I've ordered 2 items from MDG in the last few years and have never had any issue with then or their customer service. All staff that I have spoken with have been friendly and very helpful. There have never been any problems if I had to postpone a payment or had any issue concerning billing. I would highly recommend this company to any one.
I have not a problem with the financial part of my transaction, but when it came to servicing my sofa that ripped, I got the run around and then ignored. I had the sofa only 4-5 months before it ripped at seam but I didn't get no help fixing issue. I gave up

I have been trying to upgrade my TV and begin to reestablish credit and thanks to MDG I am now able to do it. Not only that but the whole process from applying to the delivery of the Tv was made so easy by all the help I received from customer service. I am currently going to school online and the laptop that I had for a little over four years finally went on me. I had heard about MDG before and had decided to try it out. Jasmin, the gentleman who was working with me to get my laptop to me was even patient with me when I had moved and had to have the merchandise shipped to a different address. I ordered this back in September and it is now April. It is still running great and once I have this paid off am looking forward to purchasing another item from them. Maybe the television/XBox combo. I would DEFINITELY recommend these guys to anyone who does not want to pay outrageous amounts of money at rent to own companies. Just my thoughts.
