding my credit card and then completing the handbag purchase in a separate transaction. I had already completed the transaction, left the store, and was thinking that something didnt seem right. I returned to the store to bring to her attention but she said the tax was credited. It was my mistake to take her word rather than show her the receipts. Im not spending extra time visiting the store to resolve this issue because this simple transaction shouldnt have come down to leaving this poor review. My advice is make sure you read product reviews on the items youre interested in before buying so you dont have to waste your time visiting a physical store and not have a seamless experience.
Its too bad that for the product prices the customer experience doesnt match what a customer pays for.

I bought Michael kors footwear for the first time and I am sorry to say but the quality is so poor. They broke in just few months. My not so expensive footwears do better than this and have a much longer life span. Michael kors footwears were not worth the money. Although they looked good and was one of my favorite pairs. But there quality broke my heart. Very disappointed.

Purchased online a purse on sale. One day later went down by more than $100.00 again. Asked for price difference to be applied. Margaret a Manager states no we cannot do that as we have policies. Could not explain policy? Asked to speak to her manager but she explained there are no managers. I did make it very clear that there is a phone number online for Corporate Office. She then explained that they do not like to take calls or lose money with customers. This is true as above says it all. Michael Kors spends more time explaining what they can /will not do for customers.
It is deceptive to offer a refund within 7 days if their handbags go to a lesser price and then not honor it. Just bad business!

I placed an order on December 20th with next day delivery for 30 dollars hoping it would get to me before Christmas but here I am 7 days later and I still hadnt received any information about shipping or tracking. So I called and turns out they canceled my order without even telling me because the shipping I chose wasnt available and now Im going on a trip in 2 days and would like to have to bag but they said it would take 48 hours to reprocess my order and then they could try to ship it as soon as possible. Also sat on the phone for 20 minutes waiting for customer service to answer. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE EXPECTING TO GET YOUR ORDER FAST! Customer service also isnt great or much help at all. I love Michael Kors bags but Im very disappointed after placing this order and the trouble Ive gone through.

I made an indulgent purchase of a great bag while on holiday in Portugal.
Tragedy occurred when I went to immediately parade my precious MK bag on return to Sydney: gold rivet fell out of the shoulder strap.
Many emails later with the MK Global Customer Service, I was advised the bag would be replaced (drum roll, wait for this!)... conditional on me showing photographic evidence that I had destroyed my original purchase i. E., specifically by driving 4-inch cuts through the front & back of the bag!

Talk about turning a luxury brand into trash with the request to fulfill this violating action. Totally de-valued my 'investment'. Shame MK, shame... CG

I have been buying shoes and purses from Michael Kors for about five years now. I pay over 150 for shoes and boots. The product is very appealing but the quality is so not worth what you are paying. Every time I buy shoes or boots I can only wear them maybe five or six times before one of the heels are gone. I called customer service the last time about a week ago and was told I had 30 days to return this when this happens. That was the first time I've heard that. I love the way your shoes and boots look but the quality sucks and I have lost so much money on your bad product. I am a military spouse and I will warn the military wives how not to waste there money on a company that does not stand behind there product. I have ever shoe and boots I have bought from Michael Kors and can prove what I am saying maybe I should put it on social media to show people how over priced your product is and how you all do not stand behind your product. I am very disappointed I have lots of shoes, boots, and purses but no more SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY... Janice in FT Lewis WA.

Bought watch for my daughter, cost £200+. After 9 months strap broke, took watch back to jewellers to be told strap not covered by guarantee. Watch came complete with strap, wanted over £90 to repair. So their business model is to sell watch with guarantee put a rubbish strap on it and charge the earth to repair a rubbish strap. DO NOT EVER BUY A MICHAEL KORS PRODUCT they are basically rebranded tosh

When you think of MK it's not that expensive, but for average ppl it is somewhat luxury and a name! Their website is ok, but customer service and returns are a hassel! I placed an order when they had the sale going on before the fall arrivals! Order wasn't that big but with bags i ordered leather cleaner, which leaked all over upon arrival. When called the phone rang for a good minute, and than answering service started on to hold and you will be assisted, that was on for a good 10 mins, and I after the rep came on, I think she was on drugs, the way she talked, I had to make her repeat everything she said since I couldn't hear her, and that she wasn't making any sense. When Asked how long will it take to get a credit before I place another order for a stuipd leather cleaner, she said 3-4 weeks, I said is there a faster way? She said I don't know, I said can I go in store and get it changed, NO I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THAT THEY ARE A SEPERATE BUSINESS. And every store has their own policy. WTF?! How am i suppose to know about that when buying from MK. Apprently MK company is as superficial as MK himself! ONE MORE THING! IF you have canadian friends place an order on CANADA site, since with currency exchange at 30% now, it's an extra discount! Because Canadian site is charging $398 CAD as USD $398 for the same item.
