The process was fairly seamless. Agents tended to look over some documents submitted and requested them again but before I submitted realized they were submitted. Once order was finalized it took a week to receive my order that was the fastest process. Took about 2 weeks to process everything before finally being submitted to shipment. Overall a good experience. I was weary after reading reviews but my experience was seamless. I hope this helps.
I bought a play station VR set and I'm very happy with it. The initial set up with MDG was kind of long and annoying but after that I was very satisfied.

Our standard delivery is a curbside/threshold delivery, the driver will not bring the unit into your home. We're sorry if you haven't been informed that our company offers some shipping upgrades like 2 man delivery, delivery into the room etc. if you require assistance to bring the item into your home.
Recieved couch damaged the box came with holes ripped in it where the holes are ripped in it the leather and plastic covering of the couch has rips on it it looks like it's been opened and re closed and not stored properly for the delivery fee I would expect a lot better handling of products

They are not used, or pre-opened, they come from the manufacturer to us, to you. I am happy with the product price but not the process. I ordered and received the notice that the item had shipped. It's been over a week since the expected delivery, they have started to charge me even though I dont have the item. I've called three times to find out what is going on, three people have just casually said "I dont know" and "I'm not sure where your shipment is"
Not an ideal way to handle a customer and certainly incredibly not helpful.

Tv was supposed to be delivered yesterday still haven't heard anything contacted customer support twice and still haven't heard back from them.
Hello Derek, your order was shipped on Apr 4th, and estimated arrival time can take up to 10 business days. The delivery company will contact you in order to set up delivery and you can always use your tracking number to follow your order.
I was told my UPS my package would arrive on a certain day, the day before the delivery I received an exemption. Turns out some other company will be delivering.
I had bought a new laptop from (a store) 2 years ago, it never worked very well, and I was working 6 days a week and overtime and dumb me never dealt with it, I was in severe need of another laptop but couldnt go drop another $600+ on one, so I went to MDG, the application was simple, I was approved immediately, and had my laptop
Within 10 days! They are very kind and helpful, and I'm more than pleased with the laptop, I'm happy my old one was garbage because my new one is way better! The payments are more than fair and manageable. I highly recommend MDG to anyone.
