I hired marble because it seemed that they were flexible as far as affordability to have legal representation. I did not get detailed information of how services would be provided for me. The lawyer that was assigned to me was not informative, and was not available when I needed them just for questions while going through my quarrelsome divorce And my attorney quit the law firm before I could get to mediation and I never received representation before going into mediation. Never really got great instructions on how to proceed through my divorce I feel like I made a big mistake going into mediation without legal advice, and to keep trying to reach out to marvel to at least talk to an attorney, not in a motive place of feeling betrayed and taking advantage of I keep getting hit with. Let me know if there's something I could do to help I just want to talk to a lawyer, that could help me at this moment with my divorce is about to be final, but I don't have the assurance that the best have been provided for me as far as being able to pay I don't regret using the firm. But the services for me was not worth it not answering my phone calls not telling me when court dates were not telling me when mediation was not doing practice ideas of what to look forward to doing in court or mediation I was left out to dry alone, but they took my money for sure, so for marble law representation in Texas people, please be aware and hopefully that you know what you're getting yourself into because I'm hurt and lost not only just because I'm going through a divorce about not having proper representation while going through this process so thanks for the extra trauma marble.

A Nightmare of Inefficiency and Delay - Avoid Marble Law Firm!

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Marble Law Firm recently, and I must say that it was nothing short of a complete disaster. If I could give them zero stars, I would. From start to finish, their lack of responsiveness and snail-paced legal proceedings were beyond infuriating.

First and foremost, their so-called "customer service" is an absolute joke. It took a whopping 72 hours for them to even bother getting back to me regarding my legal concerns. In a world where timely communication is essential, Marble Law Firm seems to be living in the Stone Age. I had to chase them down multiple times, leaving voicemails and sending countless emails, only to receive generic and unhelpful responses days later.

But the agony didn't stop there. When it finally came time to address my legal matters, the pace at which Marble Law Firm operated was reminiscent of a sloth on a leisurely stroll. The wheels of justice turned so slowly that I found myself constantly wondering if any progress was being made at all. It was as if my case was at the bottom of their priority list, gathering dust while more pressing matters took precedence.

What's even more infuriating is that the firm's lackadaisical attitude seemed to extend to the actual legal work as well. Documents were filled with errors and oversights that I had to repeatedly point out and ask for corrections. It was as if they were more interested in wasting time than in providing competent legal assistance.

The saddest part is that my experience with Marble Law Firm is not an isolated incident. A quick search online reveals numerous others who have faced similar frustrations with their glacial pace and lack of professionalism. It's clear that this is a pattern of behavior for them, and it's utterly unacceptable.

*Update 9-13-23*
Marble law reached out to me and has made an effort to rectify the situation. Thanks to them, my new lawyer has reached out and has begun to process the divorce papers. I understand the process itself takes time so I wanted to update the ratings. I've adjusted the rating to a 3 star (from a 1 star). Once everything has been finalized with my divorce I will update again and leave a final review to let anyone who is reading this know how everything was handled.

Just a bad law firm.

Both lawyers assigned to me never responded in a timely manner. Any estimated time to respond (72 hours) was well exceeded. Took one of them over a month to reach back to me after several attempts. My case never moved past planning.

The first lawyer just up and left their firm, leaving my case abandoned. No prior notification, no heads up from him.

Marble's solution was to offer another lawyer or the option for me to cancel the contract (no refund offered for the initial $1200 paid).

The second lawyer assigned is doing the same thing and not responding. Even the people at Marble admitted the second lawyer wasnt responding to them.
They should admit things fell through and refund the money so I can at least hire a lawyer that wants the case.

Since the end of April/early May...No Communication. Several Different "Attorneys". Unkept scheduled Contact dates and times. Only 1 of 9 appointments kept since the beginning. Court Date Approaching. Still No Solid Representation. Billed for Services seemingly unrendered. Forced to seek Alternate Representation. Looking for Refund and to Cancel Useless Account. SCAM COMPANY. CROOKS. THIEVES. Do NOT Do it!

After hiring these people paying $2,500 plus interest, they file my divorce in my county. I thinking I'm ready to go. Finally. Happiness is right around the corner, not the judge says where's the inventory list. List I said whatever you have there for my lawyer is what she presents. He said no inventory list. No divorce about killed me. Just wanted to shoot myself so really really disappointed. Best to hire someone in person. Thanks a whole hell of a lot marble law

This is the most unresponsive and unprofessional law firm. Dealing with their customer service is the most challenging part. With the lack of communication with attorneys and paralegals and the bare minimum of help from customer service, take your money elsewhere. You will wait 1-3 business days for any concern, then never receive a call. Then when you call back, it's another 1-3 business days, and the circle repeats. I constantly call about the same issues and get the same cookie-cutter answer. No supervisor can help, and customer service is the only number not to receive help. It may be affordable, but you get what you pay for. Take your money to a more professional firm because Marble Law is anything but professional. You already deal with many stressors needing legal help, but dealing with this company makes it 100 times worse. Why pay your good money to these people so that they can add to your headache?

After I post my initial review, I was contacted by Marble Law. I explained my side of my experience to one of their representatives and to my pleasant surprise they agreed with me. I was issued a full refund and was told what happened to me isn't their policy. I was satisfied with the outcome.

If there was a "0" star then I would have chosen that.
In a nutshell: Horrible experience!
Why I am sayin that, what happened?
1-The person (I think his name was Luke) called me 3 minutes earlier which I found it not good.
2- He was talking so fast and was kinda rude. I get the feeling that he doesn't want to listen to me at all.
3-we were talking and then he hang up on me. I found it very insulting. I will definitely call the firm to talk to his manager and complain.

Marble customer service HORRIBLE takes them 2-3 days to respond to Imperative requests. I have better luck contacting my lawyer directly rather than contacting Marble to do it for me. They lied about my financing amount. I was financed for $1,100 and put $660 down. When I logged in to make my first payment my bill was $1,540. They drafted 2 legal documents for me, that's it! I should of just paid an attorney on my own rather than going through this company!

Marble Law is at best a sophisticated scam perpetuated by folks who know how to hide behind the law. I am in the process of involving the NY state consumer affairs protection office and every single review website, They chose the wrong person to cheat this time. Marble law you stole from me, I am asking for my refund nicely. They connected me to an visibly, and mentally uncapable attorney that didn't do any thing, botched the case because she didn't understand court process and procedures, then asked me to lie!

If you're looking for a law firm that really cares about their clients, look no further than Marble. They helped me through a difficult employment law case and made sure that I was always informed and involved in the process. The title of this review describes ACCURATELY what Marble Law is as a "company". I signed up with Marble to be provided services including establishing paternity and child custody agreements. They took my money over a month ago. And you guessed it, that's ALL they have done. I've called 3+ times a week, zero answers, zero insights, zero help. I'm not even sure WHO is working on my case! Oh…. But when they needed my initial payment they were calling me NONSTOP. Now I'm out over $1000 and I'm in even worse financial condition due to these frauds. Please for the love of what is still good on this earth… DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. If you have a legal issue, work DIRECTLY with a law firm in your respective area! This company spends a ton of time money and energy on google advertisements, and fabricating false reviews to cover up the reality of their business plan which is fraudulent and quite honestly should be illegal. I will continue to post 1 Star reviews of this company until my money is refunded and the message is delivered, since Marble has decided to make my life even more difficult than it was before I sought after legal representation. I conclude, Marble Law Firm is an illegitimate company that doesn't hesitate to cash grab from misinformed people, like myself, and will then in turn. Never contact you again.
