There customer service is very pathetic, the executive talks very badly with the customers and there return services are worst bcoz there couriers partner never call you for ur return parcel and they will mention failed attempt. This is disgusting behavior can't be tolerated. If u can't work properly u shouldn't have been on this platform

I am writing my own experience here. Today I received my order from meesho. Their delivery boy asked me to transfer the money one account which was his personal account I guess.I transferred money to him,he went I opened the order and I saw that there was something which was made by cow dung and stone.then I called police they asked me to come to the station and make the complaint against the delivery boy and meesho tomorrow I'll do the same. Delivery boy's number is- *******683... please do not buy anything from meesho and be safe from such fraud
Worst app with worst product with worst customer service with worst refund policy they would rob your money and would not deliver the product if they deliver product that would would be incomplete or wrong if you want to return or refund, forget. Last option would be consumer court.
I recently purchased a product online through meesho. Unfortunately, I've encountered a recurring problem with product delivery and obtaining a refund.
Whenever I reach out to their customer service, I've been informed that my product was mistakenly marked as delivered in their system, even though it hasn't reached me. They've been kind enough to raise support tickets and promise to investigate the issue. However, the frustrating part is that after seven days, I receive an email stating that the product has been delivered by another person, which is not the case at all.
This situation has left me feeling extremely frustrated. I understand that even famous apps can make mistakes, but this level of inconsistency is unacceptable. I've paid for a product I haven't received, and the delay in resolving the issue is equally disappointing.
My sincere request is that I either receive my product by November 6th, as promised, or a prompt refund of my hard-earned money. I believe that customer satisfaction should be a top priority for any reputable app, and I hope my issue can be resolved quickly to maintain that reputation.
I trust that meesho can take this feedback seriously and improve their product delivery and customer service processes.

Meesho customer support executive 8590-*******. I was supplied a saree which was never ordered by me. It was COD order. As it was not clear from where order was received I took the packet paying Rs 751 assuming it is received from Myntra. I have been trying to return the product to Meesho but they have not picked it despite various requests. Now they have stopped responding to my calls. So everyone may note that meesho is a total fraud company. Please never buy anything from them otherwise you may also face same treatment from them.
I have purchased two wooden self by meesho, theses are small in size and space. Not useful at all, because the between space is only 10 cm. They don't give proper discption about size on site.
I put return before 10 days, but they did not pick up item till now.
