I called as I had received my statement the night before and I was concerned as it said on it that I was being charged an EXTRA 30.30 for something I had paid fro in full using one of my Credit cards. I WASS ASSURED that I had paid the account off in FULL and that there would be NO FURTHER CHARGES for that account

This was my 6th or 7th purchase from MDG, and as always it's an easy process. And the MDG people are nice.

I bought a Nikon dSLR camera this time. It's a good model with a good lens in the kit. And the official Nikon camera bag is a nice addition. However, the camera is useless without a memory card, which is not included. I would have paid more for this bundle had it included one. But now I can't even use my new camera until I find a way to buy a memory card.

Second time around

This is the second time i bought something through mdg and this experience was more a pain then the first time. I had to pay a down payment this time around and it wasnt as easy to finally get my product sent to me.

I purchased a 55"curved Samsung TV. A Samsung sound bar and woofer. A Samsung Blu-ray. A Lorraine recliner. A Sonoma TV stand. Everything is A+++++ except the TV stand. It took me a few days to put it together as instructions were so very confusing. Finally got it together and noticed that the lamanite was peeling off. I called MDG and explained the flaws. They asked to send some pictures. I sent 10 pics of the flaws. I got a call back within the hour from Meghana. Wow so very polite and professional and reviewed my issues with me. Meghana then explained to me that MDG were going to remove the amount paid from my account and just keep the unit. I am totally amazed with the stress free approach that this company treated me. Without hesitation I will purchase additional items from MDG. By far the very best I have ever been treated by any company. Hats off to you MDG for making sure your customer are treated so fairly. So many companies could learn from the way you approach complaints. Bless you all. Thank you so very much, Philip.

I wanted to have the package delivered to a different address, so that I could personally sign for it considering it is such a delicate device, and your company was not flexible with this.

I explained to the lady that there were issues with me receiving packages at this address, and she said there was nothing she could do. Now my package is going back and forth...

In the future at least allow me to update my correct address...
