I have been through identity theft and scammers on there. My meet me page has been blocked. Hacked and other things. Guys just went sex. Some guys are having sex with family members on there. This is one bad website. Guys are asking me for money. What should I do.
Was on the site for 1 week and that's all it took to get right back off of it. Males sending me pics of their private parts, vulgar messages about them wanting to have sex, no thank you! I went on the site looking for friendship but what I got was a big wake up call to a bunch of pervs! I would not recommend this site to anyone!
Bad app. Do not use. Nearest users they will connect you to are 100 miles away. This is not the type of app where poeple are very social and will respond to you. It's full or strange people and lazy, low class girls that only want money.
I love the site have being on since 2016. Now all of a sudden they kicked me off because I had to verify my phone number, and I tried but keeps telling me it is invalid... Can someone please tell me how to get back on because this is going on for a week now... And I really need to get back on asap... MM is poor compared to AdultsFun.club - I know what I pay for there: the overall higher caliber of women and absence of scammers. It's real and safe. I know that it's real because I went on dates through them. The women don't play stupid and don't ask me for money. I could not find at least one genuine woman with good looks on MeetMe - just a bunch of scammers. Be very cautious with this site, it's better to avoid it! I don't understand what they want me to pay for. They don't investigate any cases of scam, they do nothing to deter scammers from signing up.

Disgusting disgusting service and app and the staff that work there are pathetic! Deleted my account for f all and keep sending me bs to verify it! Bladi joke! Taken money from me ain't returned the money and keep pathetic fake children on and people that strip and do nudes and sex chat or hand jobs all the time but normal adults like me ain't allowed on? Should be blocked as a business this awful should!
A sad nutcase female who had been chatting to me for two weeks agreed to meet then never turned up... but kept saying she was on her way.

Of the past 25 messages I sent out, only one was even seen, and that was someone I already knew. What is the sense of writing all those introductory messages and no one reads them. Also, I can't find any kind of in-depth profile for users.
Suspended my password for 2 hours because of spam that they say happened because I put my password in the wrong place. (Yes my app is the only place I put it) Obviously not their poor security. Now when I try to log in it shows me the main page but anything I try to open takes me to an account verification screen that tells me my phone number is invalid. Customer support doesn't seem to read my question of how to fix it. In fact didn't even address it in my reply. Just gave me advice on keeping my password safe. Useless.
If i could have given a zero or negative i would have.
The site has gotten real bad. Now I just use it to watch my friends in their Lives. But whatever they just did to the site, absolutely no warning, they erased all of my chats so now I have no contact with my friends. Thanks for nothing.
Meetme caters to the scammers. If you continue to block all of the scammer which consist of 99.9999% of the female users, they will complain and get you blocked. The site is useless unless you wanna talk to nothing but fake $#*! people that not only try and lure you to a different platform or ask for your email to put you on a list to receive nonstop emails for people try to scam you for your money, but the site actually cater to those people and blocks real people. Tried to login today and my email was changed. Sorted that out and logged in; robot hack named Caithline Smith changed everything on my profile! Can't believe it. First time, and I've had this app for about a year on and off.
Story:
I used this site on and off for about 2 years just out of boredom posted pictures talked to people it was okay till I found out my pictures got stolen. Someone made a fake account using my pictures saying I was bisexual. I had messaged them on another account I made and they denied it they said it was really them but it's clearly my pictures and they kept calling me fake... and every person on there friends list was a girl so it's obviously a desperate dude trying to talk to girls... how pathetic what a stupid site so glad I met NO ONE off there. I'm happily taken by someone i met off POF its way better than meetme it has waaaay less fake profiles. 78% of the female profiles on meetme are fake... including the one of me thats still on there because I cant get meetme to delete it I tried emailing them reporting the profile but nothing... just as I expected. Should be SHUT DOWN.
It's obvious as soon as you sign up to a dating site like MeetMe why its so popular. It's addictive and fun and allows you to get all self indulgent. But after a while if you end up with no dates then you might as well be in an old school internet chat room. I've decided to give it up and go 'old fashioned' again for a while. If I have no luck ill go for something else, ive heard WeJustFit.com is meant to be as good as MeetMe or better so that will be my next port of call. Hopefully I dont need it though and ill be the one singleton in society that doesnt need to date online. I can dream.
This is a terrible scam! First I get an email that my account has suspicious activity, and don't even remember having this account. Then I try to access the account to basically delete it. It requests my phone number to regain password. So I confirm my phone number, so now they have it too. Next it does not allow to change password. I contact helpdesk and they say I don't have an account. So now they have my email address, have my verified phone number, they continue emailing me with notifications about people ready to chat.
And there is an option to change notifications, if I log into my account that does not exist or change password, the form doesn't work.
And I can't imagine what is in that non existing profile, who now have my personal data, etc.
I have used many, many dating sites. I would personally rank Meetme as one of the "ok" or maybe even "good" dating sites among with my favorite sites Mingle2day and Mate1. I have never met anyone on Meetme but the site seems to be legit!
Only spammers, hackers and a lot of drug related posts. Looking to get drugs, hookers (migrated from backdoor.com), Nudity on main feed or your inbox. Live nudity on cam but yet this is ALSO A CHILDREN'S SITE, 14+. Not to mention locking you out of your account so you make another. I guess more accounts = more money? You will do it at least once a week.
