I have been taking daily medications from my physician for high cholesterol and hypertension for the past 30 years plus since I was in and exited the military. I was reluctant at first about the benefits but instead of being "reactive," I chose to be "preventive," as I researched the Fountain of Youth. Melaleuca had a 90-day challenge and would refund all my money back if I felt there was no change in my health. I took a full blood test before the challenge so I can compare it after the challenge. Hell, what could I lose except get healthier? I did not change any of my routines except I started replacing our cleaning products that had all the FDA warnings, toxins, harsh chemicals etc., but I started taking Peak Performance for Hearth Health.

I am pretty active for the most part and three months later, I took a complete blood test and physical. My VA doctor was amazed that my cholesterol was all in the normal range and my blood pressure was 128 over 68! She asked if I changed anything over the past few months. I told her the only thing that changed was the taking of my supplements and getting rid of harmful products in my home. She wanted to see me again in 6 months, and 6 months later the results were pretty much the same. I was taken off of the "statins" for the cholesterol and she still wanted to see me again and continue to provide my BP readings in monthly periods before she makes the decision to remove the pharmaceutical medication for hypertension!

I am ecstatic about my health! Living a healthier life based on prevention is better than fighting illnesses and diseases after the fact! My wife and my entire family are now living a better life removing most toxins, chemicals, and carcinogens if not all.

Please note, taking organic supplements is not a decision you should make to stop taking the pharmaceutical medicines prescribed by your doctor. Only your doctor has that authority!

(The company even sells USDA Prime meat free of HGH (Human Growth Hormone) and antibiotics. It is less expensive than buying USDA Prime grade meat at your favorite grocery store or military commissary!)

I HIGHLY recommend that you do NOT do business with these crooks! If you fail to place an order every 30 days, they feel entitled to shop, place an order, and CHARGE your card for you! ( In this case $85.84)
When I became aware of this practice of theirs, I immediately went online and attempted to cancel the account in the same manner that I initially signed up for it. They ignored that request and charged my account anyway! I called and verbally spoke with Charles who informed me that he HAD to have my physical signature in order to cancel the account! He sure didn't feel the need to get a physical signature before charging my account for product that I did NOT even want! At this point, it doesn't matter if they offer a decent product or not, their customer service deserves a grade below F...my opinion, and warning!

It's not possible to reactivate the account. It's not possible to delete credit card details. Support is terrible. They are charging money for not usable products, that I never ordered before.

I joined Melaleuca in May 2023 for yearly membership and was not aware of that they will keep shipping me the product every month and keep charging me. I called twice and they are asking for $10 for return label and still not cancelling my service and got charged for 2 months even when I did not pick or order any supplies. They just pick the random products and ship to your door. Big scam. No one cares at the company..

Be aware if you have skin allergies of their products. I used one of their hand soaps just yesterday and broke out into massive hives.

Even my hands broke out into hives…itching and burning bad!

Didn't think much of using it since its plant based and says, "Gentle cleanser"….

Will not be using any of their skin products.

I use Melaleuca products and I actually do like what it puts out. The only problem is, if you don't order your items by the end of the month, they'll send you a box of items of what they chose. Also, When I closed my account, they still charged me for the month. Truth be told, I closed my account one day after the deadline. When I called customer service, they said I can return the items but I had to pay for the shipping label. This may not be a big deal to some, but companies normally would email a shipping label at no cost.
Was the fault mine for closing the account one day later? Definitely. But at the end of the day, they could have waved the shipping fee.

I have seen promotions for Patriot Switch, an alternative to woke corps. So, I checked it out. Well, it is really Melaleuca. And to sign up, you are forced to have a monthly autoship order of almost $70. We do not do that in our family. Nope! Why can't they just let me order what I need when I need it? Shady stuff!

We canceled our account with them last year, and then they charge my wife's card with $41.99. They say it will take up to 10 days to get the refund. It didn't take them 10 days to take it from us. They have put a very bad taste in our mouth. This is wrong. We will NOT recommend them to anybody. I would not rate them a one star, but that is the worst they will let me rate them. This is very wrong.

I think the cleaning products are "safe" because they are mostly water. I don't suffer particularly from any allergies, which is what my consultant and other marketing materials from the company seems to really emphasize. I found I had to use huge quantities of their dish soap to get the same results as Dawn soap. I used the entire Melaluca laundry and line and found that my laundry was not nearly as fresh smelling as my usual Tide and Downy combo. The scent fades fast and is hardly noticeable. Melaluca charges you to ship items and charges you for return shipping. No thanks. I can make a quick trip to the store once a month or less for the same items and not manufacture a list of mediocre products that I don't really want shipped to me just to meet their monthly quotas. Honestly, if you (Melaluca) must force your members to buy items each month... are your products really that good? Not a business model I appreciate or respect. I did it as a favor for a friend and because I was curious, I should have just not even bothered. To cancel, they sent me a form that had a line for my spouse to sign... excuse me? My husband's signature wasn't required to sign up. Pretty ridiculous. It's not real estate people it's vitamins and soap, I should have been able to opt out with a single click online. Why do you need an actual wet signature? Again, if your products were that good… I say you wouldn't, and I could probably find Melaluca in stores. That's another thing they tell you… that what you buy in stores isn't as good as their stuff. It's a pyramid scheme at best. Save your hard-earned dollars.

Terrible and Overpriced products; I am forced to buy products that I don't want because if you are a member, you must spend a certain amount each month. I signed up because of a friend and she loves it and WHAT THE HECK? How on earth do people use these products? They are awful.
Below is the email I just sent them:Good morning, I was just charged a convenience fee of $67.99 and I don't understand what that is and I would like a refund for it. Please refund that amount and cancel my membership. If this does not happen I will dispute it with my bank.
I have tried many products and most of the ones I've tried are just not good and extremely overpriced.
I have submitted complaints about products and there is really no way to review them.
The two products that I do like: 1 - popcorn - they are extremely overpriced and half of the kernels don't pop. I throw half the product away. 2 -brownie protein bars - extremely expensive and now are no longer available.
So many products that are terrible, way too expensive and I've had to pay to ship back:
Sei Bella Vitamin C cream - gave me blisters
Pretreater - stained my clothes - I now have brown spots on my clothes where I used this product.
Wood Wipes - left streaks on all the furniture I used it on.
Other wipes - the packaging is so bad that all the wipes come out together.
I could go on and on.
Again, please refund the 67.99 and cancel my account.

Did you know they force you to buy things you didn't order? They charge you every month even if you didn't want any new products. Furthermore, if you don't sign in and specify which products you want, they'll choose random ones for you instead of at least choosing more of what you purchased in the past. My wife called twice and asked them to cancel our "subscription". They said you had to mail a printed letter! Instead of accepting our cancelation over the phone?! Then I called and said plenty of people don't have printers and they don't realize how inconsiderate and inconvenient that policy is. They said I can send an email (again, instead of simply verifying it's me over the phone and canceling). I asked if a new customer could sign up with them over the phone and they said yes! Lol. I sent that email last month to cancel and they just charged us again. I'm disgusted with their customer service.

If you don't want any products they automatically charge you for a back-up order that doesn't get sent out until the middle of the month because you're not important. If you cancel membership, all the "points" you accrue are theirs. Personally lost $74.

I used most of their products and they work really well. Its so convenient it comes right to my house, so glad i don't have to go to walmart anymore

You have to use a minimum amount of points of products EVERY month or it's auto sent to you. Plan on spending at least $65/month. Vitamins/Minerals have added fillers that are not good. Watch videos to earn cash deduction of purchase only to have it subtracted from points, SO then you have to buy more. Packaging is horrible. Over-priced products! Want to buy handsoap? Remember to buy the pump! You have to buy it separately! They claim products to be natural but they are all not. They offer no non-aerol hairspray. They claim to be an all USA company but the do business with buying from non-usa companies. (See pic.) AWFUL cancelation procedure: Contact your rep., get a link, print out and fill out form, sign, scan and send by email or fax back to company, wait for confirmation reply. Geesh!

I've been shopping with Melaleuca for three years. I love the products. I found it by mistake during the pandemic and I am so happy to be shopping here. I don't have to worry about harmful chemicals in my products. No safety caps for my granddaughter, so I don't have to worry about poison control. My son cleared up his chronic gastritis with the gut health bundle and his eczema and I am no longer on a beta blocker for sinus tachycardia and PVCs. My cardiologist approved the vitamins. Those peak performance vitamins are life I highly recommend shopping from the store and now they have black Angus premium beef. I just put in an order for that and I don't have to worry about hormones or anabiotic's, or anything being put in my meat. It's really nice to know I don't have to worry about harmful chemicals or ingredients that are going to hurt me and my family shopping from the store.

Placed order 2/28/23. Was never delivered. Talked to several people. Told me I had to wait 10 days. They supposedly sent another one. Never rec'd. Neither was shipped. I tried to do a refund through UPS. They never rec'd the pkg. Told me they couldn't refund my money. Finally Matt tells me they will but it will take up to 10 days to get the refund which is another lie. Bank says as soon as they send it, it will show as pending in my account. Never rec'd refund. Called today 4/4/23 spoke with Jence. They can't refund money electronically but have sent a check out on 3/28/23. Still haven't rec'd it. This company is not reputable. I'm also seeing that their products that are harmful. I thought they were an all natural company. I've been lied to for 4 years. I closed my account and was helping my daughter so she didn't have to order so much product. Not worth the money. Surely there are reputable companies out there. I hope you don't get screwed by them.

I will miss being a member of this online shopping club. I had to cancel due to inflation taking my money in other areas of life, utilities, gas, food, etc. I will definitely reinstate my membership when I am better able to organize my finances and of course if inflation ever comes down. Their products are amazing! I've never had a problem with customer service. If you don't like a product, you call and they will refund or send you something else to try. My membership was cancelled successfully through email. There were no issues there. Give this company a try. Mr.Vandersloot truly cares about wellness and humanity. He takes every opportunity to empower Melaleuca members. I can't wait to be a member again and also subscribe to their new roll out on Riverbend Ranch Black Label Steak! I trust this wellness company. They are not crooks. Everything is clear about meeting your 35 point monthly commitment. If you forget to place an order, they auto ship your selection of monthly products. No gimmicks, no BS. All the negative reviews are disgruntled people who truly did not listen to what being a member entails.
