Very good service, quik, clear and to the point. Fast shipping and very good after sell service. A litle expensive due to the interest of purchase and shipping cost but overall very satisfied..

My merchandise wasnt shipped when it was supposed to be shipped & my bank account was charged before the date agreed upon which resulted in 2 overdraft fees. The info given by the sales rep didnt match actually took place as far as shipping & deducting my bank account.

Had to contact multiple people and request a manager to get an information about shipping. Emails and phones calls did nothing.

I have ordered twice from this company and both times have been a very positive experience! The staff are so friendly and awesome!

I thought it was ok. Lots of confusing with paper work. Also I'm still waiting for my 3rd tablet? Noboday called to say it's on its way. I would like to know where & when I'm going to revive it

The sending of the wrong computer to me caused my husband to have to leave on his first trip with his new job without a laptop. This puts him at a disadvantage. Ordering process to long and complicated. Mdg did agree to ship me the computer I ordered a d gave me a credit on my account. Though still dissappoi Ted I don't have e the computer I am satisfied with the promised outcome.

The item is great but I had to buy xbox live which was disappointing in order to download the games I had to buy xbox live

In all my dealings with MDG over the past few years, I have always had a positive, timely experience. The only critique I have is that there should be more selection with regards to electronics like cell phones

They completed everything as they said they would only one thing to get ahold of a representative after you set up your account should be quicker

I got the package on thurdays. I had change things around for the new material and all weekend long was a bit desorded. Hopefully things will be pickup and the new one drop for monday.

The only problem I had was that the people need to learn a little patience goes a long way with older people. The other thing is if a customer is having a hard time understanding an agent with an accent, again you need patience, but you should be able to tell how uncomfortable you are making them and offer another agent for them to speak to.

Great service getting the mattress and base. Disappoint that the bed skirts doesn't fit. Was a double bed skirt sent with a Queen size base and mattress

Issues with the delivery, after making arrangements to be at home for the delivery. It was delivered 2 days in advance. Leaving my wife to drag it into the house. Disgusted.

So easy and love the computer i was approved for so I can do my school work. Customer service is awesome as well.
