I was talking to ur rep. Yesterday and they are supposed to email me agreement files to review and approve before my order goes through and I have received nothing even though he said it would be sent right away.
My experience was very good with MDG. They helped me when i asked. They helped clear anything i was comfused about, communications was good. They made sure i didnt have any misunderstanding and if i did, theyd help clear the misunderstanding. Im very happy with my MDG experience.

There was alot of hassles and fustration but once it got sorted it was ok, custermer service was good and delivery was on time... so far I like the product kind of disappointed there no headboard with the bed so were gonna order one threw another company overall it was ok. I hope my next purchase is better.

Absolutely disappointed with the current shipping rates, to ship basic things have become hundreds and hundreds of dollars nearly doubling the cost of your item. I've been a long-term customer with MGD and I have bought large things like fridges, huge televisions and I've never paid much more than $150 shipping, my current purchase will be my last purchase. Bought two items not very large $600 shipping... definitely not worth it in the end, but i neesed these items, so its almost like they know they got you. I also work in the transportation industry, so I'm very aware of how much it actually costs to ship things and this is astronomical.
I was a little skeptical at first but at the end i got my new computer a day earlier than expected and got what i ordered. I will do business with them again. In the future.

I been a MDG customer since 2011. Since 2011, I have never missed a single payment until a few weeks ago, something went wrong between banks and I ended up missing a payment. Before this happened I had a credit of over $2000 and was planning on financing a laptop. I called customer service and they said I had to pay $35 for that error that happened and than my credit will be back. I gladly agreed to pay the $35 but my credit did not return to where it was, I now only have a credit of just over $900. I have called and emailed MDG to try and get my credit back to where it was and its been 2 weeks now with no response. I will not be financing anything else if my credit doesnt go to where it was, I should not be punished for 1 missed payment due to banking errors.
Very helpful with getting me the items I was looking for, very quick response to my questions and concerns. I will be purchasing more items with MDG thanks.
I purchased a tv and xbox bundle, they were amazing from the 1st day that I made my payment til the day I received my items was about 10 days they were nice and answered all my questions will use them again

I called to request that my delivery be left at the door due to no one is home to sign. They wanted me to drive 30 miles to UPS pickup location to get my package.
Unfortunately because of he types of products we ship out we request that UPS or any carrier gets a signature upon delivery, because of that you cannot request it left at your door. You can however call and speak with the carrier, in this case UPS, to request they come back to make a second attempt to deliver.
Great products and service. The free tablet is an older one but still... free! No issues with anything and delivery was prompt and nice

Im STILL waiting for my bed. Its day 3 of failed delivary attempt. Day one i took the day off work, apparently the truck broke down however I didnt recieve a call to advise this happened, loss of pay and no bed. Day 2... bed was delivered 3 hours prior to arranged time, without a phone call while my 12 year old child was home who is obviously not the appropriate age to sign, while i was at work in another city. Again another night with no bed.
No help from call center at number provided, still dont know when I will actually have a bed to sleep in and Im paying for a product I dont actually have in my possesion. Not impressed.

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
