I was a little disappointed when I ordered an item and got it verified and then get an email saying they had none. I was pretty much forced into getting something that was more expensive. If u cancel an order ur account gets frozen for 6 months. Other then that they have very quick delivery.

I called just to make sure that the 2-1 box spring would fit the Bridgeport bedframe that I bought from MDG too & was told that it wont. I then asked if theres anything that would but the agent insisted that I go & look at the website. The agent wasnt helpful enough so I have to explain to him why I still need to call... you can give me a call so I can explain further.

Furniture arrived early and is in very good shape. Love it. Tks. Recliner chair and love seat work great. Cant write a 100 word essay on it. Lol. Tks.

I was not pleased with the verification process the emails kept coming, send this and that and this, but once all documents were received I got my computer when the said I would and I love it!

My delivery was due on the 27th took the day off work no delivery or phone call. I called sameday delivery company they said no idea where my shipment was called the 28th they said was going to be delivered i guess we will see

Problems with the delivery the left outside in front of my apartment my mattress with the delivery company " sameday "... i am a single woman and the box: 110 pounds. Anybody could have steal my box..

I've been waiting more than 3 weeks now and my order is not even being shipped at thé moment i'M almost on m'y 3rd payment

Submitting my order was hard. You guys would call to verify while I was at work. Leave a msg then when I called back I would get passed around to non English speaking people. It took a week to verify. The package was almost late as I was buying it for my daughters birthday.

I received my package on time but the UPS driver asked could I help him bring up the box. I asked where is your Dollys? He stated he didnt have one. The driver left before I could let him know the item was damaged.
