As someone who has purchased my fair share of merch from Mentality, I can say that not only are their messages and products inspiring, giving you the motivation to go harder, but they're made to go through hell and back. The No Guts No Glory hoodie is the best item I've bought from them so far, and I wear it everyday to school, the gym, wherever. Never had an issue with their products, and I'm looking forward to another hoodie.

Don't waste your time/money. Item never shipped. Potential scam, so PayPal refunded the amount. They give a phone number you can't reach and do not answer any emails. Therefore, there's absolutely NO communicating with them. If it is a legit business…Horrible customer service and will probably never even get your item. $45.99 for a t-shirt that they never even shipped! Do not tryst this website!

Terrible customer service. Sizes run small. I offered to pay the shipping cost + difference on different item if mine were no longer available. Products are new with tags. They refuse to work something out with me. Very expensive to not be able to exchange for something that will work for my kids. I made it clear to them that I wasn't look for money back and they just ignore me.

First time buyer and was excited to receive my Mentality shirt. Definitely received someone else's order. Contacted the company via email 5 times, messaged on instagram and called they're fake phone number 3 times. Never heard from anyone! Had to dispute the charge with my bank. For a company promoting positivity, they are quite the opposite and I hope they get their karma.

Ordered a custom number pendant for my son. The site said to allow 4-6 weeks for delivery but we're at 8 weeks and nothing. I've emailed the company 3 times & have never gotten a response. Mentality's Instagram said 2 weeks ago that they were shipping these pendants out but several people posted that they haven't received anything. With no phone number to call & the radio silence from the emails I've come to believe that I've simply been ripped off by Mentality. Avoid these scam artists at all costs.

I followed up 4-5 times via the support email address listed on the website (*******@mentality.co) and received no response and. I acknowledgement whatsoever. I ordered 3 things Thanksgiving weekend and did not receive my order until sometime in January. When I received my order, 1 of the items was missing so I reported it 4-5 times with no reply, no refund and no replacement. Horrible customer service. Will never order from this company again.

This company is known for its size differential in their clothing. Nothing ever matches what it's supposed to and the products are cheap and poorly designed. I have almost 8 shirts from them. Two of them have major holes up the seams in them just from wearing them a couple of times even after following the instructions on washing them. On top of that, a sweater I ordered didn't fit me even tho it was supposed to be my size. I just ordered another shirt, it didn't fit me properly again but others in the same size do.

Ordered two items same size and when they came 2 different sizes but both same mediums, rude email response from customer service. If i could have given a zero i would have!

" Don't forget the checkbox we make everyone select before checking out to make sure that everyone understands the guidelines they are purchasing under.

All sizes are in men sizes. All shirts have been manufactured to a 4% margin of of size tolerance.

We've manufactured and shipped over 100,000 shirts. If there was actually a problem with our sizing we would not be in business."

This is a scam company, do not order from them. I ordered one bracelet and one pendant for my son for Christmas on Black Friday. As many others state, I received a notice on 12/5 "Your Product Is On It's Way!"... nothing since then even after emailing 5 times requesting updates.
Today is Jan 20th, I sent a 6th email and will now refute the charges on my card. Horrid experience. Too bad, this site is a popular one for young athletes. Do better people. If you don't know how to run a business, don't run one.

Paid for four shirts and only received one. Emailed the company with photos of the tiny package the one shirt was ordered in to show that no other shirts were shipped/received but unfortunately never heard back from the company after sending two more emails. I disputed with my credit card company and two weeks later I received an email stating that they can't help me if there is a dispute going on. The one shirt I did receive is definitely not worth the money the charge.

Never heard of a clothing company not having a return or exchange policy. Sizes run small, Material feels cheap, Brand labels sown improperly. Company lacks costumer service Save your money, Don't buy!

I ordered some joggers for my son for Christmas this year. I ordered his correct size, but apparently they do not run true to size because the XL fit like a medium. I did read that all sales are final, but that is completely ridiculous when a customer receives a product that they cannot use. Their joggers are completely overpriced so I was out 80 bucks for a $#*!ty pair of joggers that no one in my house can wear. I tried to send them back and received several extremely rude emails in response. I have never been spoken to like That as a customer. Now, the joggers have been returned to them and for all I know they kept them. They actually stole $80 from me. This was the only Christmas gift my son received, so now I am out the money and the product. I have not been able to buy him a new present. I simply cannot believe that they are still in business. The rudest people I've ever dealt with. I work in the fitness industry and I will be spreading the word about this company to all of my coworkers, fitness professionals, athletes and clients. Absolutely ridiculous how rude they are.

You will find better joggers anywhere on the Internet. This company’s products are low quality and overpriced with horrible customer service. I wouldn’t shop here at all

For a company that prides itself on mentality and mindset. The company lacks both of those. I ordered two item from them. Some how the items were misplaced during the shipping phase. I expected the items on the 14th of February 2022. As I write this it is the 5th of March 2022 and I am still without my products. It seems they items were sent back as a result of an error during the shipping phase. Someone made a mistake and must have messed up the zip code on my order. Anyhow the items were sent back. No big deal I tried the last couple weeks to get in touch with Mentality in order to get my items. Well, as of writing to their support page 3 times I have yet to receive as much as a response. Totally dissatisfied with this company and how they go about business. Total hypocrites. They strive to sell you a professional mindset yet they themselves lack any such thing.

Go to a different apparel company.

My son asked for two different bracelets from Mentality. We got them quickly, but the bracelets are just overpriced shoestrings. One of the bracelets came apart the very first day he wore it. He was throwing a baseball, and the plastic clasp on the bracelet flew off and was never seen again. The second bracelet lasted a few days before coming apart. Their website says the bracelets are durable, but they are not durable at all.

I was a fan until this last week.
I purchased several items for my son and got the incorrect size. You can't get thru to anyone by phone. By email they just say over and over no refunds or exchanges. On top of all that, they sent me a totally different item than I ordered and I had to beg to fix that AND I have to return the wrong item.
I rate them "ZERO"!

I ordered 2 shirts that were from a "random" selection. Not only did it take over 3 weeks to get the shirts (after reaching out to customer service) but when I received them they were the EXACT same shirt out of 8 potential options! I once again reached out to customer service to see if they would at least replace one of the shirts. Their response was rude and inconsiderate. They said that if I had a disability as far as not being able to read the product description then I should contact their 1800 number and one of their representatives would read it to me. They then proceeded to provide the definition to the word "random" at the bottom of the email. I cannot believe a company would ever treat a customer with such disrespect. Whoever is in their customer service department should be fired. I will never order from them again and will make sure anyone I know who might buy from them is aware of how unprofessional they are. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I placed an order on November 29,2020. Received a notification order was on the way. Checked again order was not shipped. Sent email on Dec 20,2020. Received the lame excuse about postal service being backed up and they couldn't ship. Have sent 6 messages and as of today January 5,2021 I have not received a response, and still don't have my merchandise.

Placed a very large order on Black Friday for my son for Christmas. He was pumped for these products for his main gift for Christmas. As soon as I placed the order a message popped up saying Black Friday orders would not be shipped until December 31! And no cancellations allowed! Seriously? Isn't Black Friday about ordering mainly for the holidays? Multiple emails, eventually resorted to reaching out to them through Instagram. They eventually responded a d agreed to ship some of the items. My son was happy with the products but there are still items I have not received and it is January 16! I have sent six emails to their support, multiple attempts through Instagram and now they do t respond to anything. These items are paid for! So angry. Do not order from this company. The items we are waiting for are their bracelets which are now half off and I paid full price. You'd think if they're marked down they're probably in stock and they want to get rid of them?

They took two months just to ship a bracelet and it says it arrived? I never got anything and I told them nicely but I just got a response "It was delivered" I really liked them but you have to be more professional and do something

Since day one, starting with those original bracelets, these people have been pumping out consistently great products. I now own 2 pairs of sweats, a hoodie, some shorts, countless bracelets, a water bottle and even a flag and they all have
1) arrived in a timely manner
2) been of great quality
3) stood for something great

I have always supported this brand and will continue to vouch for them. The reviews talking about bad customer service are mostly from people who seem to write that anywhere they can.

Come for the mentality, stay for the great line of products

Products used:
I use all of these products. The hoodie is one of my favorites and it’s always in my gym rotation. The water bottle I use every single day and the quality is = to that of Yeti and Hydroflask.

I am really not one to go in bash. People on reviews but with this company. I have spent a lot of money in the last month. I received some products but not all and I believe it was due to the fact that they not have it in stock but. I was blamed anyway in was told through email by one of their associates. Do not order s*** from us anymore. This is a bad business mentality. This is not the way you run a business. The culture needs a fine-tuning in customer service. The product is great. I was on my way to replacing all of my Nike gear with mentality. But now I will not even wear it at the gym to advertise the type of attitude and horrible business Metallica that was shown in that email. It was childish and not grown up at all. I asked multiple times not to refund my money. I just wanted my product. Can I was talk to can be litled bye in associate.

I've had this bracelet for 5 years. I never took it off and it has stood the test of time. I've known of this brand when they had less than one million followers on Instagram and am very satisfied with my purchase. Materials are well-picked out as hinted by the print still being there. After all that I've gone through this bracelet has been there with me and I will surely purchase more.

Bought multiple flags and items from them. Including clothing back packs hats and many more. Love their products, great customer r service. Clothes run a little smaller but that's bc their meant for the gym and stuff etc. overall great brand.
