I don't usually write reviews but th Smart band 6 Is the biggest piece of junk The app does not work you can't get the smart Connect so you can use it I tried to Get it to work three times just a waste of my time

Stay away from this company, they are terrible human beings and their phones are Barbie phones!
I purchased a Redmi note 10 pro. This phone gave me nothing but problems. From the very first day I bought it, it had a line running through the screen from top to bottom. The handsfree speaker and mic is useless and people can't hear me when I use it! Also, the speaker when attached to your ear annoyingly crackles. The apps it comes with don't work, like the universal remote! Furthermore, It's supposed to have a feature which allows you to record calls but it doesn't! The only decent feature is the camera, but unfortunately I need a phone not a camera. Everytime I tried to address these problems with customer support, I was asked to send a diagnostic test result run through the phone (feature available), I punctually did send it but with no avail, the issues where never addressed.
I'm never buying anything from Xiaiomi ever again. This company is a disgrace with no respect for their customers.

Stay away from this company, they are terrible human beings and their phones are Barbie phones! I purchased a Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5g. This phone gave me nothing but problems. From the very first day I bought it, it had a line running through the screen from top to bottom. Although built with quality components like any mobility device some will fail while under warranty. Yet unlike the major known OEMs such as LG, Samsung, HTC and even Motorola (Lenovo) be very guarded in purchasing Xiaomi devices. The reason being their so-called "authorized repair shops have the tendency to exclaim the device is un-repairable yet fail to support the Xiaomi" warranty". These repair shops tend to lack the technical and engineering expertise to repair a Xiaomi device (likely for the lack of parts and capability) or they're simply to stupid to ascertain whether the device is under warranty.

Yes, yes the end-user ought to declare that the device is under warranty, yet since Xiaomi had only been selling the device in the Philippines since May 2015, EVERY "white market" Redmi 2 is still under warranty.

So despite my initial thoughts on quality and good customer service, if your device hardware fails you're stuck with a piece of junk.

Xiaomi, who had a fervent fan of their products. An experienced technologist who was initially impressed by this OEM will now pass on the word to avoid purchase of any "warrantied" product for if it fails you will be out your investment.

Thank God this happened a week before I was about to purchase 3 tablets and a few sets of earphones. No thank you.

Xiaomi eventually "reached out to me" to correct the situation but after the fact wasn't helpful enough. If you are going to use local business as authorized representatives and repair facilities then they must be prepared to properly service and repair.

We got the device "fixed" but at the cost of two long distance trips (over 1.5 hours travel). What should have occurred was Xiaomi sending a free shipping label and expedited repair/replacement.

Xiaomi lost some future business as I purchased other brand devices because of the poor initial service. I still like their products expect for their version of Android (MIUI).

Bought this phone for my son for his 21nd birthday this year.
Later, he bought another phone for himself as he needed the option to pay using the phone (NFC), but this phone doesn't support this option.
Later, this phone returned back to me.
Unfortunately, after the first three months of usage, the phone's USB charger interface was broken.
If you put it on charge, and the cable is moved just a millimeter, then it doesn't charge. Every night I had to fix up the phone and the charging cable, otherwise my phone is not charged at all in the morning. Pretty frustrating to start a morning with a dead phone.
But it's not the most frustrating.
I travel to multiple sites all across Sydney, and always used my phone to connect to my car via Android Auto, and to share the map.
Unfortunately, the connection is so unstable that in the middle of the way the phone suddenly disconnects!
And it's not the only trouble with the USB-C port.
Before I used my phone to put educational YouTube videos to listen on the way. Unfortunately, this time YTmusic had much bigger priority. YouTube music application was making the sound via the car's audio system, and phone calls as well. But as for YouTube - when I put it, the phone used its own speaker.
Only several times, when I tried to do it, it worked. Tried to connect via Bluetooth to the car, tried to reload the app, to reload the phone, to choose output as my car's audio system - it was just wasting of time.

Battery time is enough for about 4-5 hours, should be charged all the time, and as my USB-C interface doesn't hold the cable property, it came out that the phone didn't charge at all

Overall good and fast, but I had pretty frustrating and devastating experience with this phone, I really hated it so much!

I was using samsung back in the days until I decided to move to xiaomi and I have never regretted my choice. They make some very good phones and they best part about it is that they sell them at affordable prices. You can even order their phone from your local stores if you do not want to use their website.

Jumia does what it does best and it very good for those who are able to use it. It sells pretty much anything ranging form house items to electronic devices.If you go for the electronic devices then you will get a better deal like I did.

The brush has a modern and minimalist design, which is not only nice, but also handy. Due to the high circumference, it does a good job with water, the teeth squeak afterwards, it cleans very well, it is not my first brush, I can also compare it with other brushes.
The noise is the same as all the brushes, if the doors to the bathroom shut, the sound does not bother my friend.
I charge very infrequently, sometimes once a month.

The phones they make are good and ahvs some very nice features I wish I had known about him earlier because I would have moved to them way back. Their phones are powerful but not ta powerful though but for the price I will say that hey do their best. The prices are also quite good.
