Claire was really helpful in finding out the technical information from the manufacturers that was not included in the online product description.

Goods arrived damaged but I was only offered 15% refund on the total order. The seller also refused to accept a return! How they can still be in business is anyone's guess.
I ordered 4 grey high back chairs and delivered on 2nd July. I emailed as soon as I opened the boxes to say 2 chairs were damaged. I sent photos and started the return process and would be sorted ASAP.
First of all they wanted me to pay for the courier and I had to negotiate with 2 companies Mano Mano and Home & Living even though I placed the order and paid Mano Mano. My chairs were not picked up until 31st of July. Yes a month later even though I contacted them religiously.
I then received 2 new chairs on 12th August to say they are below sub standard is being kind, the legs have scratches and the finishing on the material is thrown together with no standard of quality.
As of this moment I have not received the new legs which they said would be delivered today.
I have been conversing with 2 companies which is highly stressful. Mano Mano have no say how the return process is dealt with so leave the customer deeply distressed.
They had promised me compensation which is not to be completed until I receive the legs which is ironic.
I did try and return all 4 chairs but was told I would have to pay for the courier as it is not Mano Mano policy.
It is now 2 months since my purchase, I don't have quality products, I have scratched legs then has not been rectified, I could not return the items with out cost to myself, customer service by both companies has been well below par and. It one penny returned as promised.
I have contacted their Ombudsman and Trading Standards today and reported both companies.
Please beware when ordering. I have many photos and email correspondences.
I am bitterly disappointed after I had stressed about the death of my son and husband and that due to my husbands MS and having to have a minimalistic home for his wheel chair. This is the first time I had bought furniture and created a peaceful space for me and both Mano Mano and Home & Living ruined and stressed me more.
Either company has no consideration for customer service or trying to ease the stress and I have been very patient.

I ordered an unusually sized designer radiator from ManoMano(on a Wednesday). I was given an approximate delivery date one week from my order.
The following Monday I was sent tracking details saying that the package had shipped and that it would be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday. By Friday morning the radiator still not showed up but the tracking information was still saying expected delivery Tuesday or Wednesday, so I called ManoMano They assured me that the radiator was on its way to me and that they would contact the courier for more detailed tracking information and get back to me within 48 hours.
I explained at this point that I had a plumber coming on Monday and that one of the tasks that I wanted him to do was install the pipework for the radiator, so I would like to have the exact technical specification of the radiator so that we could set up the pipe work. They passed me to a colleague whom said that they would send this to me. They then supplied me with woefully inadequate technical information which contained insufficient detail for me to work out where the pipes should go. Fortunately I was able to get the specifications I needed from the manufacturer of the radiator.
Come Monday morning I had still not received a response to my request for tacking information on my item so I called again and was reassured that my product had shipped and was on its way to me, and that they would send me tracking details ASAP. So I went ahead and put in the pipe work for the radiator.
Finally on Tuesday evening ManoMano sent me an email saying that the product was out of stock and that it would not be available for at least 2-3 weeks.
Because ManoMano have repeatedly mislead me I am now going to have to order this product from overseas and pay for express delivery (which I would not have needed if I ordered two weeks ago) or redo plumbing work to suit another radiator. Which leaves me significantly out of pocket.
When I called up and explained the situation to ManoMano customer service instead of being apologetic for having repeatedly mislead me they tried to offer me inappropriate solutions were unwilling to listen became increasingly rude and abusive at my refusal to accept an inappropriate solution refused to put my call through to a supervisor shouted at me that I was uncooperative and hung up on me.
This has been the worst customer service experience I have had. I have been repeatedly lied to, ignored, shouted at and treated like a problem simply for asking for details about my order, the product and a reasonable resolution to ManoMano's inability to supply the product I ordered.
I would strongly caution anyone against ever using ManoMano.
