At first it was bad then I saw that the website had been updated which really changed my mind and then I ordered. I didnt like that the original delivery date was set for one day but delivered a day earlier... I have to arrange to have an adult at home as ALL 4 adults work and many times no one is home. I had Wednesday scheduled for someone to be home but it arrived on tuesday thank goodness it didnt arrive until after 3 as I was able to be home.
They are very thorough on signing you up, it's a lot of process but it's sure that your not getting scammed. Great products, hope they add more... Costs are actually pretty fair, payment plans are not so bad either.

This has been the greatest experience from the get go! I was so happy to see the fabulous price for the items especially the 75 TV and then the biweekly price is so awesome! The rental places are double the price for their charges then MDG. There was two weeks time in between my order I placed and receiving my item but its well worth it! Ordered a tv bundle came pretty quick. Although getting the order off the ground took a few weeks but once it was all cleared and everything was submitted the order came in a timely manner and all my items were as I assume they were sold experience turned out great.And I enjoy the experience with shopping with MDG

Thieves! Stole my Money and refuse to return! They keep drafting my account for merchandise that I do not have. I have revoked my authorization since July 2021 and yet they continue to draft. They will not allow me to remove my payment method from their website. I have 30+ emails demanding my money back have called 100+ times and yet they refuse to return my money. It has cost me money to stop payment with my bank. I have contacted the police about unlawful access to my bank account and will be contacting a lawyer. BUYER BEWARE! If you don't want to keep your cash then they are the company for you!

Not happy with the order at all, no cords, no drives for the windows 10 CD, monitor or driver CD, no Authentic key to activate windows, and i ordered internet security software and didn't get that either. I was supposed to have 4 packages and only received 3. So yeah I an very disappointed and unsatisfied because that's not what I ordered or expected.

I have been a customer of MDG for quite some time now.
I have purchased two laptops and two smart TVs. All my items work great and I have never had an issue.
My payments were able to be set up to come out when it was best for me and I'm always notified in plenty of time when they will be withdrawn.
I would recommend MDG to all my family and friends as they have been great to deal with.

I have bought a couple things on MDG now and the service has been excellent. I like the fact that you OWN the product and it is not a rent or a lease. Some say that the interest is high, but really what to you expect when you are trying to finance something. Its really the same as having a credit card. I like the fact that it is a open contract where you can pay the balance off at anytime. Thanks MDG for the awesome service and products that you offer :)
Getting my computer with MDG was the best experience. They were quick to give me the approval, quick call. Back time to get the paperwork required as well. Once everything was submitted they called 2 days later to confirm everything for shipping and it was done. The computer arrived and I set it up which was also easy and I LOVE it. The reason I agreed to pay more than these items were worth is to build credit and after finding out after a almost two month process of do this do that, I have to call after 6 months of payments to ask for them to report to credit bureau. After telling them it's not worth doing waiting 6 months. I was told call after 3 payments. Leaving me to believe they could put them on right away

Once your account is paid in full we can provide you with a complete account transaction statement and an MDG Client Evaluation letter from our Finance Department detailing your history an excellent MDG client. You will be able to submit your statement along with the letter to demonstrate your ability to make payments when due to the credit bureau. At your request, we can also fax the information to your credit bureau.
The only problem I had was that the people need to learn a little patience goes a long way with older people. The other thing is if a customer is having a hard time understanding an agent with an accent, again you need patience, but you should be able to tell how uncomfortable you are making them and offer another agent for them to speak to.

The laptop is great. A Lot of information required because of that it took two weeks to get the laptop. In the long run it was worth it we needed something decent and didnt want to pay cash. The cost was only 10% over retail so better then a rent to own store. We will likely do business with MDG again if we need to.

I'm so impressed with viewing and gaming on my new uhd televisions and xbox system. This has been increased to a totally different level. Everyone that experiences viewing my Samsung and video systems are totally immersed in it and very impressed. I've told many friends that inquired about it that acquisition was made through MDG.
I like the fact that I can purchase from MDG online. The process was a bit cumbersome. I have made all my payments on time. This company DOES NOT report your information to he credit bureaus. Building my credit was one of the factors when I opened an account. All the history with MDG has been kept a secret?
They hounded me until they had access to my banking account. Once they got it and took money out of my account, they sent me an email saying they found a discrepancy and would not be able to ship my products. I tried to call them and sent over ten emails. No response, all my calls were sent to an voice mail. And They still have not gotten back with me. Filing an attorney general complaint, BB complaint, banking complaint and speaking to an attorney to see if I can sue for unfair business practices, unethical business practices, theft of money and or anything else that the law will allow me to do.

Being a single parent and starting over wasn't an easy experience, I'm glad MDG was there to help along the way. I purchased a living room suite and a bedroom suite, including Queen size plush mattress/box set for my son. The quality of the furniture is excellent and we have been very happy with our purchase. First of all I paid full price for a Deluxe Recliner sofa and received it broken. Must of been how it was delivered or the quality sucks! Get the run around when I call them. Am not sure how they can fix it. I am frustrated and don't think I would ever buy again. Wish I could return the item! They should offer a discount!

Hard to give a complete survey before the merchandise has been recieved, this is why im only giving 3 stars. I think the whole process could be quicker, it took 30 secs to give me credit, took 2 weeks to process my order and I still haven't recieved my purchase. This review could certainly go up or down, depending on the condition of my purchase.

Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs.
