Ordered furniture from this company, received the wrong item, causing me significant inconvenience. Despite this, they haven't offered even a single penny as compensation. Customer service is awful and their approach is ungenerous. AVOID THEM!
Disgraceful, corona wardrobe a 2nd. Manufacturing of product 0/10. Scratched,dented,broken bits of wood. Gaps all round, back and front doesn't fit correctly as whole unit not square. Shelving on angle x3 as pre drilled holes in wrong place, gap along bottom as corner of unit protruding. Doors x4 all mis aligned, all handles higher than one another. Customer service a joke, I'm disabled and suffer chronic pain, had to pay someone to assemble who followed all instructions. Sent images of damage and gaps etc. Wanted me to take images of back which was against wall. Back and forth for hours before they said I could return which meant paying again for someone to take apart box up. I said I'd keep bit wanted money off. Offered £15. Back and forth again, Amazon involved but refused to knock off £50. £25 offered. I can't express how bad it looks. Had to use bigger better screws to reinforce as not stable. At One point they said its due to manufacturing, so they know how bad the products are. Now I'm left with a £350 ad paying through finance a complete eye sore. Mercers do not care about quality of there products, how it affects the buyer. Most upsetting purchase and process I've ever gone through. I FORGOT TO MENTION, NONE OF THE PIECES ARE LETTERED SO LIKE A GIANT JIGSAW PUZZLE. TOOK THE GUYS 5 HOURS. HOLES MISALIGNED, DOUBLE DRILLED. BUY AT YOUR OWN

We ordered a wooden bed and a mattress for the spare room for the grandchildren to sleep in when they sleep over. It is very strong and sturdy and mattress comfortable.very speedy delivery. A good experience all round and would buy from Mercers again.

Have used Mercer's several times to buy Corona furniture. Always quick delivery and items have always been as described. Solid wood furniture for a reasonable price. Would recommend
I ordered four chest of drawers and a TV unit. All ordered and arrived without any problems. The only problem I had was a mark on the inside of one of the chest of drawers, but as it was on the inside it is fine. Building all the furniture was easy with clear instructions. I ordered solid wood as I hope it will last longer than laminated MDF. Seeing and feeling the quality of the wood I am confident that the furniture will last decades. The price I paid for my furniture is around the same you would pay for laminated MDF in other well-known, catalogue furniture suppliers.
