McDonald's

I used a McDonald's app where if you earn enough points you can get certain thing for free using the points. So one day me and my friend went to eat McDonald's, I used the McDonald's app and used my points to get a free large fries and I brought an choco ice cream. I used my card to pay but they made me pay for the large fries when it's supposed to be for free because I used my points to pay. I went to the counter with my friend and explained the incident. The manager there said they would return me $5 and I had to give him $1 (for the ice cream so he is only refunding money for my fries) 15 mins passed by and he hasn't gave me anything. Only after my friend reminded the manager he went to the cashier part and gave us a recipe and we gave him $1. At first I was confused, but my friend said that they were going to give us another set of fries in return not the $5. Another 15 mins went by,my friend went to ask where the refunded fries were and the worker told her that there is no additional fries (which means the fries that I was not supposed to pay for BC I used my points were the "refund") after processing I realised that McDonald's scammed me and I payed $6+ for one large french fries. I

Went McDonald's in Vancouver Washington in Orchards on 112th they have fish sandwich buy one get one for a dollar if you order a meal as one they won't give the other fish sandwich for a Dollar they want to charge you full price, so I said not that's a rip off so I went to Burger King got two complete meals for $5 less the McDonald's wanted for there one meal and a extra fish sandwich

Waitress called Kathlego trying to be nice now after being rude. No disrespect but everyone should be treated the same way and no racism should be allowed.

The Mc Donald's on SE 14th n Indianola rd has a well deserved reputation as the $#*! up your order McDonalds! The person who ENTERS in your order did fine and was very nice… HOWEVER. The woman filling the orders was either HIGH or just didn't care, and showed it… I ordered the Sausage McGriddle bundle,& the ticket was correct…but what I GOT were sausage BURRITOs…
Either she can't read a ticket or doesn't give a $#*!! If this was the only time this has happened, I would excuse it… but it happens EVERY TIME I go thru the drive thru on my way to work! And they expect to be paid almost as much as I get paid in my healthcare job?!

Had to go to the CVS across from this McDonald's and had some wait time for my ride back so decided to hop into McDonald's. I wasn't expecting anything special but I was really surprised found and experienced. First off a very polite and friendly young lady took my order. For my drink I chose a small black coffee (cause coffee anywhere but home is usually a disappointment) as it turned out the coffee was fresh, tasty and hot. My breakfast order came quickly and once I settled in and opened everything up noticed that the whomever made my meal neatly placed everything on it (not lopsided). Nice! Everything I ordered tasted great that I actually enjoyed ALL of it. Now not to say that eating in McDonald's turns out to be a bad experience but I never noticed people there going beyond the norm but this place did. From the first contact to the worker who held the door for me on the way out and 'wished me a great day' I truly like the entire experience. I hope this wasn't a rare event and I lucked out, I hope this is how this location treats it's customers and for that matter other locations and for that matter everywhere else on this planet but I know that's not possible. For now, all I can close this review with is to let McDonalds on North Main Street in Leominster, MA made my day! Thank you to the entire morning staff for that!

I DID THE ORDER FOR THE CHEESEBURGER AND THE CHEESEBURGER CAME WITH CHEESE ON IT. EVEN WORSE, WHEN I ORDERED MY DRINK... IT CAME COLD! IT WAS SEVERELY UNDERCOOKED AND MY DAY HAS COMPLETELY BEEN RUINED. THE FRIES TASTED LIKE POTATO. POTATO! AND MUCH, MUCH, MUCH, WORSE, MY APPLE PIE HAD APPLES IN IT. WHO IN THE WORLD PUTS APPLES IN AN APPLE PIE. IT DOESN'T MIX. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THEY WOULD EVER SERVE A CUSTOMER LIKE ME THIS GOD-AWFUL EXCUSE FOR FOOD. NEVER EVER EVER WOULD I GO HERE AGAIN. I WOULD NOT EVEN SERVE MY WORST ENEMY THIS FOOD. I HAVE ALREADY REQUESTED TO SUE THIS COMPANY. I EXPECT A REFUND OF 20,364 DOLLARS. THIS IS WHY I GO TO BURGER KING! MCDONALD'S? MORE LIKE CRAPDONALDS! So like when you go to McDonald's and you use the drive-through it's like so long you all but when you order that stuff and you get home the french fries made from potatoes salt and do you know those things were like it's all yellow like that by your thing or you put french fries in you put it down and it cooks the french fries that's what they do but you need to go try McDonald's Lakeland Cumbee

I was shocked at how poorly I was treated at a McDonald's drive through in Pewaukee, WI on Ryan Road today. This location does not accept breakfast sandwich deals on the McDonald's app, their drive through is slow and disjointed and they price items ordered as ala carte rather than consolidate the items as a meal. I ordered two bacon egg and cheese sandwich meals and they decided it benefited them more to price the sandwich, hash browns and drinks separately. When I called the manager to discuss, her reply was the owner operates independently from McDonald's corporate. The deals app is something they choose not to honor due to the wishes of their owner.

Why would McDonald's grant a franchise to someone who refuses to accept deals on the app they created for customers? Price gouging is not something McDonald's is known for either. I do not feel like I should be ordering food ala carte at a McDonald's vis-a-vis a fancy steakhouse.

My suggestions is to change the name to Mac's and Don's because this restaurant does not come close to the standards adhered to by most McDonald's restaurants I patronize. This will be my last visit and my suggestion is to follow my lead and avoid this place.

My quarter pounder wasn't made right as I requested. I was charged for extra bacon and received less of what I wanted of the less of bacon. The shredded lettuce fell out of my burger

Their chicken is sometimes dry but their double qaurter is really good. I get the double quarter pounder when I go but that is the only good thing good thier

I've gone to this location for years, and it has gotten really bad!

I ordered 2 sausage biscuits and a hash brown... after waiting about 5 mins behind only 2 cars and get to the window, they ask me if I want a drink carrier. WTF... I didn't order any drinks. Then they tell me to pull around and wait for my order. It's taken so long to get to the window, they could have already made a dozen of them.

This is NOT the 1st time I've had to wait for a small order. I then told them to cancel my order and return my money... she still told me to pull around the front and wait. HELL NO... I want my money back now. She said she needed a manager, I said go get one, I want a refund. She argued with me, and I stood firm and said after I waited this long, I wasn't going to wait any longer.

She started to hand me a dollar and some change, and I asked what was this? She said that's my refund. I paid $5 for my order, and you need to get it right, and refund the correct amount. I finally get my money back, and some other girl inside said I should be more patient. I told her to watch her mouth and don't smart off to paying customers. They seem to have scraped the bottom of the barrel to get these employees, as they have NO customer service skills.

I feel sorry for the owners of that store, with the rude people they have working for them.

This was my last time at that location.

Mcdonald's always messes up my food a LOT like when I order cheeseburger ONLY pickles, they have a 75% chance to put mustard, ketchup, and onions on it.

The food is disgustang and I hate this place. It's soooooo ugly I wanna barf. DO NOT go there because you will die eating their food forever, I mean duh, this place is ugly, uglier than the inside of my toilet and my a** combined. So I suggest you NEVER go there EVER!

A very bad experience, I asked for a delivery and they only stole my money, because the food never arrived.

Tasty food, great service. I love spending time here with family and friends. I always order myself a Big Mac.

When I went to mcdonalds I saw poop all over the floor the workers were kissing my food and taking poops on it I really never want to go back there and the food was really bad too I feel like I could get food like this shipped from amazon 10 years after I actually oredrerd please never come here uwu

Its utterly ridiculous that a person cannot get a stink'in cheeseburger from this place as early as 4am. Take a cue from Sonic IDIOTS! It's just crazy that a place like this can't seem to pull off full menu 24hrs like everyone else. GET WITH THE TIMES $#*!S!
