My two orders to the tune of $134 never arrived. These guys are thieves. Do not do business with them. My bank is getting the money refunded.

The Large Harry Stone jacket was miles too big. Now...to return it I have to pay international courier rates to send it to Italy?
Buyer beware...it is all a sham.

This company has disingenuous business practices. Ordered the Harrington jacket at a cost of about $70 and received what I could only describe as a piece of cheap garbage from China that is already falling apart. Contacted them to start a return, and as others have stated, they instructed me I would have to ship the item back to Italy to get a refund which is cost prohibitive. Stay as far away from this website as you can, and spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Lesson learned. I should have googled reviews before purchasing from them.

Don't deal with this company.,The quality is one of the worst I have seen. Funny they are in Italy but their quality is worse than any product even from China. The sizing is all off and the photos of the product are not accurate. Get this I spent $150 dollars and to return the product to Italy it would cost $350 dollars to ship. The company offered no solutions no discounts no credits. You get what you pay for and this company is a major scam!

My review looks just like all the other terrible reviews of this AWFUL COMPANY! If i could give no stars, i would! Their products look NOTHING like the images when they arrive in real life. Cheapest crap I've ever gotten. They lie about the description of things and the quality is awful. Just awful. I had to pay $65 to return a $97 jacket that isn't worth the dirt i stand on. I wish i could sue them, i hope someone does.

The sizing on the site is not accurate to the garment size and they do not stand behind their product and will make you pay for shipping to Italy for return which is around twice the price of the original product itself to ensure they have no returns. When you mention the sizing on their site being incorrect you get ignored and the same generic response back from their support team. I will be flagging this charge as fraudulent to hopefully save the next person the trouble.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Marcus Store recently. Their deceptive tactics left me feeling frustrated and misled. When I made my purchase, they promised a delivery date of 2-8 days, which seemed reasonable. However, it turned out to be a blatant lie.

Three weeks passed, and my order still hadn't arrived. I reached out to their customer service multiple times, and each time I was met with vague responses and empty promises. The lack of transparency and honesty in their communication was infuriating.

It's evident that Marcus Store engages in false advertising, using the promise of a quick delivery to lure customers in. This not only wasted my time but also caused significant inconvenience. I strongly advise against doing business with a company that resorts to such unethical practices, as my experience with them was nothing short of a frustrating and disappointing ordeal.

Bought this as a birthday present to my husband so cannot comment on the durability or weatherproofing yet, but the initial thoughts are it looks good on him and really good quality and seems well made and time will tell if its lasts. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

The quality of the Harrington jacket was "OK". The zipper felt a bit small and flimsy, but the fabric seemed quite good.
However, the sizings are way off. And their customer service is nothing short of appalling. They have a very short exchange period, and they stall you by not responding to emails or contact.
My advice is, don't buy from them. If there is any problem, they leave you high and dry!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! This company is a JOKE! I bought 2 shirts for my husband and they were horrible quality so I asked to return them. Even though the company says that they accept returns and that they are located in New York with an order fulfillment centre in the GTA (Ontario), in order to return a parcel, you have to ship it to ITALY via tracked package which is horrendously expensive. This is how they prevent returns as it is too expensive to ship overseas. I still returned the parcel as my refund would have been more than the shipping (so it was worth it), however, the parcel was REFUSED on arrival and shipped back which is how they avoid refunds. This company is FRAUDULENT - the items are poor quality and they DO NOT offer refunds but force you to pay an additional massive shipping cost for no reason because they WILL NOT REFUND ANY ORDERS. They should be kicked out of North America. Garbage products & NO REFUNDS so don't waste your time or money!

Fall of 2022 I purchased a very nice jacket for $74.00. Problem # 1, the size was not correct. I wear a Large however their Large was too small and I wanted to exchange for an X-Large.

Problem # 2, it was going to cost me $62.00 to return the jacket since you must ship to Italy. Yes, the country of Italy.

The jacket I bought on line for $74 was too large so I requested exchanging it for a different size.
After a series of emails re instructions for returning the item, I asked for the address to ship the jacket.
No reply until, after looking for an address on the website I sent the required photo of the jacket and the USPS
Details to track the shipment to its "sorting center" in Queens NY. The immediate reply was the jacket would be
Destroyed on arrival at the sorting center and it should have been shipped to an address in Italy that
A post office employee told me would cost around $50. Marcus requires the customer to pay for shipping.
I am out the $74 and don't have the jacket because Marcus destroyed it on receipt.

Ordered the Harrington jacket. The zipper is on the wrong side for a righty and it unnecessarily has two sliders, I guess to unzip from the top (?). No need for that on a short jacket AND more importantly, it was difficult to operate. I contacted Marcus Store to ascertain their return policy (which cannot be found on their website in advance). After some back and forth emails, I learned that I had to 1) take a photo of the item and 2) return it to an address in ITALY. I checked with my local UPSP and found that it would cost upwards of $30 to ship. I am donating it to the St Vincent de Paul Society clothing store.

I ordered a jacket on 9/20. It says it would ship and be delivered to me in NJ anywhere between 2 and 8 days. It is now 9/28 and I have no tracking. You can't reach ANYONE in support. They don't respond to emails. The phone number is just a voicemail saying they will call you back, but they won't. I paid 80 dollars and have no jacket to give my dad for his birthday tomorrow. Would give a 0 STAR RATING if I could. STAY AWAY!

Purchased in black. I am 5'10" tall and weigh between 175 and 180 depending on the day and the US large fit me perfectly. Even though it's a slim fit, because of the way it bunches up a little bit around the waist line it can be a little bit forgiving and less you buy at a size too small. Right now I'm running heavy so my waist is around 34 but normally it's 32 and the slim fit was what I wanted and it looks exactly as I had expected. It has a very slimming card and it definitely is not styled for anyone with a "heavy" build.

I have been searching for great fitting jogger that are comfortable. I'm happy to announce my search is over. These jogger provide a great fit. I can bend over to pickup something without worrying about showing my backside to the world. The pockets are nice and roomy. The pants also keep me very comfortable in colder weather. This is worth it!

I bought these pants not knowing what to expect but I was surprised, they actually look like the photos and they seem like they're from a designer streetwear brand.

Fight back if you think you have been taken advantage of by Marcus Store. This pathetic shell company is refusing to pay return shipping for a defective jacket. I'm fighting back! You can to by:
1) Disputing the charge with your Credit Card Company.
2) Marcus Store is hosted by Shopify. Report them@ shopify.com/legal/report-aup-violation
Let Shopify know Marcus Store is misrepresenting themselves on their website.
Don't let this company take your money.

Marcus store has a great modern website. That's about the best of it. They say their products are made in the UK and they have depot in Asia and other areas to send out to customers. Rubbish, I strongly strongly believe they are a dropshipper. Nothing wrong with that if you are honest about where your product is coming from but they are not.
$110 aus will get you a poor quality, uneven oversized by several inches unwearable product. I received a jacket way way out of the size category and one shoulder was sewn uneven. Their product was faulty and not as described. They are happy for you to send back at your cost which was $45 for me. I did not send back. Why would I? The package the jacket came in was like all the other items I have bought from Asia with Asian writing on it. Thats fine but not when Marcus store say their product is made in the UK. There is only a size label poorly sewn into jacket. A material label sewn into jacket. That's it. They respond to emails 2 to 3 days later and say sorry for your confusion, we are here to help, we hope your experience is better next time shopping with us.
I will never shop with them again, I am not confused and they are not helpful.

I live in Canada and paid over $100.00 U.S. for the jacket. Now I find out I could have paid half the price at Amazon. Also the zipper does not work. I would like my money back please.
