After a long drawn out process it all worked out. One operator said done deal then another said denied. Was so confussed as they had taken a payment from my back account didn't understand what was happening during all this process.
First of all I paid full price for a Deluxe Recliner sofa and received it broken. Must of been how it was delivered or the quality sucks! Get the run around when I call them. Am not sure how they can fix it. I am frustrated and don't think I would ever buy again. Wish I could return the item! They should offer a discount!

Everyone and thing there sucks they tell you one thing then they do another. You never get the product you actually ordered and if you do it takes forever to get it. You are better off shopping any place else. Will never shop here again. Worst experience ever

I had nothing but trouble with my sales guy. He never called back, never replied to emails. It got the point I called and asked specifically to talk to someone else because he certainly wasn't doing his job. I then receive my product after calling back several times as no one contacted me about delivery or anything and I receive the product and it's not even close to what you show on your website. The furniture is so stiff, you sit straight up. It barely allows you to sit your butt on it. It's that narrow. Certainly false pictures online. I certainly won't be recommending to anyone to purchase from MDG.
MDG was very good at helping me obtain a computer with my bad credit. They said yes when everyone else said no. Thank you MDG

I still haven't received all my items and it has taken forever to be shipped, I was suppose to receive something and I ended up cancelling the item to get another item. I still haven't gotten it! The description online for items is misleading

When I first placed order it was for 82in. Tv it took almost 2 weeks to get all paperwork they needed in then tv was sold out had to settle for 75in. Although tv is great it's not what I wanted if they claim I was approved from the start then they should have put what I ordered on hold until order was confirmed very slow service.

I recently just bought a TV and I was quite happy with the service. The only thing I wish was the TV that I had bought previous I paid a lot of money for but they never help me at all that way you never gave me no discount or nothing so that's the only thing I'm very disappointed in

So far, I'm happy! Shipping can take about two weeks from the time you place the order. If they sped up shipping, it would be great!
