If I could give the experience a 0 I would. There's no other way to put it - my attorney flat out sucked… his communication sucked…. Never on time with any paperwork - anytime something needed to be done I found out last minute… For reference - imagine if someone handed you ALL the evidence from the OJ Simpson trial, and the ONLY thing you use to prove OJ Simpson did it is the Bronco Chase, nothing else…. That's how incompetent and a $#*! show of a show my lawyer was. I actually negotiated my own settlement in the end and still had to pay my lawyer 40% of a settlement that I NEGOTIATED A HIGHER AMOUNT MYSELF THAN MY LAWYER!…. I then had someone from the advocacy team reach out to me and promised they'd look into my concerns but it's been over a month and the same failures of communication with my lawyer are THE EXACT SAME FAILURES of communicating trying to resolve my concerns. I warn any human being DO NOT GIVE YOUR CASE TO MARBLE LAW… IT WILL BE THE WORST REGRETTABLE DECISION YOU'LL EVER MAKE!

You can find a better attorney anywhere including your local community college or University… you may be able to do a better job yourself vs. dealing with Marble Law to be honest. I would take whatever option(s) you have before choosing Marble Law. If you read this review and still choose Marble Law, you truly do not care about receiving a positive outcome on your case and you have absolutely no one to blame but yourself when it happens.

They wanted to charge me $2600 just to file part of my dissolution, I still had to file the disclosures myself. The sales person kept talking about alimony to the point I felt embarrassed asking for it. And, they don't stop calling, pushing you for a payment and to sign the agreements. It's like car sales with a side of gaslighting. That was HORRIBLE. And now I have to wait and pray that they actually refund me.

Marble Law was unbelievably disappointing.

I was assigned a lawyer through Marble Law to help with some child custody issues, and in the beginning to middle of the process, my lawyer informed me she took another position and would immediately need to stop working on my case. She informed me I would be assigned a new lawyer.

Not only did Marble Law never assign me a replacement attorney, they had no idea my lawyer had quit their "firm"; I was the one who informed them. As time went on with no contact or replacement attorney, I continually called and emailed Marble Law, with each recipient having no idea what was going on, what I was speaking of, would apologize and state they would "look into this and get back in touch", yet never did.
My mediation date came and went which is a big deal with the courts, with no lawyer and no assistance from Marble, yet they continued to bill me.
I had to borrow money from family to retain a different law firm (non-Marble Lawyer) for $4000 who is now clearing up the mess Marble Law left me, along with handling the issue I had in the beginning.
The issues I had were on the safety and healthcare of my two children who have chronic illness. I was not after money or anything of the sorts; I was trying to protect my children. Marble Law has made this process twice as difficult and painful, and they continue to refuse to help or even acknowledge what they have done, or neglected to do. I now have to have my new lawyer involved to stop Marble from trying to charge me even without their representation and stop their harassing letters and calls. Do not trust this company.

Please don't use this firm. They tried to charge me $6,000 for an uncontested divorce with no children or property. Found other law firms that were willing to take the case for $1,500 or less. They tried to scam me. Stay away from this firm.

This people are bunch of crooks and shady. I paid this attorney firm $2200 for an attorney to represent me in my divorce. They make me filled a questionnaire from which they filled the document in the computer. They send me 2 documents by email that they filled up with my questioner. It happens to be that me and my wife worked things out so I call them and cancel the service. Well…. This people had the nerves to charge me $2000 for 2 forms. They never went to court nor filed anything in court for me. They claim it was all the work they did for me that in essence was only 2 forms! This is unacceptable and they are ripping me off! So in conclusion… they did nothing for me and stiff me of $2000. Don't use this company please! Not worth it and they are bunch of crooks! When ask if I can talk to someone else of course their is no direct line to a decision maker(how convenient). What ever they are going to tell you is not what it is. This attorneys should be ashamed of themselves for ripping people off and their customer service is useless!

I urge anyone considering legal services to seek assistance from an independent attorney. My recent experience has left me utterly disgusted and deeply disappointed in the pervasive greed and lack of ethics in the legal world. It is disheartening to see companies prioritize profit over providing genuine and quality services, particularly in critical life events.

This company operates with deceitful practices. Despite portraying themselves as having their clients' best interests at heart, they are solely focused on their own financial gain. They pressured me into taking out loans for my divorce at exorbitant rates, exploiting my trust even with excellent credit. The promises of personalized service and care turned out to be empty lies, as their attention to me dwindled post-payment.

Once the deal was secured, their facade of friendliness vanished, and getting in touch with them became an arduous task. Their system is designed to benefit themselves, leaving clients feeling disregarded and unimportant. When I raised concerns, they offered no solutions or ongoing communication, promptly suggesting I withdraw my inquiries as they had already received the payment. It became evident that my well-being no longer mattered to them; they had what they wanted—my money.

In light of my distressing experience, I implore you to be cautious and seek legal counsel from professionals who prioritize integrity and genuine client care. Do not fall prey to deceptive companies like this one, whose interests lie solely in profit maximization at the expense of trust and ethical practices.

Protect yourself and your interests by choosing independent legal representation that truly has your best interests at heart. These good reviews on this platform I assure you were purchased or a fake!

This was completely misrepresented when I signed up on 4/17. The lawyer that drew up my settlement agreement. I had to make several edits before the email was sent. When I asked what was next as my ex had filed a response in court, I was told that I would have to pay more money. When I canceled I expected to pay some of the $2200 that was originally quoted but they are saying that 1 email was worth $1699. The only other option they gave was to "try" to assign me to another lawyer but my confidence was already shot with them. I have asked several times to be contacted by phone by their financial department but they just continue to insist that the amount they adjusted is what they believe the work was worth and refuse to have anyone speak with me

The short answer is YES. I've been shopping for a family lawyer for a while before I hired Marble. They take a less traditional approach to legal services. Where all lawyers ask me to pay a big retainers and charge hourly fee (which makes no sense to me). One lawyer literally interviewed me to see how much I can afford. Marble offers easy financing options for every budget and I loved the fact that I didnt have to talk about money with my lawyer. The entire process is digitized and modern. I felt like a human being in a time I needed to feel better about myself. I have no doubt Marble is a top notch solution for people in need.

I paid over 8000 for an attorney to represent me my attorney did not finish my case at all they only completed one phone hearing! We have trial coming up but as soon as I paid off the money because they charge a flat rate they dropped me the next month saying the attorney quit and they couldn't get anyone else. But the attorney told me she was still working for them that they dropped me. They only gave me half the money back and they didn't even do anything! This place is a scam! They charge a flat rate so they can drop you and keep half the money without doing the work. If your case isn't going to be finished quickly and your payments will be paid off before your case is over then beware because as soon as they aren't going to get anymore money from you they drop your case with no warning! You screwed over the wrong mother! I have already turned them into the BBB! And I won't stop until I receive a full refund or my case is finished correctly! I would never choose this place if you have a case that's important to you! I was in a hurry to find a lawyer and didn't have time to do my research I wish I would have.

Upon seeing this review I can state that anyone who is experiencing these same problems with this law firm (excessive fees hidden fees nefarious and predatory business practices for next to no representation) they contact their local bar association. My lawyer (Samuel Q Pittman) would not address my issues in court I was promised a contested guardian petition severance and adoption of my special needs nephew. I was being charged close to 14,000 dollars to which he submitted a dependency petition making it so we required the state to determine everything. When I became suspicious of their business practices was when I spoke to another lawyer who confirmed he set me up for a long case and he shouldn't be charging me for anything because he handed the case to child safety. I contacted the bar association after a series of emails came in after I requested a clear break down of the services I was paying for because over half of my case costs were for the guardianship petition he never filed. I never received a clear break down but did receive an internal email for my supposed price adjustments that I wasn't supposed to receive stating that they needed to find other services they could offer me to make up the difference for what I had paid them and continue to have me making payments. When I responded I was contacted directly by one of the office supervisors (Michael albee) in which he was rude repeatedly interrupted me intentionally shut me down about my concerns was dismissive and finally hung up on me when I cornered him with proof of their predatory business practices. Needless to say because of them I am still in court 2 years later I contacted the Arizona bar association to which they mounted an investigation and I was finally refunded by marble with the request to remove my complaint with the bar association. A week later bar association contacted me back to confirm the refund and to inform me there were at least 6 cases in which they did this to low income families some of which ended horribly! If you are experiencing this issue please contact your states bar association and request it be looked into…. It may not fix your case but at the very least you can try to get your money back and make sure they are reported so they can't do this to anyone else!
Condolences for anyone who was burned by this company but I urge you to report it because knowledge is power and you have the power to prevent others from making the same mistakes.

Don't believe them they will charge you more more than flat price. They told firm price 2k. Middle of the case they said hey there is some problem you have to pay 2k more for what just one paper. They are scammer get away find real lawyer

Me and my wife recently went through a divorce and had a nasty fight about the custody of our 2 kids. The team was great and it was so helpful getting a flat fee up front. I will definitely be using marble next time.
