Meesho customer support_ 6361.890.044 executive I was supplied a saree which was never ordered by me. It was COD order. As it was not clear from where order was received I took the packet paying Rs 751 assuming it is received from Myntra. I have been trying to return the product to Meesho but they have not picked it despite various requests. Now they have stopped responding to my calls. So everyone may note that meesho is a total fraud company. Please never buy anything from them otherwise you may also face same treatment from them.

Worst customer service. Meesho is not picking up order from 1 month and if by any chance some delievery boy comw he will reject pickup saying product doesnt match with pic. It womt match coz they dellievered wrong product. I cant believe how much they have dragged this issue. Please dont waste ur money on this stupid site. First they deliever wrpng product then wont pickup

Meesho is a very thief... Firstly, they give wrong products and on top of that, they create problems for pickup...They don't even refund the money in time...Meesho is a thief and a dacoit...not good at all Meesho.You will not become a big man by eating poor people's money, on the contrary, your business will sink, this is my advice...

I was buy a dress and I returned it to meesho he said refund initiated and will be credited in your account within same day but I still wait but not refund by the customer care helpline last 15 day. I wait.

This site doing a scam with the seller and I have lost around 5 lakh... They all are scammers and exchange every product. That way they do not call the center for seller and also i have every proof of scam meesho doing with me. I am filling legal lawsuit in consumer court against meesho. Do not do business With meesho

I placed an prepaid order on Meesho online portal fo 06 packets of Bigen Beard colour 103 against a prepaid of RS 1662/-on 3Rd March 2024 vide order No**************.

Yesterday, a packet was delivered containing only one packet in place of six packet as ordered. I immediately contacted their help centre but they informed me to raise my complaint after 24 hours when delivery is registered in their record.
As per advice today when I contacted help centre they told me that they can not do anything in this regard nor my money will be refunded for the short supplied packs.
They also told me that the short supply of 5 packets will also not be fulfilled or.delivered to me.

I was wondering that a company like Meesho can give this kind of response and gulp down Rs 1300/-.It is a cheating under the law of the country.I am wondering whether following such a business ethics whether any company can survive for long term.
The response of their help center today forced me to bring up this matter to give the review and request you please take necessary action to save other customers hard earned money.How a company does not deliver the complete order nor refunds money,unless it was not business ethics and is a fraudulent company

Meesho should stop their business as they r least bothered about customers. Suppliers of Meesho are all low quality suppliers and cheaters. They delivers wrong, defective, and poor quality products. I received wrong and defective products and when I complained, Meesho is taking their hands back and saying we can't help. I m attaching a pic as a proof. I received wrong product from suppliers and when I called Meesho...they said our suppliers sent correct product only so we can't exchange. Plz plz...do not buy anything from meesho

I have bought both western wear and ethnic wear from Meesho, but I like the quality of ethnic wear compared to western ones. Overall, in my opinion, it's good for ethnic wear puchase, kitchen essentials.

I have ordered 6 products all together from Meesho and 2 of them received with fake products like old used tshirt and pant and I have ordered kurtis.rest of the products were so bad in quality like really cheap ones... they are frauds and looting people. Never ever trust meesho.

Meshoo is completely fraud and very worst customer service. I have ordered five to six products only one was good 2nd one which i ordered was not delivered product was with seller, but they played drama as if it got delivered, even when I tried reaching customer care they din provide a solution, after fighting in several calls they cancelled and returned money, 3rd product which i ordered was incompleted product, I ordered for 6 bangle but only only 2. Then 4th product was defective, even prefered option like all kind of return, they did not accept my return even thought it was defective, after fighting with customer care they accepted for return, finally i came to know that it drama and completely fraud, they din send any one for pickup after three days got notification as returned failed. Finally I din get money. It's complete fraud, please don't use Meshoo. Apart from above, their will be very late delivery and more

I bought one kurti. And they delivered completely different item. While returning back, they said that kurti is not picked up. But i already returned it back. Now they are denying to give me refund. It is so disgusting and untrusted. We use to trust and so we use to do online payment but now while returing back they are denying. It is not only one case you can fine so many complaints regarding return. Please dont buy any product from meesho, its a trap.

My experience with meesho is not good. They charge very high price for RTO. Recently I started selling in meesho and I deal in cosmetics catagory. There is no return policy in cosmetics in Flipkart and Amazon. But meesho provides return policy in cosmetics. One of my shipment got returned and I saw my payment is showing -123 I got suprised when I called they said they charged this much and its according to the weight of the product. My product weight is 100 grms so they charged 123 rs for RTO. Isn't too pathetic if customer is returning product just because they don't like it or whatever reason then it's seller duty to pay this much. In this way seller suffer loss. I request to all sellers kindly check payment history otherwise you will suffer loss.

On 8 Nov 23, I ordered 2 units of Solenoid Valves ( Order ID **************_1) and paid Rs1984 by Gpay. They sent only 1 unit due to which I asked for refund. After taking back this one unit, they refunded Rs992/- on 2/12/23 -4.29pm. On Monday 4/12/23,After talking to many customer care executives, they informed me again and again they they cannot do anything in this regard.
I have lost Rs992/- just for ordering items on Meesho.

I ordered a Garba dress for my Daughter.Meesho Delivered a torn piece of cloth.I booked return for the product,got pick up OTP from Sadowfx their delivery partner they picked up the parcel.
Now Meesho is Saying they had not taken back the product.
It's a big Disappointment and Mental harassment i am going through because of the Same.
I suggest you all be Careful while shopping from Meesho it's a fraud and Non reliable Online store.

Ordered 30 delivered 10. Return and refund pending after one week. Useless customer service and sub standard couriers

We are holding selling account on meesho. We are creating video and taking pictures when we are sending products to meesho customers. When our product was theft or replace or when customer send us their old product or sometimes customer send us another product then meesho refused to claim. We always get call from meesho for advertisement, appointing sales manager for our account but when there was a time for support they always refuse our claim by replying the " Meesho was unable to get our call ". A FRAUD PORTAL A GOOD PORTAL FOR ALL BUYERS WHO LIKE TO MAKE FRAUD WITH ONLINE SELLERS.

Fraudsters, liars, cheaters work here -all employees from sellers to logistics to customer care.i ordered a kurti and instead of the kurti, i received an old, dirty, stained, men's trouser, i placed for return, but courier guy rejected it. Tried getting help through meesho customer service,they denied
Help of any sort saying the company had confirmed sending
The right order, i lost my money and am left with a useless
Product.
Along with this, i had another product, which was received right, but since i didn't like the product, i placed for return, a guy came to collect it, picked it up and went, but didn't update the pickup,due to which i lost my money again. Total corruption in all departments. The company don't give a $#*! about customers.one of the agents saud, they cant do anything for me, because i have been listed under the bad customer category, as I have too many returns in the past, If those useless people had done their job right,why would I return?I had contacted all higher authorities possible, still no reply from anyone till date.
