I ordered a video player for my website and was unable to get the damn thing to work--
Couldn't get $#*! out of their lousy customer service... after second day requested refund and guess what? Yup- they wouldnt return it... they wont even talk to you. Once they have your card number or paypal they take and wont refund $#*! back to you... they think their products are all that but their products are junk... look on internet for other products... plan on losing money to these thieves...

Purchased first script, full of bugs, let it pass. Recently purchased a script, which was broken, not even able to install. Non existent documentation and support from author, offered store credit after numerous back and forth emails with Envato, instead of cash back. At the end made feel as if theyre doing me a favour, while defending the author saying script is operational, requiring only some changes in code. Bottom line, never again. If youre lucky and happen to get a good working product, well in. If any issues, in most cases seems thats the case, youre on your own.

Scam! I purchased a Wordpress theme, unfortunately, Wordpress requires an Enveto token as a proof of purchase. Sadly, Enveto Market could not verify my purchase to obtain the token. Customer service could not figure out the problem, and they required my site admin information. After 1 weeks waiting time for a customer service response, the problem was never fixed and they refused to give me a refund. Stating that I did not have the expertise. I have created 10 other Wordpress sites with no problems. Enveto Market Wordpress themes are a scam! Do your research. You will be amazed at how many 1 star ratings they have due to their illegitimate Wordpress themes. I want to know how they are still in business.

I bought and installed a Wordpress theme which did not work. I went through themeforest net, with company name Envato from Australia. The creditcard payment was processed though Salt Lake City USA.
They use fake 'reviews' for there products, my negative one did not appear. If you claim a refund, you will get the answer that 'you have to wait five days for yhe author of the theme to respond'. Will report to the police tomorrow and start the process to get my money back through creditcard insurance.

I used to have THOUSANDS of dollars worth of plugins, themes, etc... ALL purchased on Envato. One of my purchases did not work and Envato ignored my emails fro a refund. So, I went to Paypal and got the refund from them, since it was how I added credit into my account. Envato LOCKED me out of my account and I lost ALL my purchases, including over $200 in credit. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THESE A-HOLES. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. IIT BLOWS MY MIND HOW THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH TAKING PEOPLE'S MONEY. I LOST THOUSANDS OVER A $35 REFUND!

I initially gave Envato a poor review, but my experience with their customer service has led me to revise my original review. I made a software purchase, and I initially could not determine how to download the software. Frustrated, I rated Envato poorly. I had second thoughts the next day, and I reached out to their customer service. The reply was quick, professional, and very helpful. I found their purchase process cumbersome, but eventually made use of the software. I will be cautious to use them in the future due to the many poor reviews.

I bought an item which didn't work the way I wanted... I paid an extra $50 to upgrade the item and it still didn't work the work the way I wanted. I ended up requesting a refund for both items - totaling $65 dollars. After a dozen emails back and forth requesting a refund and reassessment of my case, they said they can't give me a refund. Now I have $65 in Envato credit that I can only use on their site. Even worse, the credit expires in one year... WTH am I going to do with that now? I even went as far as asking for a 50% refund a total compromise that they wouldn't even consider. It was a mistake buying on Envato. My first experience - and my last. I should have just thrown my money in the trash can.

Terrible customers service. I bought a plugin i had a problem with that plugin for resolving my problems i gave them my passwords. And they cant resolve my problem. For this case i wrote a rewiev. My account pasword was same my site password they used my password for deleting rewiev. And say envato they realy dont. When buy some thing there be carefull you can lose your money to fortunately my paypal pasword was not same. They can do anything. And envato only take your money. I sad this is illegal you have to do same thing to envato they didnt respond me. When give your password think 2 time

"No Go - Envato" I purchased software that does not work. No customer support. More specifically, I requested help and then a refund due to a lack of product support. All I received was 1 canned (e.g. Cut/paste) response in 9 days. No other response. Nada.

I have a Ph. D. in Computer Science and a post-doc in Cyber Security, so I know how to use and even write software, so please don't insult me with a canned message that infers that the installation is my issue. I'm receiving a PHP error that indicates a data exception on installation. Bad coding.

So, don't spend a cent here. It's "NO GO - ENVATO" BUYER BEWARE!
