Great customer service. Poor shipping tho still waiting for my stuff to to be delivered called but have not heard anything about my order status update I called again and the lady hung up on me was very rude. I wont order from them again

I have doing business with MDG for a few years I have always been happy with the service and product I have purchase.

Délai de livraison et procédures longues. On aurait dû me consulter avant d'arrêter le jour de mes paiements. Ma paye est le mercredi SOIR et vous prélever le mercredi. Alors ça me cause problème. J'avais donné mon accord pour le jeudi pas le mercredi.

I had no problems with placing my second order from MSG. Customer support was good at resolving issues with my checking account issues.

Products made it in good condition the only thing I had to call MDG a few time to check on the item and make the process go a little quicker.

Pros: Decent products, good customer service, believe they do "positive credit reporting"

Cons: Regular prices a little high, very high interest. Shipping prices were very high.
