It is utterly ridiculous, that I STILL cannot walkon and order something to eat, and with no mask mandate, I still cannot. I have always loved McDonalds. You have now lost a valued loyal customer for life, because of this ridiculousness, and you know it is ridiculous. I am 100% positive that I am at from the only one you have lost because of this. So now, you have lost all of Russia, because of the eastern European thing going on over there, but you are now losing even more, because of a bull crap narrative. Good bye forever.

My quarter pounder wasn't made right as I requested. I was charged for extra bacon and received less of what I wanted of the less of bacon. The shredded lettuce fell out of my burger

I went to McDonalds on Wayne St. Its disguising how the managers talk to the employee like they R slaves this short white man was cursing at a female. I hate that the staff let the managers talk to them with disrespect.

Food is always cold... even worse they don't care about the customer. Manager refused to give her name and asked me what did u want?

McDonalds is one of the best fast food places around my local area we have a wendys but Mcdonalds has always been a better place to eat

I got a 4 piece mcnugget but when I got home first opened my McChicken then my chicken 4 piece mcnuggets and their was 3 mcnugget and not 4 I already ate it thought my order number was 398.

Let me start off by saying I do not go to McDonald's very often. I went and picked-up lunch for my mom and son. The server Megan was Amazing friendly and polite really seemed like she wanted to work and was working to get me my food as fast as possible. It was a refreshing experience in the recent times with most people I have encountered with these days seems to not want to be very helpful or really do not want to be working. The store location is Grand Ledge MI on the corner of M100(Wright Rd) and Grand River Ave. Thanks Again Megan!

"bri", at McDonald's at 3001 N. Atlantic Ave, in Daytona Beach! Wins this award and title hands down! Stop at this store daily! Today My wife orders UNSWEETENED tea... gets. SWEETENED, But "BRI" still tells her that her tea IS UNSWEETENED. Unbelievable! After getting a second tea that is STILL SWEETENED we pull up to wait on a tea to brew! Finally we have an UNSWEETENED tea! This employee doesn't know how to or doesn't care to know how to talk to people! A... LIABILITY to this store NOT an asset!

I recently purchased something with the app reward points. It turns out while looking for a transaction on my credit card bill. I stumbled on a McDonald's charge. It was on the same day and the same dollar amount for a purchase I made with my points. The app even deducted those points and yet I was charged on my credit card. Not a big dollar amount but I'm still disputing the charge.
Moral of the story... all these apps that ask you enter your credit card information for easy future transactions may be stealing from us all along, if we are not meticulous about checking our credit card bills monthly.
I also found Amazon charged me for 4 months of music service when I was supposed to on a free trial. I called them ad got those charges reversed. It is truly scary out there when you consider how many of these websites and apps have our credit card information.

My friends and I usually buy some food here and go to watch a movie. This is great. Their delicious food makes the movi evening very cool.

Yes I apply for job said I had it. I called a few times manager said not sure when she was doing hiring.Not very good though.Don't tell someone have job then don't. Very poor manager.

They are still saying theirs a coin shortage, But the guy in front of me paid with cash too and he got his change. I guess you need to be Mexican to get your change back and I'm a lite Hispanic that doesn't count. The biggest food chain and they dont have changes. WOW!

When I order a big Mac I found ded flys in my drink and on the big Mac there was a load of bugs on it

The food is cold and the hot drink is so flat not enough squirty cream I love the taste of the drink but not enough of it in
