Me Undies

I've been buying Meundies for almost 3 years and I used to love them. All of the underwear I've purchased in the last year have cheap fabric and have fallen apart becoming no longer wearable, where as the underwear bought prior to this past year are still in perfect condition. I don't know if they were trying to cut costs or what. My 2 dollar walmart underwear are better quality to be honest. Definitely no longer worth the price tag.

I would say that it runs a bit large (ex - I am 32-34 B and the straps of the bra letters are too baggy.). Everything else fits well. The underwear is also true to size and comfortable. I only felt compelled to write a review because people who don't know their own bra size we're claiming it runs small. It doesn't. They were trying to fit into a size too small for them (they listed weight and size they chose. Being a medical professional I can tell you they definitely chose two sizes too small). Anywho, be aware of your true size and get what is comfortable for you.

I did the matching underwear subscription since my girlfriend was in need of new panties and I thought it'd be cool to get matching pairs of bold prints. When the first order arrived, I immediately noticed that the men's boxer briefs had no fly in the front. I immediately emailed them about the lack of fly, and they said they were exploring the idea for a future redesign and that if I wanted an opening in the front, I should get the regular boxers. The whole damn reason I wear boxer briefs is because I like my underwear to be tight. My girlfriend likes her panties, though, so I kept the subscription for a couple of years. I followed up about the lack of fly twice, and got the exact same response both times. Then I noticed that my boxer briefs were getting holes in the crotch. You can say I'm hard on my underwear, but I bought other boxer briefs from other brands at the same time (because I was researching good brands), and all of the other brands are still intact to this day. Only the meUndies developed holes. So I ended up cancelling my subscription and I'll just wear through the pairs I have while slowly replacing them with other branded boxer briefs that actually have a fly in the front.

First time order (non-member) due to Amex promo I received. Shipping address matched billing address and both matched credit card billing address. A few days later I was contacted by the MeUndies "Safety and Trust team" for additional information in form of either a copy of my drivers license or current utility bill. As if all the information collection this company already discloses in their terms and conditions (IP address, location info, device info, referring site, etc) isn't enough now they want my verified personal info to send me UNDERWEAR?! Just told them to cancel the order.

Not sure what's going on with this company but seems like data harvesting is a big part of what they're up to. No thanks.

My husband and I got matching undies for Valentine's day and they could not fit more perfectly. They are soft like a jersey t-$#*! and don't leave weird lines like other underwear do.

I used their 'reserve a pair' option in their subscription feature to order some underwear for me and my boyfriend. I waited a month, then I got the shipping confirmation. 2 weeks later though I got a message that they had lost my entire order and they were sold out of that design.
Someone else was given my order.
To my dismay they will not reprint it and after calling them out on loosing my order, selling it, and charging my account for it they closed my account, taking the $25 credit they had given me for my trouble.
Then told me they could not support me in being a MeUndies customer for calling them out on social media, for loosing mine and so many other peoples orders, and charging them for it.
Basically don't bother with them, the underwear isn't even great, it wears out just as fast, it pills after you wash it something awful, and the colors fade after about a month or so.

Incredibly slow shipping, doesnt offer postage for returns so if something doesnt fit well itll probably be a financial loss, and the product is nowhere near as good as it claims to be. Ive gotten better underwear from amazon for a quarter of the price. Their product all in all to me feels very cheap. The product as advertised online looks much nicer and its deceptive. Im stuck with a bunch of crappy bras and underwear because it would cost too much to ship it back myself. There are higher quality products out there with better customer policies. I dont recommend this product.

MeUndies customer service and shipping and fulfillment was a terrible experience. When you buy from them, they provide estimated shipping times but they are 100% inaccurate. They have serious communication problems with their fulfillment center, which is also short-staffed, so stuff does not ship and there is zero communication about it. To actually get updates, you have to repeatedly contact their customer support center. The reps will promise that something is going to ship but day after day it doesn't, and if you complain too much they'll cancel your order. I guess that's one way of keeping customer satisfaction stats high (just make sure dissatisfied people aren't your customers!), but the real solution is to staff out the fullfillment center, improve communication gaps, and proactively update customers when there is a delay instead of waiting for them to contact you. I would absolutely not buy anything from them again and I recommend that everyone avoid them at all costs.

I bought enough MeUndies to the point where that's the only underwear I own. I have most men's styles in briefs, trunks, and boxers. Not boxer briefs. They are all very comfortable and not restrictive at all.
I bought all size medium in briefs and trunks and I have noticed that some of the sizes are inconsistent with each other. I have at least 4 pairs that fit more like size smalls and 1 that fits more like a size large.
Overall, they are worth the price if you are signed up for their membership.

Ah meundies. You become a member to finally be able to get the size and designs that they run out of, only to find out that they can't even get members the designs they want. Ordered, as a member, a size and design over a month ago, only to be told today that ooops, we ran out. Sorry! Not, oh we should correct that since they ordered them immediately when we offered them. Just, too had we felt like giving them to someone else, just go pick out another design, oh wait we are sold out of all the designs constantly, well maybe you should be a member, oh wait you are, meundies just sucks.
