I ordered a costume with custom sizes. The sales people called me at 3 am took days for the sales people To understand that my measurements were correct. When asked for money back they keep stalling, and making up excuses. Sent them pictures of the horrible job done and they said I looked fine. I ended up having to take it to a tailor and she verified that my measurements were correct that we took.
They refuse to give us money back, believing they did a great job.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered an earring for cosplay back in february and with COVID going on I completely understand that it would take longer than usual. I even wrote an extra note to my order that their safety comes first and that I don't mind if it gets delayed a bit. The payment goes through and that's that. 3 months pass and when I went back to check on my order it was still processing (?!) I wait two more weeks and after seeing that it was still processing I messaged them and asked what was going on. Got a simple reply back a few days later "We have the earring do you still want it?" Still want it? Well yes, and not like they gave me an option to get my money back. I thought first that maybe covid was affecting things but their facebook page showed that they were actively shipping out cosplays to others. Anyway, a month later the earring finally came and it was rusty so I won't be able to use it. Terrible quality, bad communication. Don't waste your money.

I ordered the mitsuri swimsuit on the big sales and it came in like 2 weeks, the quality is really good and i would recomend taking a one size bigger product (i always do this when i order my other cosplays from Asia) BUT like 2 weeks later an unknown payment(?) Hapend from the card that i used to buy the product and it took 100€! THATS ALOT. Im still trying to figure everything out but im pretty sure its the couse of this website.

It is really good quiality and it very well made, but if you have large chest don't big. I got a large, where the bottom fit, but the top was more of a small than large. If I got the extra large the bottom would be too big. I'm scared how small the extra large would be with the large top being so small. I was so upset that I feel like I wasted my money for a suit I can't even wear. That do not take in consideration for large chested woman.

This was actually the first time I have ever ordered a cosplay from a online store that specifically sells cosplay, I bought the Lisa genshin impact cosplay on may 24th the expected delivery date was on August 14-19th but I got it earlier then expected. When I opened the package I was pretty excited, although a couple of the peices do need a bit of fixed ex. The hat is pretty flimsy and there's not really any support, as well as the lantern that is supposed to hang from the hat was broken even with the bubble wrap to stop it from breaking. Although the cosplay itself didn't meet all my expectations I was pretty amazed that it actually got delivered. Although it did take a bit to get across the Canadian border. Overall I think that miccostumes is a alright cosplay shop and if you have the funds feel free to purchase from them. :)

The costumes available are great. May need some minor touch up after a few uses (zippers, buttons, etc). The wigs do not come pre styled, but are well made. I order a majority of my costumes from them because they're reliable. The prices are a little high for Spirit Halloween quality items, but it is a website that specializes in cosplay, so it's to be expected.

We have a kind of tradition with my friends. Once in a month we gather together and wear costumes, which mean some characters from your favorite anime movies/series/crtoons. I found this website and thought that my costumes would be the best and actually it was like that. My friends asked me where did I buy them, while I answered them that I would never reveal this secret. This company helped me to be the best on these parties and I liked it a lot. There is a huge assortment of costumes from various movies, anime/comics and so on so forth. This is my favorite company ever.

Very fine quality item. Exceeded my expectations. The quality of the material and workmanship is made to last. Shipment was super quick from China - 1 week! That was very much appreciated. They have excellent customer service; caring and polite. I expect my grandson will enjoy this for years to come, even as a collectible. Thank you so much. Highly recommend. I ordered size large, and it just fit my grandson who is very slender, about 6' tall with a 30" waist. Has elastic waist in the pants. He was thrilled with the belt and wrist bands too.

Came across Miccostumes when I was trying to look for a decent Sword Art Online cosplay for me and my friends for the anime convention that was coming up. A lot of costumes are rather expensive, and shipping is slow, but after looking at reviews online, this site seemed alright after considering our budget and time constraints. We managed to get what we wanted, and customer service was pretty fast, responded to our questions within a day, which i thought was great. Our cosplay outfits arrived after a week, which is pretty fast in my opinion, so another bonus. For the price that we paid, the quality was really decent, and seems to be quite durable. Overall a very pleasant experience with the company.

I just love the costume here. Their selection is pretty big too. Everything was received as ordered and in a timely manner. I hope this store never goes away. Their costume and prices are AMAZING, and great quality. I've always had trouble finding costume that fit well due to my waist/hip ratio and THIS IS THE STORE.

Just received this yesterday, it fits well and looks really great! Very high quality, and well made. Excellent stitching and durable material. The boots (sold separately) are actual functional and durable boots, not cheap imitations. Overall cosplay is very comfortable to wear. High quality wig. Looks exactly like the photo. Thanks so much for this great costume. Highly recommended company. Looks just like the movie. I've got to say, I am highly satisfied with it. Everything was well put together and highly detailed. I will buy from your store again.
