This company charged me 4 times for an outfit. Never sent me an email confirmation. They only refunded me for three of the transactions and is saying that they never charged me and I will not be getting my daughter's Halloween costume but yet they charged me and refused to refund my money saying that they never charged me. Highly unprofessional rude and steal your money. I highly suggest that you do not order from these people and you let all your friends know too.

The kingdom hearts sora costume I bought from miccostumes is simply a garbage. The quality of the costume is bad that it is made of some cheap material that you can see that easily and feel it by your hands. It don't look much like the picture at all. No wonder the price they tried to list is so cheap. Also it took forever for the delivery that i had totally waited 6 weeks before i can get it. I am disappointed with the services and products. Don't trust their stupid reviews on their own website, totally misleaded me. I won't buy here no more, if you don't want to waste your money and time buy elsewhere!

At first I too thought they were a dream come true. Except a little less than a week after I ordered my cosplay, I got a call at 11PM saying "your item is out of stock, would you like something else?" Like no, I only paid for premium shipping and was completely relying on your website to ship this to me so that I would have it ready for the convention. I just find it really disturbing that I wasn't told during check out that it was out of stock. I am NEVER recommending this website to anyone. Cause who knows, your product may never arrive.

I ordered a cosplay in early March for a convention at the end of May. It was expected to be shipped by early April and arrive mid May. I figured 2+ months was plenty of time for my cosplay to arrive on time for the con, since I never had a problem with my cosplays from other companies taking longer than maybe a month and a half AT THE MOST. April came by and I figured maybe the website is just backed up, but when it got to mid May and it had already passed the expected delivery date without having shipped I got worried. I emailed them and they said they could not guarantee it would arrive before the date of the con but that there was a "great chance" it would. The cosplay shipped the day before the con and didn't arrive until the second day of the con. Don't buy your cosplay from this website, there are plenty of others that will get your cosplay to you on time, in advance. Very disappointed with this company.

I bought a Custome Cosplay of Naruto for the birthday of my boyfriend. I'm really happy because he was satisfied.The perfect gift! The shipment is accurate and fast. One day later I received an e-mail with the confirmation and the tracking number. The contact via e-mail was quick and the support was very good. The value for money is great. Quality product as described and the costume is look like the pictures on the web site. Its well made and functional. All the accessories are nice too. I look forward to purchase and wear other cosplays. I definitely recommend this store.

I ordered a large costume and it fit fairly well, the skirt was a bit big but it wasn't bothersome. The costume held up very well and I was HIGHLY impressed with the quality of the wig. The color was spot on. The shoes fit perfectly as well. The only tip I have is to buy plenty of double sided fabric tape as it is a life saver for holding up the tights and thigh highs. I ordered this cosplay for myself to go with my boyfriends Kirito cosplay

I ordered three cosplays from them: Persona 5, Fire Emblem Awakening, and Nier: Automata for Halloween. Honestly, I've never received customer service like this! The mask to my Ann cosplay came cracked and the zipper to my 2B costume came off. They immediately expressed shipped another mask and reimbursed me for the trip to the tailor to get my zipper attached. I had ample time before Halloween to get ready! Very friendly and really felt like they cared.

I ordered a Blair, from Soul Eater, cosplay from them and overall I'd say it was very mediocre at best. The quality of the costume I'd say was very, well, Party City. The costume had no stretch and no elastic anywhere and thus was a pain to get on because of the stitching in the waistline, and it ended up ripping slightly while I was trying to take it off. Somehow still, when I put it on the costume was too big around the bodice and was also a bit long for my torso. It also didn't help that they never sent me any texts or emails about a tracking number when it had shipped, and they didn't respond any of the times I reached out asking for one. So, pretty much, I spent a whole week worried if I would even receive it or not. I also tried to review the product on their website and it would just not let me for some reason, which seemed pretty odd. Their return policy is also pretty bad and a bit over complicated, as they have several different return policy pages that all say slightly different things. Overall I'd say that I don't feel I really got my money's worth, and judging by all the other reviews of people who purchased something and never even received it, I'd say you're better off searching for a more reliable website, like maybe etsy, or just trying to make it yourself.

Overall this was a very good and quality costume for the price. The jacket isn't made of some cheap fabric, but is actually a nice jacket-worthy fabric, with lining on the inside. The tie is seems a bit light and large, but it looks fine when worn with the jacket. The white undershirt is the one part of the product that was sub-par to my expectations. It appears cheap and the buttons are placed in such a way that the shirt doesn't stay flat or closed, the collar is also a bit overly large. The trousers are made of thin fabric, so they aren't anything like actual dress-pants, but I actually found this to be a plus, since they appear nice enough, and they are much cooler than wearing think dress pants which is the last thing you want to do at a convention. My final grudge with the product is after the first day one of the buttons of the front of the jacket fell off, and the other two loosened. Overall this is a good cosplay costume, but only buy it if you are particularly interested in the jacket and tie.
