Over all it was a really good experience. Getting set up was a little rough with uploading documents but once it was said and done, it was smooth. Customer service is exceptional and very polite! Almost too good to be true.
I just wish they gave their customers shipping options like everyone else. I will have waited over a week for my order to be delivered and going through so many transfer stations that I'm afraid my product is going to be damaged before I even get it and they don't cover physical damage. Not to mention my first payment is going to be due before I even see my product. So that's a bit frustrating and nerve racking. I don't want to be out an item because the shipping was ground shipping.
Find a way to give your customers shipping options and you will have hit the mark in all categories of customer service.
The prospect of being able to shop online and successfully purchase something on credit from a liberal lender like MDG, when comparatively speaking, the traditional stores practice some of the most conservative credit requirements, is refreshing to say the least. Throughout the process I was guided and the effort I expended was minimal, my smartphone easily completed every step of the process. The icing on the cake is that I got early delivery just before Christmas. It doesn't get any better!
The process to Finnish your order seems like it's never going to end. Customer service was ok. Guy I was dealing with didn't seem that friendly and was really pushing me to make my first order. Reason for 4 stars. But it's a great way to make a large purchase with out dropping large amount of money at once. Will be recommending this site to my friends.

I've been dealing with them for 3 and a half years! Spent thousands with them! Ordered at least 5 different items, some were good, some were total useless crap (like mattresses) that they wouldn't take back even if unused so I had to sell it for half of what I paid for it...but all of a sudden one day I go to order "another" tv, I have more money going through my account than ever...just got a $4500 credit card too, and they won't accept me for the $1200 tv? I had the credit with them, but they wouldn't let me use it, even though in 3 and a half years I NEVER missed one single payment, I payed off everything even the crap I didn't want! Been one of their best customers, and they won't let me get the damn tv? After the thousands I spent with them? And the ridiculous costs and interest? What a joke! They are a joke! Worst company ever! Save your time and money and dignity and go ANYWHERE else but there!

Upon contacting MDG.com the process of price matching took a bit longer and the email chain was extensive. The interest rates are astronomical but in a world of credit it's to be expected. I received my computer within 14 days of first payment and it was more than I wanted to pay, but it was the best option for me at the time. They also promise to rebuild credit with on time payments. This is definitely what I needed too. Hopefully it's a win win
I recommend MDG to everyone! They provide quality products, customer service, reasonable prices. You don't have to worry about the hassle as you would with rental companies. I just love them and cant wait to order again.
My sales associate was good and very helpful. I originally just wanted the laptop, somehow the carrying case was added at a cost of $200. By the time I discovered this I would have to start the order over which was a huge hassle so I partly feel tricked into buying a carrying case. Secondly when I attempt to track my order I always receive the exact message "One or more items have shipped and shipping information will be updated". Not updated, exactly the same information so I have no idea when to expect my laptop.

My experience buying this gaming laptop through MDG was great. They have a unique verification process of ordering and shipping to ensure it is fact you making the order. Shipping was surprisingly fast. However, they did NOT disguise that I was being sent a laptop. The box was not covered in any means. The laptop seems to be running very well. It is fast and there does not seem to be any issues so far. I would recommend this laptop and MDG to others who are looking for a rent-to-own option on electronics, ect. Thank you!

I purchased a table and bed both from MDG. Both items came to my home from the Brick quickly and the customer service has been awesome! I have previously used Rent-to-own companies and it always felt like you were paying for ever on something and then it would ultimately be broken before it was paid off... Not to mention all the extra fees that rent-to-own companies always hide. MDG has made my purchases easy and hassle free. If I ever had a question or concern, they always provided, fast and friendly customer service. Thank you MDG.
The rates they use are some of the worse period 40+%. They add surcharges for everything on top of the 40%.
There response is to pay faster to save on the interest.it's not that there is interest it's the stupid amount. My bookie takes 35% on loans -.-
E.g 1700+tax laptop / total paid to them for 5386!
That is upsurd and crazy to think about they also do not listen when you ask them to differ a payment or switch banking information to use due to theft.
Do not use them if you can help it.

Applied for credit. Was offered a good amount. Went through the initial process to provide proof of identity and bank information for verification through CCbank and MDG. After 2 days it was all confirmed, payment confirmed and additional dates set up.
Order received a week later, all in perfect condition.
Have recently placed a second order for us to complete are needs until they are paid off and we get the living room set as a third order.

I just feel the service could of been a little for a returning customer and also i order the xbox one x bundle which is great no problems there except it comes a game at random not asking to have every title available to choose but to be able to choose from a few games would've been awesome

I bought a $600 worth of laptop and the balance is $2600 with their interest rate everytime I contact MDG to lower the balance as it what it originally, there is no reply neither any changes done to my account, bad customer service. Stay away.

Second purchase for me. Bit more of a run around than a few years ago. But on the whole, a satisfying experience. Had a problem with a dead keyboard shortly after receiving the computer. This was quickly resolved with 1 phone call. Good work folks.

Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs.
