This company has the worst customer service I have ever delt with. They don't provide a tracking number; you can't talk to a live person when you call their number. They only way to communicate is E-mail or texting, you're at a complete disadvantage. They don't provide a tracking number for your order, but they sure are quick to take your money. When you e-mail them, you get nothing but lip service they will tell you that your order has shipped, but don't give you a tracking number, they will tell you that they will have the freight company e-mail you with the tracking number (which never happens) further if they can communicate with the freight company why not get the number and text or e-mail it to me without a third party being involved? It's all lies that's why. They have no credibility and are fraudulent. A legitimate company that wants good reviews has excellent customer and provides its customers with tracking numbers. Don't waste your time or money this Company is not legitimate.

I placed an order with this company in July. Since then, I have sent numerous emails and received 8 different ETA dates from their customer service department with no delivery. Several times, they reported that the part was in stock and that it would ship it that week. Then after about 6 weeks I found out that the part was not in stock, and was backordered from the manufacturer, which is apparently a nationwide issue. There has been no accountability from their customer service department and it seems like every time I ask for an update they're just sending me a new date with no idea whether or not they are going to be able to deliver. I'm extremely frustrated with this experience and will never buy from this distributor again.

So for more than a month Mammoth and I had gone back and forth with them saying it was shipped with no tracking. Then they told me it would be refunded several times. I even tried to contact the CEO. Not one person will in the company has a real phone #. Worst customer service ever. I recommend Summit or Jegs. Had to contact my bank to dispute the charges and they told me they were going to black list Mammoth. Try to call them before you place the order and you will find this out! Terrible company.

They are a young company learning the importance of customer service and working to make things right when they make the mistake. A lot of complications with my order but in the end they took care of it the right way.
