I may be a lucky customer?

Above all bad comments, I dare myself to buy 2 cosplays at a time on this site and I did receive it as it should.

First of all, be sure to check hided informations in this website before buying.
Cosplays are mainly from China and have a second storage location in the US.

This text below is from their FAQ/Contact us section:
"2: Where is your company located?
We are based in China. The costumes are made and shipped from the factory in China directly. We also have the warehouse in California which enables the delivery within United States more quickly."

They also do collaborations with other manufacturers so it may be hard to communicate with them when issue occurred. In other words, they try to be international but it's not easy when communication is a failure. They have a dead blog, an automated messenger and a very lively TikTok.

About size options, please check twice before buying.
Once again, they don't stop telling you to mesure yourself with the help of a friend to be sure you'll get it right. THEY GIVE YOU SIZE CHARTS AND A TUTORIAL FOR MESUREMENTS, PLEASE USE THEM!

My experience:
I first created an account on their website to be member because I wanted to keep purchase's informations once it's done, then I measured myself and bought Rolling Bubble (small size for me) and Hyper Blossom (medium size for my sister). I paid both together in one payment with PayPal method (giving them credit card information directly may be a risky move).
Shipment was from China to Canada and I did check everyday to make sure my order is on the way and it took 10 delivery days to get it in front of my door (I buy them in September so I presume if you buy 2 weeks before Halloween you'll have high chances to get issues because of high customer treatments/traffics they'll need to cover).

About those products:
I was surprised about the quality to the price (approximatively $50 CND each in total). It's very well made for most parts, comfortable to wear, nice materials used and perfectly fit my size. The jacket and the dress are very soft, clean and well sewed. Accessories may vary to the maker who was on it.
There' only three small things I noticed: 1. Heart in the back of the blue jacket is not very well sewed compared to Blossom's, 2. I don't have big hands but when I wear my gloves (from Rolling Bubble cosplay) it fit just fine but it feels like finger edges seams will open from the poor overlock finish (my sister didn't have this issue) and 3. Hyper Blossom's hair bow is not sewn correctly, the up part is a bit to the left instead of being in the middle.

Other than that, I just can't wait to cosplay them at future events but idk if I'll dare another purchase if I don't have good reasons to do it. That's all.

Tip for consumers:

Despite controversy reviews, this website offer good quality products at cheap prices, it's honestly not that bad but they partially refund you by not covering the shipping if anything happen. Be careful.

Sent the wrong size, and Customer service is a joke.

The pants are the correct measurements for the M Size guide.

Waist – 72cm
Bust - 89cm
Hips – 96cm
Height - 167cm

Which is why I ordered the M Size, however, I was sent a jacket that was larger measurements than the M size.
Please kindly send a Jacket with the measurements in the M size as soon as possible.
If I am not sent what I ordered, I will be forced to take alternative action!

The jacket which was sent to me measures at 94cm-Bust and 85cm- Waist. Per the size chart looks to be L or XL.

My Waist size is 72cm and my bust area is 89cm. Which is why I ordered the M Size, however, the jacket that was sent to me is LARGER than the m size.
You sent me the incorrect size.

So summarize, I was sent a jacket that is the sizing of the L or XL, instead of an M.

It looks beautiful, however, the jacket is a bit larger than I ordered.
The Bust area is 94cm and the Waist is 85cm.
The waist wrap also has come light staining on the velvet fabric.
I was wondering if it is possible to exchange the jacket for the M size (as ordered), or perhaps the S size.

Scam worthy?

Ive had a similar experience when buying a bathing suit from MicCostume as someone else on here. Last month I had purchased a Demon Slayer bathing suit for around $37, with shipping included, and it showed a range for the arrival date. These dates were from July 29th - August 5th, and it's currently August 9th and no package has arrived. I had recently contacted the company about this and I did receive a reply stating "We are so sorry we have not sent this parcel to you because we have not received your reply about your order. So are you willing to proceed with your order?". I was very confused after reading this because I had already purchased this item, I'm not sure what I need to reply with to get my order. After reading the message I will say I was angry with them because they haven't even shipped my item. I contacted them afterwards and said that, yes, I would like my order because they had already taken the money from my account. I'm currently awaiting for an email back from the company, but from things I keep hearing about this company I wouldn't suggest buying the bathing suits, maybe other products? I haven't ever ordered from them before so I don't know what products are good to buy that won't get you scammed, but hopefully to future customers they'll know what to buy and not to buy. Overall I'd rate the company a 4/10, just for the reason that they replied to my email.

EDITED: Luckily I have gotten my bathing suit, after about a couple weeks after emailing the company and accepting their process of sending my package, it has arrived. The downsides of this company would definitely be the fact that you apparently have to message them to state that you want your package to arrive, even when you already paid. When I had to do this I was purely convinced that I had been scammed out of my money, but after messaging and confirming they said i will receive my tracking on the package. I had recently been looking on their website on my order to find out that I had gotten my tracking number and was able to track my package. After all that I received my package at the end of August which I had emailed them a little into August. With this all settled I can agree that the website is not bad and my bathing suit came the way I wanted it, but I'd definitely say to email them after noticing your package hasn't arrived. Although I don't know why some have a difficult time contacting them, I do recommend contacting them whenever having a difficult time with the company or any for a matter of fact. Overall I can say that I do change my rate on the website by one star just because I found it very concerning having to message them saying you want your order even after paying and them taking your money.

Tip for consumers:

If your package doesn’t arrived within arrival dates, look at the shipping method on your order. There should be updates about if your package is processing and at the end there should be a tracking link for your order. If that doesn’t come up, contact the company and tell them that you haven’t received it, they will most likely ask you if you fully accept having your order arrive and agree to having it arrive. After that it should be showing the processing on your order. Hope this helped!!

TL; DR: this company does not update their stock often, nor do they reply to their emails in a timely manner, and they messed up my order 2 TIMES. I would definitely recommend you to go to another cosplay website just in case they screw you over like they did to me

I ordered a costume for my convention a month before the actual convention in order to receive my costume before I needed it, and everything was fine until 2 weeks later when I got an email telling me that the costume I ordered was actually out of stock and I needed to order a different costume. This was unprofessional because I ordered my costume in advance because I knew shipping would take quite some time and yet they decided to email me 14 days after I ordered my costume that it was "out of stock". When I emailed them about it they told me that they couldn't email me sooner because of the holiday their company was on, and I get that but the thing is on their website it said the costume was in stock, and it LET me order the costume, they do NOT update their website/stock. Because I was running out of time instead of just asking for a refund I ordered a different costume. I wanted to give this company another chance since my friends bought from this site too (big mistake). The customer service told me that this new costume would DEFINITELY make it to me at least a day before my convention. When convention weekend rolls around I wait for my package and of course, it never comes, they literally told me that it would come in time for my convention, and now it is a week after the convention and still no costume, and so I had to attend the convention with no cosplay. I emailed them AGAIN to ask where my costume was and at first, the company told me that they already emailed me about my costume being out of stock... I had to send them a screenshot of me talking to a different employee, ordering my new costume in order for them to understand that they had me order a new costume. And to no surprise, they didn't even send out the new cosplay that I REORDERED and was ASSURED it would make it on time. I then told them that my convention was over and I no longer wanted/needed the costume after this unorganized situation, and it was too late? They had already shipped out my costume "a day before I sent my email" and so now I have to wait for this costume to come to my house, and then I have to send it back to them, THEN I can get a refund... This company is a joke and they need to learn how to run a business

Good quality, VERY POOR communication.

Alright, Miccostumes.

I gave you two chances. TWO. And you messed up both of them. Considering all the places I've ordered cosplays from in the past and had a great experience, this is certainly a feat.

Incident number one:
I ordered a cosplay at least 3 months in advance. 3 months for a costume that was pretty much a bra and panties. It did not arrive in time for my event, but at least they shipped it after a whole entire month of me complaining to the support site. When it arrived (after I had to cancel the plans I'd made since it was late for the event I actually wanted it for) the quality was pretty good and the fit was perfect. So at least there was that. Doesn't excuse the lateness and disregarding the date I needed it, though.

Incident number two:

This one's the whammy.
I saw a costume in their shop that was new and it looked really good! Since their quality wasn't bad and I had at least FOUR MONTHS until the next event I wanted to wear this outfit for, I figured they wouldn't screw up again, right?

Nope.

I ordered the costume and they took my payment immediately. A month and a half goes by without any word on my costume, but I expected this. When the expected shipping date came and went, I contacted staff, who told me very nonchalantly that the item I ordered was MISTAKENLY placed in the store and was not supposed to be available yet (but they let me buy it...?) and that since it was a new mid-summer pre-order item, I would not get my costume until MID-JULY.

JULY!

I ordered this costume in MARCH. And only a month and a half later of no word (after I PAID!), did they tell me that THEY made a mistake with the item's availability. They hadn't even started making it yet despite my receipt saying "processing." They lied.

So pretty much if I hadn't hassled them, I would have never known about their little mixup and I'd still be waiting for my costume to this day. I cancelled my order and got refunded pretty much immediately so thank goodness for that. I used the money I had refunded to hire a much more competent commissioner and I received the costume in less than two weeks. It took less than two weeks for another commissioner to complete the cosplay that Miccostumes hadn't even started on for over a month and a half.

So, Miccostumes, your quality is pretty good, but after this little screw-up of yours, I will not be purchasing from you ever again. I should have learned after the first time, I suppose, but hey, I thought they deserved a second chance.

Lesson learned.
