Be sure to pay attention to the small print on the website. The "classic packs" show three pairs of underwear in black, blue, and grey. However, BELOW the "add to cart" button, there is small print that states that you will not actually receive those colors. This small print is not visible when ordering on a mobile device unless you scroll down below the button and product info. I received 4 packs of the ugliest colors (brown, nude, maroon) and my only option was to return them. Very misleading advertising and unconcerned customer service.

The product I received looked absolutely nothing like what was shown on the website. Not only am I disappointed with the actual product, but they make it intentionally difficult for members to cancel their subscription. Things such as replacing the word "cancel" with "pause" are shady business practices. Will never use again! Stay far away.

I ordered 2 bralettes from their final sale to try to figure out sizing. I ordered L and XL and could barely get either bra on! I know now not to place another order as there is no way they will fit! Hopefully my granddaughter will enjoy the 2 I received!

These were the worst underwear I have ever bought. The underwear was see through, very thin. It was sort of comfortable but loose fitting. They immediately fell apart in the wash too with threads wrapping around my other clothes. Worst purchase ever!

I ordered my underwear and bra size based on the measurements they provide. The underwear is way too big and the bra is too tight and the return process is misleading. I will not be allowed to return the underwear because I already tried them on, despite the website advertising that you can return them for any reason. And jumping through their hoops to try to return the bra was a waste of my time.

I signed up for a MeUndies subscription and received my first order on 1/7/22. Less than 2 months later, all 3 pairs of MeUndies received were either coming apart at the seams or had holes in them, despite following the care instructions provided by the company. Upon chatting with customer service, I was told, "We also don't recommend using the undies in strenuous activities, like heavy exercise" which is laughable. I informed the CS representative that these had received less than regular use and were not used in exercise, and was told that the items could not be replaced but that they could "process a refund for you for these three pairs as a one-time courtesy." How nice of them to offer me a refund as a one-time courtesy on expensive underwear with subpar quality! As comfortable as these were, I will never purchase from this company again as their products are clearly not made to last.

I ordered a matching pair for me and my girlfriend and they sent me someone else's order completely. Even the shipping label has someone else's name and address.

As a result, I paid express shipping and still got someone else's order. Once I send an email, they issue a partial refund with NO actual direct respons to me explaining anything. So I'm still out $10 for the express shipping, for which I did receive my order.

Will be disputing with my bank and NEVER returning to this site. Buyers beware

Me Undies is a terrible product and I am so disappointed. You expect to receive quality when paying a premium for underwear (this is anything but that). Me Undies are scratchy/itchy and the sizing is completely off. Customer service is basically non-existent and you will curse yourself for ever getting this brand. Give your money to charity instead of buying from them.

I'll say the design is nice and its somewhat soft. But in all honesty the underwear advertising itself as "the most comfortable" shouldn't be my most uncomfortable pair of underwear. Both me and my girlfriend have the same problem where the waistband constantly rolls down. Its basically impossible to keep up for more than a minute correctly. Not only that it just doesnt feel that great between the thighs. It irritates more easily and what not. The main purpose for this underwear is basically just to be sexy for one minute before taking them off. These are not to wear all day and I find myself rejecting wanting to wear them even if they look nice.

They refunded this so easily that I gotta say it can't be a 1 star experience. I didn't even have to begin demanding a refund before they offered.

My order arrived over a month late with zero updates. While meundies support team are polite they offer zero actual help to get you what you need. They are just buying time on their end. Quality of underwear has dropped severely too. Sizes that are the "same" are now varying in width. Huge letdown from what used to be a great company. Stay away.

Just don't use them. Avoid at all costs. If you have an issue you can't speak to anybody and they just ghost you after a few texts. Just get a nicer brand they too expense and the product doesn't last long. Also you have to jump through a million hoops just to cancel the service which is why I'm writing this review.

First time order (non-member) due to Amex promo I received. Shipping address matched billing address and both matched credit card billing address. A few days later I was contacted by the MeUndies "Safety and Trust team" for additional information in form of either a copy of my drivers license or current utility bill. As if all the information collection this company already discloses in their terms and conditions (IP address, location info, device info, referring site, etc) isn't enough now they want my verified personal info to send me UNDERWEAR?! Just told them to cancel the order.

Not sure what's going on with this company but seems like data harvesting is a big part of what they're up to. No thanks.

At the end of the day I am the fool. I spent $360 on two 10packs of meundies hoping that I would get a more than decent pair of underwear that would last me a while. Fast forward over a month and I haven't even received a shipping confirmation. According to the last 'official' email I received from this joke of a company said that they would be shipping my order out on the 21st at the absolute latest and I would receive a email explaining how they are going to make up for this. Have yet to receive any email about compensation either! Not surprised though.

Been a customer since August, still haven't received 2 orders, and they just cancelled my third because they sold out... of a design I reserved. Told numerous times and given different dates as to when my order would ship. Still nothing. Company is a massive scam. Save your money.

Ah meundies. You become a member to finally be able to get the size and designs that they run out of, only to find out that they can't even get members the designs they want. Ordered, as a member, a size and design over a month ago, only to be told today that ooops, we ran out. Sorry! Not, oh we should correct that since they ordered them immediately when we offered them. Just, too had we felt like giving them to someone else, just go pick out another design, oh wait we are sold out of all the designs constantly, well maybe you should be a member, oh wait you are, meundies just sucks.

Waited for over a month for my order to arrive... contacted the support center, from what I can tell they forgot to process the order. But obviously didn't forget to charge my MasterCard. Maybe a email would have been nice. Won't be buying from me undies again.

I placed an order with MeUndies on August 28. Today is October 23 and I still don't have my order. Shortly after I placed my order I received an email stating that they had just moved to a new warehouse and that my order was going to be delayed about a week due to the move... no big deal. The following week I received another email, with an apology and another delay with another new ship date. The following week, another email with you guessed it, another delay. To be fair, they offered to cancel my order and refund my money, and I said no, thinking that they guaranteed it would ship no later than October 4th and I'd have it a week later. They shipped my order on September 30th and 24 days later, I still don't have it. According to tracking info it took 2 weeks to go from one location in Illinois to a second location in Illinois. They say that shipping is out of their control, but that's not true, find a different shipping company.

MeUndies customer service and shipping and fulfillment was a terrible experience. When you buy from them, they provide estimated shipping times but they are 100% inaccurate. They have serious communication problems with their fulfillment center, which is also short-staffed, so stuff does not ship and there is zero communication about it. To actually get updates, you have to repeatedly contact their customer support center. The reps will promise that something is going to ship but day after day it doesn't, and if you complain too much they'll cancel your order. I guess that's one way of keeping customer satisfaction stats high (just make sure dissatisfied people aren't your customers!), but the real solution is to staff out the fullfillment center, improve communication gaps, and proactively update customers when there is a delay instead of waiting for them to contact you. I would absolutely not buy anything from them again and I recommend that everyone avoid them at all costs.

Their customer service is rude and unprofessional. They randomly charge you more money without notice and claim everything is out of their control.

The design is very poor. Difficult to get on and of since it has a short zipper. You have to take it off to go to the toilet. No returns once you try it on.

I used their 'reserve a pair' option in their subscription feature to order some underwear for me and my boyfriend. I waited a month, then I got the shipping confirmation. 2 weeks later though I got a message that they had lost my entire order and they were sold out of that design.
Someone else was given my order.
To my dismay they will not reprint it and after calling them out on loosing my order, selling it, and charging my account for it they closed my account, taking the $25 credit they had given me for my trouble.
Then told me they could not support me in being a MeUndies customer for calling them out on social media, for loosing mine and so many other peoples orders, and charging them for it.
Basically don't bother with them, the underwear isn't even great, it wears out just as fast, it pills after you wash it something awful, and the colors fade after about a month or so.

With all the marketing hype, I decided to try a pair of briefs and ordered and paid for one pair from their web site. They collected and processed my credit card right away on Feb. 12,2018. On February 25th, I called customer service to check the status of my order. "Girlie" a customer service rep siad she would check with warehouse. Girlie came back and said the warehouse never processed my order. Right then, I decided something was wrong with this company and requested my money back. Girlie said she would refund my money and since this was such a screw up on their part, they would go ahead and send me the pair I ordered as good faith and to make up for their mistake. I asked her how long it would take to receive these briefs and she said the standard 7-10 days. WELL guess what, today is March 15,2018 and I have never received the briefs. BUT, you'll love this. Their customer service department keeps sending me surveys asking how I like the briefs and how does their customer service rate... ARE YOU KIDDING ME... Really? Hence, I have unscribed from them... WHEW.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. They are all hype and nothing more!

MeUndies scammed me. I bought one pair for half off. I got an email confirming my order. Two months later, no underwear and no response from their email. Thought it would be nice to support a new company; my mistake. I tried contacting their support team multiple times without any response. They are a con.
