The worst company I've ever dealt with in my whole life. Won't return my refund after sending the item back and it's been 2 months. Keep giving me the run around. No number to call them either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I will never see my $250

Terrible website, impossible to return product. You need to pay for the return of the product and when you pay you can't get a return number. The sizes of the items do not correspond to the actual measurements

I purchased leggings from this company about two weeks ago for $125 USD. I loved them but they were too small, so I returned them and waiting to get the refund and then purchase a bigger size (to treat as an exchange). I loved theses leggings so much that I was considering getting the black ones too, but I notice that Manier De Voir changed the price from $125 to $165 out of nowhere which seems kind of shady. I messaged the company on Instagram asking if they can honor the price that I originally paid. They responded saying that their "prices can change due to sales and promotions" and they do not honor sale prices per their terms and conditions. This is strange because there was no special sale or promotion going in when I purchased the leggings two weeks ago. There was absolutely no indication that the leggings I purchased were in sale or discounted. They did not even tell me exactly what promotion that had at ten time. The seller's response was obviously a dishonest and a way to weasel out of a mistake that was made on their part. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I waited nearly 3 weeks for my order only to have the poorest quality clothes arrive. The shirts were cut so awkwardly and looked nothing like the photos. On top of that they charge for returns. Save your money and time - do not shop here. Buyer be warned

These people are crooks. Had a refund returned in the form of an e-gift card (that's the only way!). No expiry date listed on it. Obviously this has been done strategically so there is a chance of you not using the gift card before the expiry and the company getting to keep your money. Will never purchase from them again.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. By far the worst customer service. Good luck if the purchased item does not fit and you need to return or exchange. They keep the product and do not refund you bc they claim that there are stains even if full tags attached and never worn. I could barely see the stain that they claimed in the photo.They then request you to pay prepaid label for return in order for the item to be sent back to you, which could easily cost $100 + if shipping to US using FedEx. I do not recommend whatsoever to purchase anything from them. They are horrible to work with. Plus all communications are via email since there is no phone number.

This place is a complete rip off. I ordered a few items from this company. Trusted the size chart on their website. Received items they were EXTREMELY oversized. Also they were stained. Sent items back a they refused to refund me for the faulty extremely huge, stained items that they sent me. The clothing are poorly made an they will send you faulty items just to deny your refund if you return. Awful company!

Ordered an item. Aside from the fact you pay for delivery AND RETURN AND THEY HAVE A MINIMUM SPEND. They have the worst customer service. They sent an item using Evri who are useless. They didnt deliver, didnt leave a card. Tracking states they delivered to a concierge at an office! I live in a house not a block of flats or an office! When contacted, on social media because their website wasnt working they insisted it had been delivered to me because 'Evri said so' even though the pictures dont match and the GPS doesnt match. They really ARE NOT BRIGHT. Eventually she accepted they were at fault and would refund but then needed proof that I lived there to refund me? What if I had sent the item to my sisters address as a gift. Would I need to move my ID to another city to get a refund? These people are deliberately obtuse. Please save your money. Use Zara. Use Asos. Use anyone.

I ordered on the 20 of APRIL 2022.
I had to change size of 2 items, ofcourse I had to a hefty sum for sending it back. But I did.
It is now the 11th of AUGUST and I still have not recieved my items. They are stuck in customs and Im being told to pay for them. On the Maniere De Voir website it clearly states that they cover all import costs and taxes. It's literally being put on the very top of their website, on each page. Total scam.
I absolutely do not need this summer clothing now, summer is clearly over. But now I have to accept this because I already got the matching pieces at home since the 20 of APRIL. So useless, Ill literally wont even wear this now that MONTHS have passed.

Maniere De Voir is unfazed, they just apologize for the inconvenience. No use of contacting them again, Ive done it.

At first I liked the designs of MDV, but once I ordered from them a few times I realised that they are low quality and they have a TRAP SYSTEM, which is sending you a voucher instead of a refund and when you don't decide to use it they DONT REFUND you, they just say that the voucher has expired = STEALING YOUR MONEY! I have asked them several times that I don't want to buy anything from them and want my money from the voucher back into my bank account and they REFUSE TO DO A REFUND! This is a complete trap and they are making you spend your hard working money on their products even if you don't want to.

Please AVOID shopping from them and save yourself the TROUBLE.

I ordered over $200 worth of merchandise that never arrived. I received a shipping email the day I purchased with a tracking number, and also followed with my Shop app. The tracking number provided was for a shipping company called Whistl. Manere's own shipping info on website says to this day they have not shipped my order. The shop app says the same, and the tracking number through Whistl is invalid.

When reaching out to customer service, they refuse to acknowledge what I'm saying and keep repeating to me that it was delivered. It was not, and their own tracking information concludes that it hasn't even shipped. It still says on their own website it hasn't shipped.

Not to mention, I am being treated incredibly rudely by customer service who refuse to acknowledge this discrepancy in tracking info, nor apologize. Even went so far as to say I should have reached out to them when I realized the tracking info was incorrect and that the fault was on me. However, all I know is what I see - that it has not been shipped until today, when I emailed for update only to be told it had been delivered. This is really sketchy. I've received no apology, and the brunt of the blame from the company.

I have a strong feeling this company is a scam and that I will never receive my money. I will be filing fraud claim with my credit card.

The 1 star goes for the extreme delays. And the cons they are pulling. I have to admit that the jacket and shirt I bought came in good condition. Not the amazing quality you would expect from their photoshoot...but it has a good look. BUT it took 24 days to arrive instead of 3 to 4 days that their were saying. And it is not coming from the UK or germany it is coming from China! And although it is saying on their receipts that VAT is included I still had to pay the VAT at the post office when I received it. And my order was a jacket and a shirt that they couldn't add together so i got charged two separate VATs. Every email I sent felt like a waste of time.they respond with the same answers all the time. They will never refund you for anything. The point is that you get the impression that you are shopping from a legitimate European site of good quality stuff but you buy from a Chinese retailer and you get the equivalent treatment. I felt like they were laughing at me or cursing at me with a smile on their face. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THEM. They annoyed me more than any other site ever did.

Très mauvaise expérience. Je leur demande simplement de me rembourser les frais de retour de 10€ car c'est de leur faute si je retourne le colis (colis arrivé avec énormément de $#*! + quand j'ai ouvert le paquet il y avait une odeur extrêmement désagréable j'avais l'impression que les vêtements sortaient d'un local à poubelle.) et ils refusent. De plus, le colis en plus d'être arrivé en $#*! a été envoyer en deux paquets différents pour 2 articles achetés. Ils veulent simplement encombrer leur client. Bref je n'achèterai plus jamais. Je n'ai même pas essayé les habits mais vu l'odeur…200€ une jupe qui pue les égouts et la qualité ne doit pas être non plus au rendez vous. J'ai bien peur qu'au vue des commentaires je ne soient pas remboursé

Be extremely careful buying anything online at this company, their sizes are not reliable and they will make you pay for the return yourself, even if was not your fault.

I had 2 bad experiences with this company in the last few months. Both times I used the size instructions on the website and didn't not worked out.

This customer service is a nightmare, it takes days for them to reply. I had my ticket closed while I was still waiting for a response, I had to send follow up email to get a response for something I asked 4 days prior. Only to not have all my questions addressed.

Honestly, if you buy be prepared to deal with a very unprofessional customer service that will not help you in the end.

I paid for a return shipping label, the product was delivered to the US DEC 10,2024. I emailed several times to determine return status but the said it had to be returned to UK and would not provide a tracking for it. It's been over 8 weeks and they send me the same response, "Please wait 21 days." Even if they do provide a return, that won't cover all the the time and frustration wasted on dealing with them. I just submitted a credit card dispute.
