When you think of MK it's not that expensive, but for average ppl it is somewhat luxury and a name! Their website is ok, but customer service and returns are a hassel! I placed an order when they had the sale going on before the fall arrivals! Order wasn't that big but with bags i ordered leather cleaner, which leaked all over upon arrival. When called the phone rang for a good minute, and than answering service started on to hold and you will be assisted, that was on for a good 10 mins, and I after the rep came on, I think she was on drugs, the way she talked, I had to make her repeat everything she said since I couldn't hear her, and that she wasn't making any sense. When Asked how long will it take to get a credit before I place another order for a stuipd leather cleaner, she said 3-4 weeks, I said is there a faster way? She said I don't know, I said can I go in store and get it changed, NO I DON'T KNOW ABOUT THAT THEY ARE A SEPERATE BUSINESS. And every store has their own policy. WTF?! How am i suppose to know about that when buying from MK. Apprently MK company is as superficial as MK himself! ONE MORE THING! IF you have canadian friends place an order on CANADA site, since with currency exchange at 30% now, it's an extra discount! Because Canadian site is charging $398 CAD as USD $398 for the same item.
