MeUndies has breathable, comfortable, and fun underwear. I bought one pair, and I realized it was too small when it got here. Their customer service to exchange it was the easiest and best thing ever. It told me I would get a refund and they didn't need me to return the underwear! Even without this though, these are some of the best undies I own!
Styles do not hold up. They stretch out, fade after one wash, and do not stay in place. They roll up, down, and constant wedgie. If I wanted a thong I would have purchased one. Really the biggest complaint I have is that they have a 45 day return window and you can return for any reason! This is FALSE! You can return them if you don't like the way they look or feel to the touch of your hands. Try them on (even over underwear) wash or wear them no returns at all. I washed one pair according to the directions and the pattern faded after one wash another stretched out so badly I actually took them off and went commando the rest of the day another I tried on over underwear to see if I liked the cut and I did not. I couldn't return any of these. The product being of poor quality is not a reason to be able to return.
Very soft material, but very poorly produced.
I was so excited to receive my order (matching couple's pair) and I loved them at first, but after later inspection I noticed some flaws. I'm not sure if it's just the design that I chose that is causing the issues, but the design was peeled and cracked upon arrival.
Very disappointed, not worth the $40 some dollars I paid for them.
Tip for consumers:
Be weary of some coupon codes they give you, they will apply at checkout but will not be rung up in your total.

I've been buying Meundies for almost 3 years and I used to love them. All of the underwear I've purchased in the last year have cheap fabric and have fallen apart becoming no longer wearable, where as the underwear bought prior to this past year are still in perfect condition. I don't know if they were trying to cut costs or what. My 2 dollar walmart underwear are better quality to be honest. Definitely no longer worth the price tag.

These are darling, ridiculously overpriced, iffy quality undies. I ordered two because I love supporting small businesses. They are super thin, cheap material, very cute design, and RIDICULOUSLY over priced at $20 apiece! Seriously? One washing and they look tired. For fringing $20 I could find sets 6 in this fabric. Just a total rip…. Wish it weren't so…..
This was a good brand. I had a few nice cotton bikinis and braletts. Unfortunately like so many brands these days they have gone down the cheap and flimsy micromodal route and discontinued their cotton line. For a while they didn't come out with any new patterns or styles in cotton until they eventually discontinued it and started offering only their cheap trashy thin lycra feel saggy things. Booo.
Delivery took 10 days, not 2-7 as advertised. Matching sets had over a dozen patterns to choose from, but most were astrological symbols nobody wants. Quality wasn't bad, but not what I expected for the high price. For the price I expected Made in America, but they're from Sri Lanka. Glad I tried it once, won't buy again.
The bralettes are more like sports bras, and they don't look cute under slightly sheer tops. The underwear is super basic. Nothing breathes very well because it's synthetic. Sizing is too generic. I should have known by looking at their sizing chart. I was one size in one measurement and another size on another measurement. So I opted for larger, and it doesn't fit right. I also got some slippers. I have narrow feet and cannot get my feet into these and have them stay on. Maybe they'll stretch out, but I have never had this issue before, certainly not with slippers. For all this, they are too expensive for what you get. Not great value.
Tip for consumers:
Look at the size chart. If you have to toggle between two sizes, don't buy - it won't fit.

They feel great but the quality is poor and wear out within 6 months. I have underwear from Target I've had for 5 years and are still going strong. I don't mind paying a high price, but not for a product that falls apart.
I should have thought this purchase through more. Now that my first pair has arrived I'm severely underwhelmed. I don't regret the purchase but I don't think I'll continue the subscription. The material is so thin you can see right through it. And I know I've seen underwear made with this kind of material elsewhere for much cheaper. Anyway, it looks like it'll fall apart in a couple of months. It arrived with loose threads sticking out and a few pills in the fabric on day one. So, yeah. They did a good job of selling overpriced underwear to me.
I bought a 10 pair 'mystery' pack on a Black Friday sale thinking i was going to get some nice soft underwear at a great price. The add said you will get some of their older prints and some duplicates and i was ready for that... when i opened my box it was 10 pairs of the exact same print! So now i have 10 pairs of Santa underwear that are not returnable. Super disappointed i thought i would get a little variety :/
You can't run a multimillion-dollar company with no live phone order taker//customer service reps!
Their website is confusing on how to cancel or manage your monthly pair of underwear. They need to spend some time figuring out how to improve their customer service and the usability of their website.
Incredibly slow shipping, doesnt offer postage for returns so if something doesnt fit well itll probably be a financial loss, and the product is nowhere near as good as it claims to be. Ive gotten better underwear from amazon for a quarter of the price. Their product all in all to me feels very cheap. The product as advertised online looks much nicer and its deceptive. Im stuck with a bunch of crappy bras and underwear because it would cost too much to ship it back myself. There are higher quality products out there with better customer policies. I dont recommend this product.
I'm pretty disappointed. When i first got my meundies i was pretty excited, asked when i first put them on i was pretty satisfied. Since then my opinion has soured as after only a few weeks I've had stitching coming loose on a few of my pieces. Most developed fabric pilling. But the most disappointing would be that they now all seem to ride up my $#*! throughout the day. I paid a premium price expecting a premium experience.
Absolute joke of a company. I placed an order over a month ago and it was never shipped. Many times they updated people, simply to say things had been delayed again. Customar service was decent at first, they were quick to get back (with, albiet very little information) very quicklt with live chat. Now, as of writing this review they've removed the live chat feature and I have now been waiting over 24 hours for anyone to reply to my latest email.
I placed my order on the 16th August and I'm not seeing people who placed orders at the start of October getting them, and when I look on their website, I can no longer see the prints I ordered, so it would seem they have sold out of prints I purchased over a month ago. Wonderful.
It is a pity as I have heard good things about the actual product... the actual product I never recived. This is a rewview of the compnay, not the product and I would simply advice anyone to proceed with caution with them. Heres hoping I can actually either get a refund or finally revice my order.
I started buying MeUndies over a year ago. FWIW I'm a female. I love them for the first few months or so they're incredibly comfortable and fit me well. Fit true to size, too.
This is where the love affair ends. I got a pack of undies 12/17 and most of the ones from that pack are useless and have fallen apart at the waistband. It would be one thing if it was a tiny hole or at literally any other seam, but these are GIGANTIC holes that cannot be fixed with a simple hand stitch. (If you know how to sew an elastic waistband and thin MicroModal, please, let me know.)
They're less than a year old and many of my pairs are falling apart. Unwearable.
I'm really not happy with the overall longevity of MeUndies and wish I hadn't fallen into the hype, as I've wasted several hundred dollars on this company.
Had for few weeks now. Just noticed seems already coming undone. At over $20/pair I'd expect them to last little longer.
