I believe that they need a new delivery service. The delivery service they use did not give me enough time to inspect my TV before they took off and wanted my signature immediately.

Only thing needs help or improving, is boxes items shipped in, box was all dented, tablet was opened at 1 end. It bday gift so items not opened yet. Control was and Tablet not in shipping box like xbox1 was

Expirencoing was great but proses ing and shipping could use some work tv shipping said same day shipping but the driver doesent come to my town until Friday and all my other stuff came the Monday before so little frustrating
Thank you for your review! Normally the carrier will be able to inform you if the earliest date they can deliver but we always deliver during the time frame which is 5-10 buisness days from the day your order was invoiced.

It has taken so long i recieved the speakers but the box was destroyed i have to wait for the tvto hook everthing to find out if it works. I dont understand why it takes so long? You took the first payment fast now ill recieve the tv then its time to make the second payment. Jus takes so long..
I wasnt informed that another credit check would be done on me for making another purchase. I completed my last purchase then made another. I was not informed another credit check would take place. Then after I seen the inquiry on my credit report I called and I was told it was only a soft check, but the inquiry was a hard inquiry on my report. This has an impact on my credit and I did not authorize this so you unlawfully conducted a credit check on me. I requested a supervisor to contact me back and that has yet to happen. Im not contemplating cancelling my order and deleting my account.
