I had the worst experience ever with these people. They can not be trusted at all. Just because their service is "affordable" doesn't mean they will represent you properly. There's a reason why their lack of services is so inexpensive. Do yourself a favor and find help from a firm that cares and will stand by you like a lawyer should. Their staff is super rude to say the least. RUN while you can!

I wanna thank Casey my lawyer and the whole Marble team for the human approach which made a tough legal situation more bearable. My questions were always answered and I was updated as much as I needed during the whole process. My decision to work with Marble wasn't intuitive since this concept is new to me, but I'm very glad to have chosen them and I'm very pleased with the results.

Stay away from this company.
Took my money, had me fill out online forms, assigned a lawyer, but that was it.
I paid in full in Sept. 23, it is now Dec. 23 with no court date, no word on what they are doing. Not even a hello that they did receive my forms. They have an online portal showing they received my forms, but no personal contact stating anything.
Worst, is that I have left phone messages, they do not answer their phone, and have yet to get a call back. Going on a couple months now. I left messages stating I wanted a new attorney assigned as the one they assigned has not returned calls after initial contact.
This is costing me 2500 dollars a month each month we do not get into court.
Check their BBB reviews. Their level of service is falling fast. Over 300 complaints this year alone.
All I can say at this point is to STAY AWAY from this firm.

I contacted marble law out of anger to get a divorce. They said all the right things and so I obtained $6000 in financing through them. It's supposed to cover everything, from the consultation to mediation. I had 1 phone call with the lawyer, then decided to not proceed with filing the divorce. I cancelled services. I then get an email that states that I will only owe $4500. I wrote back and said that I only had a phone call and they responded basically with, "too bad." So now I'm on the hook for a $4500 phone call. Ridiculous!

I used their services. Paid $2,500 for my issue to not be resolved and now I have fake creditors calling stating I still owe them money ‍ careful who you give your money too. Fast forward almost a year and some comments on social media the lawyer that handled my case calls because he was informed I was not happy with his services. He states if I share the information he would contact the appropriate personnel to help with my situation. That was never done. Then he states that my order was completed even though I shared proof with said lawyer it was not. Then states he would charge the opposed party to go back to court for the same issue that he was already paid for and never fulfilled my order a year later. I asked for other things to be filled and he told me I could go online and do even though I let him know I had no idea where to start or what to say to even start.

This company wasted my time and my money and to me time is money. For three months my lawyer constantly told me that a document had been either filed or served. When I would go to look into this on my own, it would have either been not filed/ served or done completely incorrectly. For months I was in limbo. I then consulted with my lawyer and he told me that I was a pro se petitioner- how? I have a lawyer? I then had to make so many calls during work and had to do the work on my own. The advice from the law library kept telling me to do it a different way (other than what he told me) but he kept telling me to do it his way. Then a few days later he told me he wasn't my lawyer anymore and that services were complete. I tried to contact MARBLE personally and on my account many times to pay for more services…. Never heard back so here we are on MY OWN…. WELL the library was correct so here I am back to square one, out a lot of money, but at least I now am on the right track and will have this horrible thing done in a few months, ALONE. Thanks marble for wasting all my TIME and MONEY. I have cried so much. You took advantage of me and left me hanging.

These ppl are crooks. I hired these guys to help me withy case. When the lawyer called me she rushed talked me, and really didn't let me explain my situation. She then took herself off my case without informing me. The whole time im thinking she's doing her job I get an email. Saying that they discharged my case. Who I asked for my refund they only sent me not even half of what I paid and was told my one of the covered care reps that goes by the name MEXICO like the country told me I have to wait 40 days to get the rest of my money. $#*! MARBLE

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Do not waste your time or money. Just a simple ratification of a parenting plan, that they didn't even write cost me $3800 and wasted an entire year of my life. Trying to get in touch with my attorney was impossible. I sent documents multiple times because they are so unorganized. I finally just cancelled everything and I'm finding a real attorney. I tried to settle things with them and they refuse to refund me. Spend the money and get an actual attorney. This company is a scam

I had a time sensitive case and Samuel showed little to no efforts to help me. He literally played for the opposing side. My daughter was going through a crisis and he showed no signs of concern or empathy to help me help her.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They charge a lot of money for no real legal representation. When I questioned them about their services, they said they would reduce my bill and then I never heard from them again and no one from the company will call me back. Definitely a scam and I am no out of thousands of dollars

I can be the one to say i didn't know much about getting a divorce and my lawyer from marble law did nothing to help, absolutely no communication and sucked my bank account dry, it was 2500 the first time and i though "well alright" they said they'd take care of everything i needed to finalize my divorce, took over a month just to get a 10 min phone call with my own lawyer whom i am paying for; then mishaps happened and had to oay ANOTHER 2500 for another service still not divorced, i had so many question and called the firm many tomes after no respone through email still NOTHING! The legal team couldn't answer not one question for me and still got no phone call to speak to my own lawyer. Waste of money on $#*!ty lawyers UNREAL

Overpriced. They use marketing words to make too believe they're affordable however they charge more than a regular attorney. No retainer means more money on the back end. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Marble law was the worst decision I could have made. Low prices monthly payments but they still scam you for *******. They have bad communication give them 72hrs and someone will call you maybe call them back oh I'm sorry give us another 72hrs. I've had court days set and something goes with the court and they will not inform you hey don't show up I will not be there. Ppl have to call off for stuff like this but do they care no. And then when they do show the lawyer is over there talking to the other lawyer amongst themselves making agreements with out you. Probably making money under the table like here let me win this case and I'll give you this amount money from it. Win win. It's all about the money not the help. Your better off finding a real lawyer you can reach directly and oh well pay the full amount they ask like 10k. I'm serious you'll be stuck with payments and loss but it's ok they will still have your hard working money. While they say well it's you it's your case. I would not have looked for a lawyer if I was guilty or had no fighting chance. The system oh their so involved to destroy innocent hard working good hearted pure people. They all work real good together to keep their criminal parties together. Keep all the pedophiles killers you name it keep them free give them justice. Try them and see go waste your money just so I can say I told you. Thanks marble for giving my kids to those type of people you support ohh and taking my hard working money.
