Very user-friendly site, easy to navigate with tabs for their collections/campaigns. Standard shipping was 2-9 business days and arrived a week after ordering it. Comes in plain packaging (not much waste!)

I gave it an 8/10 in the video, but actually its more like 7/10 now. It gives a flattering shape from the front but shows a lot of lumps and bumps -- not the smoothest look! The material is really smooth but there are some itchy parts on the inside (I think just the tag and the clear plastic bits for hanging that I cut off). Quality material, but the fit isn't really worth the price! I think there are cheaper options, maybe thinner material, that fits better.

This company is full of false advertisement. They make you think you can return items but you can't. I had a defective item and still could only get store credit. I will never buy from them again and I have already told my friends to never go near it. Its just another online store with poor quality clothing that is a nightmare to return. Avoid

Meshki is my go-to for extravagant cocktail wear with the wow factor! All their dresses are beautifully designed, although sometimes fit me a little weird as I'm not as curvy as the models - nothing a few stitches can't fix! The quality is amazing <3 I haven't had a chance to try out their basic/loungewear range, but am very keen to! I find that their clothes are quite reasonably priced - a little more expensive than typical fast fashion brands, but you get a better quality product so it justifies!

People that say that Meshki clothes are made of high quality material, probably never saw in their life a good quality fabric, lol. I have ordered 3 dresses, all of them were looking like I bought them at the cheapest store. Weird fabric, see through. In a word GARBAGE. They also don't look nothing like on the pictures. Overpriced, nothing special and customer service isn't the best too. Don't buy from them. It is a bummer

Truly a terrible brand. The customer service is nonexsistent. I purchased clothes for $180 and did a return and only received $40. There return policy is terrible as well. The clothes aren't even good quality and they don't look like the image online. How is that fair or right? If i were you i wouldn't purchase anything from this brand

I ordered 2 trousers XS and S and I am usually an S or M. XS was huge on me
I returned both same day they made me pay for shipping which was ok with me. When I was purchasing I made sure it said free shipping free returns but this is a big lie.
They never refunded to original form of payment and send me an email
"Lucky you! Your gift card is ready!"
I reached out that I never ordered a gift card they said their policy is only store credit and gift cards were for items I returned. I don't know about Australia but when you shop in US and it says free returns this means to original form of payment.
This was my first time ordering and their quality was poor and sizes were so off!
They want to make me buy more stuff when nothing fits me in their store and I am not petite at all. I did a little research what they do is huge advertisement and pay bunch of influencers to advertise their poor quality clothes. What makes an online shop successful is customer confidence in the store and the fact that they can return items if they did not fit. They lack basic customer service skills and I am positive they will not stay in the business for very long

The customer service department contacted me and solved the problem in a correct way.

I literally never write reviews but I just had to for this shady $#*! company. I have NEVER ordered something online for it to never arrive and claim it's been delivered and I online shop ALOT. I purchased something on February 5th, 2022. I got an email saying it was shipped on Feb 7th and they sent me a tracking number for "Seko Logistics" yet when I go to enter that tracking number onto the Seko website it says It doesn't exist. AND THEN, they have the audacity to send me an email on Feb 14th claiming they couldn't complete my order because no one was home and that the driver left a note with instructions on how to get my package. NO NOTE WAS EVER LEFT AND I WAS HOME ALL DAY, NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO DELIVER MY $#*!ING PACKAGE I PAID FOR. And then I get an email from Meshki on Feb 15th claiming my package was delivered. I contact customer support and they say according to DHL and their "system" they confirm my package was delivered in or at my mailbox which it wasn't and they will not refund me any money because of this. I spent $70+ on this order and reading some other reviews, this is happening to a lot of people. Please, if you are debating on buying something from this website, do yourself a favor and don't. You'll be out of money just like I am. Since Meshki is refusing to do anything about this and doesn't care for the customers I did make a fraud claim with my bank. DONT SHOP HERE!
